Hourglass did a great job repairing some minor damage on my Mercedes GLC. The repair process took about 10 business days. 2 days to submit an estimate to insurance, 5 days for insurance to approve, then 3 days to repair. If the insurance didn t take so long they would have been done in 1 week. They were great communicators to whole time. I really appreciate the team at the front desk and Eleanor! I also really appreciated the interior and exterior clean they did after the repairs. Going to this certified Mercedes repair shop was excellent.

They had my Kia SUV after I got in a fender bender. It took over 2 months to finish. When I got my SUV back, my firearm was missing, and the engine light was on. I complained loudly, so they forcefully pushed me out of the building and told me they wouldn't fix my POS Kia. They proceeded to call the cops on me as I waited for my tow truck.

Hourglass has been amazing. I have done multiple projects with them from old school to new school to a complete build. Always told notch work and customer service is second to none.

This place is the best in Tulsa!!!I was in a wreck and brought my car in for repair on front bumper And headlight. They called me frequently throughout the whole process to let me know when insurance had approved parts, so that I had a great idea of how long things would take. The entire process was amazing. Alex is one of their hardest working employees!!!My car literally looks brand new!!!!! They detailed it and it even now has the new car smell, despite having 100k miles on it. Zero stars was not an option unfortunately. BE AWARE, DO NOT GO HERE especially if you own a Mercedes.Brought my Mercedes to this certified autoshop as i had no choice since they are the only shop with this certification. I brought the car in for a few dents and scratches. They make you sign paperwork before they even accept your car and they use this when they try to rip you off.Fast forward NINE weeks and only one call from the account manager assigned to my vehicle (all other updates involved me calling to initiate the communication) later. They held my car hostage until i paid absurd charges not communicated at any point beyond saying there was a possibility (in the paper they make you sign before sharing any information). I specifically asked/told them not to perform any extra work without my approval, especially if it involved out-of-pocket payments from me.Beyond the extreme unprofessionalism and ineptitude of the account manager AND President of the company , throw in rudeness (e.g. hanging up in your face, calling the customer full of attitude , and figure out what you owe from the numbers i gave you ), no communication, and a car that STILL has scratches (old and new). Attached are pictures AFTER the car was at the shop for 9 weeks. This is what they consider full repair, paint, and detailing...Might as well be a criminal organization. Eleanor was amazing through this whole process. From the time we brought our car in until we got it back, we were kept up to date with every step of the repair the car was going through. When my car was ready for pick up, it had been detail cleaned and where it was repaired looked better than before it was even in an accident. We will definitely use Hourglass, and in particular, Eleanor in the future!

Had a front end fender bender and hour glass did an amazing job. From dropping off to picking up the communication was there and they literally made it look like new! Chris the manager greatly helped us get out of a very terrible situation. And we appreciate his help. If the dark guy tries to help you, he s literally not worth the air and needs to be let go. He will laugh directly in your face when you have an issue. He s awful, so just talk to Chris.

Hourglass Collision is a superior business with a terrific team. Having needed their services a couple of times over the years, they are experts at helping customers navigate what is often a very stressful time after a crash. They walked me thru the ins & outs of the insurance process and kept me updated all along the way. While they lack control of the insurance company & plan I chose to cover my car, they were extremely helpful in working as an advocate so I was able to take full advantage of my insurance plan. I highly recommend Hourglass Collision & would not use any collision center.Service: Body & Trim

Beautiful facility and friendly people. While they re not great at estimating completion times it is nice to know they didn t rush their work. After paint and body work they gave my Nissan Maxima a full detail inside and out. It looked better than the day the dealership delivered it.

Absolute horrible front desk and writer service. Do not follow through. No customer respect. Will not allow you talk to higher ups even when its them making the mistakes. Id take my vehicle anywhere but here. Super rude once its not their way or you question anything. Obviously they get paid to much to care about their customers or have to little management that cares about shops futureUpdate:: another smart reply...it was 4 hours and still horribke service and attitude and no call from managment when asked for days. Stay clear. Read other real reviews you will see the same.

Not many shops in the Tulsa area want to work on High end vehicles. The fact that Hourglass has made it a point be certified, and have certified technicians to handle minor to major repairs, I would not take my car anywhere else. Communication was outstanding, working with my insurance to not put used or aftermarket parts on my vehicle was timely but worth the wait! Dont let your insurance dictate how your vehicle is repaired! Safety first. My insurance tried to do this and i am glad they had my back to put my car back to pre Collision condition! I have been waiting for my car for over 2 months. I have a 2019 Nissan Sentra. All I needed was my front bumper fixed. My car has no off market parts. I still don t have my car back. I have been struggling to get any update on my car. My insurance agent told me how she couldn't get a hold of them either. My insurance had to take back my rental based on the time frame. Take your car anywhere but here.

My experience with this body shop was good in the first time. I had to repair my BMW in 2019. At that time, everything was good. When my Land rover was damaged last August, I chose this body shop again without hesitation due to my first experience. However, the experience with them was terrible this time. Basically, the first time that I contacted was August in 2022, they said that I can bring my car in October 2022. I brought my car on 10/19/22 and the manager said that it expected to be done for 8 weeks. I waited until the end of December, which was over 8 weeks. They never communicated with me for the delay. I contacted them as I had to return my rental car. So, I contacted them and the manager said that another two or three weeks. So, I had to wait until in the middle of January 2023. From that point, I contacted them almost every week, even I visited their company, but they said another one week, another one week, another one week. They never updated my car status first unless I contact them. I am very (*100) tired of waiting my car to be done. They said that due to COVID-19 and parts it is delayed. It is understandable, but their communications and customer services are terrible and the worst that I have. I did not feel that they care of customer. They take care of only money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, I could get my car tomorrow (i.e., 2/22/2023) and they said that they charge additional 3% of credit card processing fees. They induce me to make a payment with cash. I do not care of this because I will not use this company anymore.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of totaling my car. I was referred to this body shop and they were able to provide quality service in a timely manner. They were very understanding and accommodating of my situation, providing me with helpful advice and information on how to proceed. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs auto body work done!

Horrible customer service. Both my wife and I have made multiple calls to the service coordinator and receptionist for an update on our Mercedes Benz suv that is there for collision repair and have received NO return calls for an update as to when we will get our vehicle back. At least 10 to 11 calls go unanswered. Left messages to return calls, but never received any updates except for 1. They have had our vehicle for 5 weeks. Still waiting for an update .Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning
