2018 Honda accord touring...just passed 100k miles. Was told at the last oil change by the Quick Sevice tech that my transmission was a 9 speed that would need to be serviced at the other service center on site. Took it in today and they did the service but I was told it was a 10 speed automatic transmission not the 9 speed transmission. Not sure who is correct and questioning getting service done here. Only good thing is the service is cheaper for the 10 speed transmission!!

Went here on an emergency. My honda broke down. Instead of turning me away while i am broke essentially, they hooked me up with a payment plan. They initially were just going to diagnos my car trouble, after learning it was a minor issue they went above and beyond and help me get back on the road. They took me in with out an appointment and outstanding service and customer service.Update:They initially fixed my honda but the problem happened again half a mile down the road, i went back to the honda place and matt and his crew helped me out once again. When it came time for them to close instead of turning me away, matt hooked me up with a rental and gave me a HUGE discount on it. They looked at it more in depth and found the problem. I paid a fraction of what i would some where else! This is the best service i have EVER gotten!!!I recommend any one who has honda issues to come here! 10/10 Chris and Matt were great and helped me out a lot. There is a guy named larry who left a poor reveiw. Dont listen to him he sounds like he doesnt even know what kind of car he has! If i could give this place 100 stars i would!!!

I pulled into the dealership in my tiny beat up little 90s era Honda Civic. I needed to buy a single tube of Hondabond. When I walked in the dealership, someone immediately introduced themselves, and assisted me towards the parts department.I felt I was received just as well as someone purchasing a brand new vehicle would have been, and that really counts when it comes to good customer service. Thank you to everyone at Don Carlton Honda!
