More times than not I base my business needs on reviews. The reviews did not disappoint and the reality is they are a great business who takes care of you. They were also the more affordable windshield glass replacement in the area. Tiffany took great care of me and made sure the glass was up to my expectations. I won t hesitate to use them in the future and refer them out.

Fantastic experience, made a bad day so much better! Had a window busted out overnight, and they had it replaced within hours! Very responsive, kind, and overall great service. The new window looks fantastic and they even went the extra mile and vacuumed out the remaining glass shards. Super grateful for the help and quick service!!

The entire process of getting our windshield replaced, in our own driveway, was great! Everyone was kind and helpful, even when I didn t realize I gave them the wrong year of the vehicle until the night before installation. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Glass Works was fantastic!! Needed a windshield for my 89 mustang. Called at 3pm to inquire about pricing. They had the lowest price of everyone at $150 and could get me in the next time AND come to me at no additional charge. Technician, Jeff, was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. Took about an hour total for removal and install. Extremely satisfied.

I called to get the windshield of my semi fixed. My appointment was for 10:30AM Saturday. I arrived a little early so as not to be late. They had it changed out and I was gone before my appointment time. This is the second time I've gone there and got great service.

Avoid at all costs! Their warranty is useless. Had a window installed and in approximately 3k miles I hit a pothole and 70% of the window popped out of the trim and shattered. I had to work the glass back into the channel to make it home. Glassworks denied any wrongdoing since I hit a pothole???? They obviously didn't use adhesive, used the wrong adhesive, or just didn't know what they were doing on the install. Beware of their business.Service: Glass installation

The tech called to confirm/schedule the windshield replacement, in between rainshowers. And he showed up to my work place, to remove and replace the windshield of our 2008 Toyota Matrix. Great communications, professional technician, that let me ask questions and take pics before, during, and after the windshield was replaced. And the pricing was equal to what the other local places charge, but their online reviews were better than the others, so we went with Glass Works Auto Glass, and were pleased. Great service and wonderful execution! I had a new windshield chip from a trip last week, and contacted Glass Works for a mobile repair. They were super easy to text with, and scheduled my service for the same week. The tech who arrived was friendly, went over the repair in detail and completed the repair in under an hour.So cool to use a local company for this type of service. These guys are great. I walked in Saturday morning without an appointment and they were able to replace my broken windshield and recalibrate it for my 2020 Subaru in 2 hours. Great service, they had very competitive pricing - their mobile service that came to us was cheaper than several places I checked on that didn't offer mobile (or offered it for a fee).They came out on time, fixed it quickly, and were friendly and professional.

I had Google to see if they were open on Saturday, according to the Google it said it was open from 8am to 2pm, I had went on a Saturday around 9am, doors where locked and no one was there!

I highly recommend this place. I came in for my appointment and I came and I thought about dropping it off bc they give you that option but I decided to stay and wait and they were done in a hour. The people were great, the service was excellent, and the window looked so good!! Go here if your looking for a good deal with very reasonable prices.

I bought a pickup from Nelson Mazda with a cracked windshield. They paid for it to be fixed. From the perspective of someone who got free service, it was fine. I was told it'd be done on Monday morning because my office is less than 2 minutes away from theirs. It was pushed back once or twice. Other than that, guys were fine. Did good work and the windshield has no major issues. A bit of the older trim now flaps around, but its not something I can't fix.

This company did a repair on my new 23 Rogue. See photos. Use at your discretion but beware. I was referred to this company unfortunately. After the repair I took my vehicle over to the location that referred me. I was told that they did not repair it correctly. I went back to glass works to see what they could do to assist me with replacing the glass since I now cannot do a repair. The owner was nice but unwilling to do anything except warranty that it will not continue to crack. If you want your repair to look like mine then please patronize this business.

Absolutely fabulous group of people!! The receptionist called me back very promptly, she got me right in to get my windshield repaired, the technician was super fast, and I was on my way!! Great place! Couldn't have gotten any better or faster service any where!!

Could not recommend this place more!! My car window got broken and my wallet was stolen from my glove compartment while I was at the gym, and I was able to get my window fixed the very next day AND they were willing to send me home with a bill so I could call back and pay for the service once I was able to get my cards replaced. Any other service provider I called for a quote told me it would be the next week before I could come in, and they were all more expensive. If you have the misfortune of needing to get a window fixed or replaced, I wouldn't go anywhere else!Service: Auto side window replacement

In January I got a crack in my windshield and shattered a stationary roof glass panel. I got a quote from a different local auto glass shop that said both had to be done at the same time for 1450$, and I could not afford that at that time. I taped it up and honestly just let it go.On Monday I decided to get an updated quote from the original place and Glass Works Auto Glass of Tulsa.After looking at it, Glass Works told me that I both repairs did not have to be at the exact same time. I got the mobile unit the next day to do my windshield. Their supplier didn t carry the roof panel, but I knew it was a special order so I did it myself. The panel came in on Wednesday and I chose to do a drop-off appointment on Thursday.The other place still hasn t gotten back with me for an updated quote, but now all my issues have been fixed and it was a few hundred dollars cheaper. I appreciate the installers at Glass Works for being honest and not trying to make as much as they could at once. Great people, small business, same prices as Glassworks and other glass comapnys. The people are more personable here because it's smaller. They listened to me when I talked and gave me the referral I needed for my insurance company

I called on a Thursday to compare prices, they were very friendly with great information and lowest prices around. They scheduled me for Monday giving them time to get the windshield in shop from their OKC warehouse. The shop hands were fast and professional, I was in and out on my way in less than an hour. I would recommend them again and again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe from Glassworks on one of our jobsites. When we unfortunately had some windows get broken in our heavy equipment, I had reached out to Glassworks to see what my options were. Joe, and all the Glassworks staff, worked diligently to find me the most cost effective option, and were out to install the glass just a few short days after first coming out to inspect. I would have them out to do work again and I appreciate their hard work!

This was my first time using this company and I had fantastic service! They gave me a great price to replace my front windshield. I called about 3pm and they came out the next morning to my work and took care of it in about 30 minutes. My technician was Wes and he did a great job - very personable and professional. No less than amazing. Found my windshield had cracked and called this morning. The receptionist was very informative and helpful. Asked if I wanted to come in today or have it done on-site tomorrow. Answered a few questions with well-informed answers. Went in and it took about an hour. Techs were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. I've spent more money and time at a Jiffy Lube (Premium Service). Highly recommend these folks.
