Had my boosted single cam remote tuned by Alex and i m extremely happy with the results! The car puts the biggest smile on my face. Very knowledgable and accommodating! Willing to work with me on issues we ran into rather than turn me away like other tuners i ve dealt with in the past.Big thanks to Justin as well for talking to me over the phone the dozen times I called with questions, and getting the appointments set up.Had to wait for them to get back from H Day but it was well worth it, can t recommend them enough! Alex is anything but humble when it comes to buying core ecus and other business with the general public. He also severely over tightened the screws in my kpro so much it could have broke the pcb board.

Very bad costumer service..waited over 3 months just to never received my ecu they supposedly had in stock and were trying to charge me a stocking fee for a product they never had ..had to file a dispute with my credit card company

GET OFF THE REVIEWS!!!!! This is not a repair shop! best in the buisness by far!!!! too many Fan boys wasting their time trying to get in!!! The top sales rep is the epitome of humble performance, he strives to make most feel less than and will be sure to let you know how poor you are in every public forum(drums up business) I'm sure the company takes small hits every once and awhile due to his business model but how long has that model worked for other businesses?� I guess time will tell.

Humble performance is an amazing company, and I truly believe they do great work. but their social media manager Kenny needs to be dropped. I ve personally have seen him block people on social media using their account. I ve been in Facebook groups and watch him right entire essays on his personal account and insult someone over simple mistakes or disagreements. Kenny is unprofessional and rude. For the sake of humble performance something needs to be done, because he is giving you guys a horrible rep.

Called here to ask for a basemap for a k series on a haltech. I wasn't expecting these guys to want to help as much as they did and be very responsive. Other shops and tuners I've dealt with act way too busy. I had a nice easy start up on a day and time that was good for me. I'll definitely recommend this shop to other people and will be remote tuning my car soonService: Auto engine tuning

Very poor customer service. Before purchasing any product there was great great communication but as soon as they got my money it dropped off. My orders were way late (was told 2-3 weeks for one of my purchases, it ended up taking about 9 weeks) and at times some of my parts were entirely unaccounted for as if they had forgot to send them or create and order. When they did respond my support questions, something that usually took a few days, they were very rude and condescending. I was very patient for the most part throughout this entire process and was met with very poor reception. I had high hopes for this company as they do seem to know what they're doing judging by their social media but they really dropped the ball on this one.

Great guys to work with, Alex the owner very nice man to work with, always doing his best to help out and make sure things are right, right now in process of getting a block prepped through them for a high HP turbo build, plan to get my turbo kit and tuning done through them as well and probably many more stuff, love the effort and customer service that is given!

Placed a order for k swap hasport mounts for eg along with a conversion harness . Only received the mounts but was charged for both items . Package was also damaged . I ve reached out several times with no reply . Customer service is no existent . Won t be using them again and ready to just cut my losses and deal with a reputable company . I ordered my DP, rear motor mount, and Hondata flash pro through humble. I heard great things about them so I figured I would give them a try. I couldn't be happier with the service I got. First, Ashley (the receptionist) was way more than helpful. She helped me with all of my questions and more. Even gave me great suggestions for combinations for parts that work best. Then after driving a few hours to get it done, she was still incredibly nice and very helpful. All of the guys there were very nice and courteous with me while working on my car. The tune is amazing and they got me in and out with no problems and very quickly. For ANYONE looking to get their car tuned or just in general worked on for performance, I would definitely recommend this place. I won't bring my car anywhere else from now on.

Alex is very talented! I took my car in for a tune,I thought I had everything worked out. But they found some bugs I would have never seen! They had bo issues helping me get it resolved. Alex made great power with the car. He lives up to his name. Very humble! Kenny and the team are very accommodating! Great bunch of guys! I drove from Kansas because I knew this was the place to be

terrible customer service. i almost cant believe how condescending kenny was over the phone. my car is currently in texas getting a turbo kit put on because i knew from the one phone call this wasnt the company for me.

Hours list them as open but no one EVER answers the phone or they pick up and hang up. Must need to have a local number to get anyone on the phone. Another review list the same issue 5 months ago, owner says the phone were down... yeah sure they are guy. How much business have they missed if that's the case. These guys really live up to the name. I m a novice when it comes to building cars but I bought a DA and used their super helpful content on tuning to do a turbo build.Tuning was a breeze and really a no pressure experience. I love this place! I will without a doubt buy my products from Humble. I really want to sell the drag car and build a awd or all motor car. Subscribe, watch, learn, and see how good these guys are. Even giving back to people who follow them for the holidays! Can't ask for better in my opinion.

I have dyno'ed and had work on my cars in the past by Alex and his team. They are very friendly and helpful. Did great work on my honda. I recently took my rx7 in to put on the dyno. They were very accommodating and helpful. I definitely recommend them for your dyno or honda needs.

Bought a twin disc from them and ran into some issues after install so I tried to call them to ask a question. Called a couple times no answer, on the 3rd call they blocked my number. Tried to email them, no answer. Unfortunate because I follow them on YT and IG and support their merch. Oh well
