Hauck Tire & Car Care has provided our family excellent service for years. Recently, I ask them to change our headlights to LED bulbs. I returned to let them know that the night vision was not what we expected. Andrew took the time to drive the car at night so that he could fully understand the issue. He replaced the LED headlights with platinum headlights that work great. Moreover, we received a credit for the difference in cost and no added labor. Outstanding customer service!

Super friendly and reliable staff! Our car broke down in Tulsa during a road trip (needed a new radiator and thermometer) and they helped us the same day (two cars fixed before ours). They were quick and even helped us ensure that nothing was left unchecked. Extremely fair and low cost for such excellent service. Thank you!

What more could you ask for from an auto shop? Family run and super personable people. They did a few pre purchase inspections for me and went above and beyond. Andrew is great and incredibly helpful. I can t help but encourage everyone to ignore the negative reviews. They re not in the business to put lipstick on pigs. Quality work from quality people.

Quoted me $500 for a set of two new tires for my SUV. I called around and was able to get HALF the price at a tire shop with better reviews. Also, my boyfriend took his Jeep in and was charged a ridiculous amount only for the Jeep to break down a month later.

I really needed my front brakes and rotors changed because they were super worn down and I had a last minute trip coming up. I called to see if it was possible for them to take care of it and they advised me to come in so they could check it out first. They were all so amazing and so friendly. Not to mention they got everything fixed within a day!!!! The gentleman working the front desk was so incredibly kind and inviting. They also have better prices than other places I ve been to before! I definitely recommend them and will 100% be using them in the future!!!!!!Service: Auto brake replacement

I pulled into Hauck early one morning with a flat tire. They estimated time for repair and a quote - both were exact. Excellent communication and very pleasant to work with. I will use them for all my future vehicle needs.

After I paid for a diagnostic test and they told me what was wrong/what needed fixed, I asked for a list of the things that needed fixing. They told me, "No, goodbye." So I left. Later my friend dropped by and asked about the same things regarding my car, they happily helped him. I know that auto places are prone to treat woman and men differently, but this just felt like a bit much. I've had better customer service at chain auto places.

My wife and I both had minor issues with our vehicles. They were able to identify the problem, fix it and get us our cars back in a timely manner. I feel comfortable using Hauk for my car care needs. I ve been going to Hauck for two decades now and they have always been amazing combining expertise, kindness, and honesty. Last year I stupidly busted my side mirror and they made the extra effort to dig up a used window to replace, saving me at least $200. I've been going to Hauck Bros for 25+ years and have the highest possible opinion of them. They have always been 100% reliable, honest, professional, and friendly and pleasant to deal with. There has never been an issue with my cars that they couldn't fix. They are always prompt and the cost is always reasonable. I rely on them completely, and have recommended them to many friends.

Getting quotes for work is like pulling teeth. Very rude and overcharges for work.Found 3 GREAT shops within 1 mile of this place that works with me and is much more professional.Save yourself time and money and skip this place!

Randy Hauck is the worst human maybe in the world. Horrible, overpriced and incredibly disrespectful. Refuses business just because he wants to and then, if he chooses to accept your money, he will charge for parts not needed and not ever fix the problem. I do not know how this man has stayed in business. He will never ever get my business again or anyone else I know. The are too many other amazing companies in Tulsa who want your business and his rude and unethical behavior will not be tolerated by me and anyone else I know. Please READ ALL REVIEWS and watch out if you value the money you spend.

Randy and his guys always take good care of me. I have never had a mechanic I trusted as well as these guys. I know they'll give me a good price and I trust them to do a good job. I saw s couple reviews where people were upset they had to come in to get a tire quote, couldn't get one over the phone. They did that for me, even though I'm a regular. Took one look at the tires I had, and recommended a cheaper one because those were too heavy duty for my car which caused uneven wear and was even making my car shake. They wanted to find the best match for my car, and went down in price when they could have given me the same as what I had before.

Hauck Tire has been my automotive provider for over 15 years. During that time I ve driven 2 Nissan models and 3 Jeep models. Randy and has team have provided excellent service. Have they gotten it right 100% of the time? Almost! When they didn t they went out of their way to make it right. I admire that in any service. Thanks, Randy, Don, Andrew and the rest of the team! I appreciate you.

I bought a used car from someone who didn t tell me the battery had a slow draw. After replacing the battery 3 times, I knew I had some sort of electrical issue. I am a woman and I know little to nothing about cars but I knew an electrical issue would be very expensive. They definitely took pity on me and fixed my car in a day! Anywhere else would ve charged me at least $1200 and I paid a fraction of that. I have another small issue they recommended fixing and I will soon be back to have them fix it.Service: Electrical repair

I m local live close to the tire shop. I had a flat and no one had my tire in town. I purchased a tie off the web. I live close and did walk in and tried to have them installed at Hauck. I super surprised how quickly the tire shop owner, dismissed me. Even if you have a fix a flat they will not help you either. All they want to do is sell you over priced tires! Fire stone up the street installed the tire for me on 41st street!

Great place! They're very courteous and helpful, I'm a first time car owner and the few times I've come in I don't feel like I was overcharged or robbed. My friends have come here throughout all their time living in Tulsa and swear by this mechanic. I don't know where these reviews about the folks here being rude come from.Guy who got turned down for asking to get air in his tires is laughable though, lol. Go to a QT dude, a 2 year old can put air in a tire and these guys gotta work.

I will be honest; I did not receive service from them, but judging simply by the phone call I will not be taking my care there unless I absolutely have to. I called with questions regarding the replacement of a lug nut stud & when I asked for a loose estimate for the service, the older gentleman became touchy a short & began to rush me off the phone. They didn't close for another 45ish mins & I just had a couple Qs; that one & then "when is the earliest you can get me in?" When he answered the 2nd Q he was short & sarcastic-sounding. I know it has been a tough year & maybe he has something serious going on, but when dealing with something I'm not very knowledgeable about, I really appreciate when experts do not make me feel dumb or like I'm not worth their time. He also could not hear me well, which probably isn't his fault, but why can't he just be nicer to his customers? You catch more flies with honey. It's a shame too bc I absolutely love being around & supporting people with much more life experience than me & would have gladly went there 1st thing Monday morning if he had been more patient with me...

Have been using Hauck for ?30 years. Many different cars with different problems. I think Randy Hauck and his employees are ethical, competent, reasonably priced. Exceptionally pleased with their service and professional attitude.

I ve been bringing my cars here for over 20 years. A few years ago I moved from Tulsa to Nowata and I ll still make the drive out here just to get my car worked on because I trust the expertise and know that if a job doesn t need to be done they are not going to try to push a sales pitch on me... I always get the best service at a better than fair price.

Been doing business with Randy and staff for over 20 years. I can always depend on them to tell me the truth about what my vehicles need (or don't need). If it is something outside of their realm of expertise, a quality referral is provided. If advice is needed on anything vehicle related from service to a purchase, I simply make a phone call.

Multiple negative experiences here. First I called one day asking if Randy could look at my car, see if the tires were in good shape, and he asked me what type of car I had and I told him it was a Hyundai and he told me he doesn't like Hyundais so he does not work on them.. Second, we took my boyfriend's car here, as his mother has been going to Randy for ten years. He was having problems with the caps on the stems of his tires, thats all he needed done. But Randy took advantage of the situation and claimed that he needed to replace all four tires for 650 dollars. I could not believe what was happening and suggested that we go to Hibdon, where they advised us only one needed to be replaced. The shop takes advantage of people watch out!

Getting ready to head back home to Colorado and walked out to a flat tire. They fixed it up in no time at all and for a extremely great price. Better than what I would have paid anywhere else. The gentleman who fixed my tire even checked the rest just to be sure.

Place is terrible, had a radiator pipe leak. He up charged me on parts I didn't need like a new thermostat. Oh yea and when I looked at why my invoice was so expensive, he charged me $70 for coolant..... over priced, and takes advantage of his customers

Although I did not use this company for my purchase this time, they indicated to me that they will match most tire offers from competitors. Do your homework and they will get you a good price.

Took my vehicle in yesterday and it was ready in no time at all for a fairly involved repair. Everyone was courteous and professional, the price was reasonable, the entire process was painless.

purchased ties off the web. tried to have them installed at Hauck. was surprised how quickly this "tire shop", dismissed me with the notion a tire shop might nount my tires. the guy is a jerk
