Rachel was my technician & seemed very knowledgeable, honest, & hardworking! What an asset! I hope she can be my tech next time I come in! The other employees were also friendly, & the wait wasn't too long. Price was best in town for an oil change (just conventional oil, but their prices on synthetics & blend were comparable). Rachel went above & beyond to check out any issues, & if the other employees are as good as she is, I'll certainly return to this Hibdon store.

Sheena is a genius. She s the only one that figured out it was the sensors no one ever checked the sensors thank goodness for her. She s one of your best employees ever. Thank you respectfully, Dale Boyer.

I has my oil changed at Hibdon s in OKC on a visit. Arriving back in Sand Springs I noticed a huge oil spill under my car after having set in garage for a couple of weeks. Between OkC and Tulsa Hibdon on 67th they towed my car, fixed the oil leak and paid for all expenses. Hibdon Tire is an honest company. I have gone to them for years and will continue to be loyal. Thank you Hibdon for going above and beyond!

Bought a set of tires one went bad ,bought warranty for them they will not replace the tire. It is rated for 70,000 miles only have 55,000 on it. They are tell me did not keep up with the Alignment I have every 3 to 6 months. But I had done the alignment at the 41 st store they told me I had to go to that store

Showed up close to closing time because of a flat, I know I caught them at a bad time but they are currently helping me with my tire repair, Thank you guys forgoing above and beyond to help me out.

Have to get my back breaks changed because they are dangerously low and I asked them to check and change my breaks in February but they only apparently did my front breaks
