This place has been great, they always take care of me when I bring my car in there. Get stuff done quickly and effectively! Always super nice! I typically go in to get tires done, or brakes, or new parts. They're prices are better than anywhere else as well.

Wasn't happy at all went in to have oil changed. Told them we wanted the standard oil change at 29.99 left and when we came back. The changed it to semi-synthetic oil and the cost was now 70 bucks. I checked walmart and I can buy mobile 1 full synthetic oil for just under 30 bucks for 5 quarts. So next time I will change my own oil. Will not be back. They could of called and let us know it was going to cost more.

They said I need to replace some things that I just replaced. The struts and even my wiper blades I just had the wiper blades replaced two weeks ago in front of me while I was sitting in my car at Walmart. So I'm thinking they are just wanting my money and not really wanting to help me out with what is really wrong with my car. What's wrong with these people? They are supposed to help not hinder us.

From Edmond traveling to Tulsa had a flat. Went to the first Hibdons closest from the highway. We had purchased 49,000 mile tires 20 thousand into them we needed new ones. Got us all fixed up, stayed late helping us. This is customer service at its best. Way to go guys you rock!

I only buy my tires from Hibdon. Tire prices are very competitive. Lifetime alignment, rotations and road hazard give me piece of mind for a reasonable cost. Service is always good and I like having the ability to make online appointments.

The front desk clerk was nice and poilite but the second clerk had a very stare off and looked like he tried to doubt my knowledge on things . But I m not a mechanic that s why I brought it to them but it all started off with a simple $130 break change to now I need $1,1434 parts and I drove to them with no problem just squeaky breaks idk . The only ray of sunshine and helpful that was in the store was Technician Blake this man understood perfectly what to do and explained what I need to do and how much it would run me to get if fixed only reason I gave this review a 3/5Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

I paid for my daughter n law to come get two new tires. They were supposed to tell us if the other tires were ok and did not. My daughter n law said they were extremely unfriendly to her.

I was in broken arrow and told to come on over nobody was there. I walk in the places overflowing. But the gentleman that had talked to me on the phone put my car right up on the alignment machine so he got me in so I bought two tires very pleased with the experience. I highly recommend. The young Hispanic male that waited on me was nothing but professional and kind. I will be going back.

Safe your time and money. Go to a good mechanic shop. I bought over 800 in tires. Put on a rebuilt front end. They have aligned it twice. Tires so far out of alignment now you can actually see it without a machine. 5hrs Wait every time you need something from there. Short story, I have to buy a 5th tire to replace the one wore out in 2 months because they don't know how to align it.

So I went in to get four new tires and I left with four top of line tires, and and the tire replacement was completed in the one hour time slot promised. Then at checkout I was given specific directions on how to complete the tire rebate available using my receipt and the company website. Post

While the prices are a little higher than I would like, the customer service is amazing. The guy helping me with the tattoos and glasses was so nice. A customer came in after me and was very rude to him and he just shook it off. Absolutely amazing service every single time I come here. I also didn t get off work until almost their closing time and when I told them I didn t want to run them over their closing time. He assured that it was no problem at all. Love the guys there!

Absolutely the worst tire place I have ever been to I work at a tire shop so I do know the rules on what can and can t be fixed we were traveling and was 200 miles away from home and had a flat went there took them 1 hour to tell us the tire was not fixable after looking at the wrong tire+trying to rotate the tires even though we did not ask but they said the nail was to close to the sidewall well we got home and fixed it ourselves the hole was over 2 inches away from the sidewall very unprofessional and slow do not go here

We live right in Tulsa hills so this was an easy place to take our cars to. However if you need anything more than an oil change or new tires I would suggest you take it somewhere else. Both times our cars had more problems than just the standard ones, they never were seemed to be actually fixed . We paid a lot too for the problems not to be solved. We will not be frequenting here again.

Went in to get air in two of my tires two days ago and the person at the desk, Vince, told me it would be an hour and a half wait for air in two tires and that I had to be pulled into the bay. It was very frustrating. Service was not what I am accustomed to at other Hibdon locations.

I brought my Mustang in to have the wheel bearings looked at as well as ball joints everything is good on that end but whenever I go to pick up my car and I get home because. I neglected to actually look down at my carpet until I got home and this is what I see I would have figured they'd lay something down on the carpet to make sure that they didn't get anything dirty I know my car is in 06 and I know the carpet isn't in the best condition but to leave something like this has me completely p***** off, I am not sure of the technician that worked on my car but you will definitely be hearing from me on Friday March the 4th 2022.

I'm tired of making an appointment for a certain time only to be told that the mechanics are running on time but my vehicle doesn't make it into one if your bays until 45 minutes after my appointment time.

Wheel weights to one tire was just in my driveway one day. When I took it back the counter guy denied it was his until he checked. Then he wanted to have an excuse that the previous Weights didn't get removed right. These were brand new fresh out the box ,they threw away. When they re balanced them someone decides to scrape the Weights of. Won't use this location again.

Asked if they could plug the hole in my tire. They said no, and that they were too busy. I explained that I had a flight at 6 am tomorrow and that it would really help me to have a working tire in the morning. They said no. It would have taken 5 min to fix.

Looking for a trailer tire that unexpectedly blew out with two stores worth of product on it. They got it done in like 10 minutes and was the only store around that would help with the bent rim. Definitely will be going back.

I would not recommend this location. I went in 10.30.2022 to get a new tire as I had hit a curb, with no indication there was more damage. I waited about an hour after choosing a tire for them to put in on the vehicle. At the time no one had notified me there was more undercarriage damage. I am no mechanic but after them putting on the tire there was a loud squealing noise. I pulled around to the garage side & asked the tech if he could here that noise, he looked at me and said "yes." I asked, "well what is it?" The tech goes on to say the tie rod is bent, immediately I am wondering why they never said anything. If there was more wrong I would have like to know so I could address all issues even if I had to leave it for repair. I go back into the store and s/w a rep at the desk. He confirmed with his tech that there was more issues. I then asked if it was something they could fix, the rep says "yes" we can order parts from dealership and get you scheduled in. I scheduled an appointment for the next day 10.31.2022. I called around 830 in the morning and was advised they were waiting on the GM and to order the parts from dealership. I NEVER received a call back. I then took the vehicle later to Tate Boys, only then was I notified there was extensive damage other than the tie rod. I am very unhappy with this Hibdon location as I went there for services and expertise. If I would have not asked more questions and got a second opinion more damage could have been done.Service: Tires

The alignment technician was very rude and accused me of things I didn't do. Very disturbing! The service tech was there and apologized for his actions. This was my third time in for a front end alignment in 2 months. First time he aligned it and within a week it was out of alignment again. Went back and he said that he didn't check the ball joints. He showed me the upper ball joint was bad. So they replaced it. Well, that lasted about 3 weeks, and again it was out of alignment... bad. That's when I brought it back in and was accused of hitting curbs and potholes. This truck is only driven back and forth to work. No bad roads or anything. The alignment got increasing bad, making the steering pull severely to the right. I thought maybe the ball joint was bad again. It wasn't. I believe that he just didn't tighten the jam nut on the tire rod end, and it came loose. My opinion. I won't be going back to Hibdon for front end alignments again.

I brought my car to Hibdon to patch a tire with a nail courtesy Tulsa construction. I dropped my car off with a young man and was told there are six cars in front of me, I said no problem. Two hours later I come back and ask an older gentleman what the estimated time is and he was immediately rude and dismissive, saying, We'll call when it's done, you're not a priority because you don't have an appointment. I said no, I was told I'm seventh in line. Then he begrudgingly told me I'm next in line. It still took another three hours for them to fix my tire.A month later, another nail in my tire - love construction - and we called ahead this time. They said one hour, and we're on the list. It's two hours later, and they haven't even looked at my tire yet and all it needs is a patch. The employees are rude, especially Vance, and the waits are ridiculous. Not worth it, go somewhere else.Service: Tires
