Great service, and beyond happy with the work these guys put out. Tim was easy to communicate with, and helped get my trailer safe and sound for towing. Will definitely be using them as my go to trailer place!

Had to get my trailer towed here to have a new coupler put on and a new Jack stand. They gave me a great price, very knowledgeable staff, and had the job done in 2 days! This will be our go to place from now on for trailer needs.

I had an issue with my dump trailer and needed it fixed desperately and stopped by to seek help. I was greeted and attended to in a professional manner and was impressed to say the least. Very nice place to get all your trailer accessories. Had rails put in my 2022 F250 they did a great job. Labor cost is the cheapest around Tulsa. Definitely recommend coming and checking them out.

These folks were amazing. The work was quicker than expected, the price reasonable and the quality was exceptional. As a bonus, they assisted with a wiring problem as well. Their customer service was wonderful. Can't recommend them high enough!

I m from SC and brought my horse trailer in with 2 batteries that had exploded. The service technicians were amazing. They educated me on how to care for my batteries to get maximum service and live from them. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing Interstate batteries.

Great customer service. I came in from out of town on Saturday. My trailer wheel bearings had blown out. The folks at Hitch It troubleshooted the issue and recommended I needed a new axle assembly. They measured the axle and told me exactly what I needed. They didn't have the exact axle in-stock, but recommended I go to Tractor Supply. Tractor Supply had the right part in stock.Very helpful people!!

Took my trailer to Hitch It Trailer Sales to have the wiring harness repaired. The staff was very friendly. They did a super job repairing my harness at a reasonable price. Would most certainly refer them to others. A job well done!

I called on June 26 to get a goose neck set up on my truck, they said bring it on Wednesday the 30, so here I sit and they don t have one to fit my truck. Thanks fellas way to go. I need it on Saturday. I have in the past sent customers here.As the day progressed David McIntosh, the owner had reached out to me. We talked a bit. It carried a long way that he had done that. We tried to figure what went wrong. Part of the problem was me. When my ears don t hear what I want to hear, they have a tendency to not clearly hear what may have been said afterward. They did indeed offer to do the job the next day, Unfortunately that is not what I thought I heard. My son was with me and he clarified what actually took place. I was wrong and quick to place judgement. Again my apologies.

They did a great job installing B&W 1314 om my ram 3500, my wife complimented them to me about the customer service treatmemt as she waited, also bought a Convert-A-Ball and it work great.! For my hauling accessories.... Hitchit in BA is the place for me from now on!

Everyone at Hitch It is great. We had trouble with matching wires when installing a new whip to our trailer. When we called the gentleman helped us troubleshoot. When we showed up the next day the tech switched the wires for us no charge. Would take my trailer back to them in a heartbeat

We are small construction company growing and expanding we have all of our fifth wheel trailer hitches installed there they have never done us wrong and always helpful for needs it is highly recommended by me and all of my co-workers they are the absolute best in Tulsa when it comes to trailer needs and supplies so if you're looking for heavy equipment hauling all the way to your average RV pulling hitch and trailer supply is a place to go

They had an odd part that I needed and it was at a good price along with lots of repair parts. I called and I don't think the phone rang once and within 3 minutes they found the part and gave me the location of the shop.

I had Hitch It built a custom metal frame for our leaf vacuum to attach to a dump trailer. It was a challenging project given the fabrication and function of the trailer itself, but the guys at Hitch It nailed it 100%! Thank you!

Good trailor car hauler they told me the wood was treated lumber but it rotted in 2 years my porch has lasted 20 years and still looks good I put metal on it and now it solid great service great trailer NOW

The trailer is so new so I can't content much on it (except the price is nice) but the customer service was great. Patient with my 2000 questions and double checked (and tightened) my hitch
