Better than most! But.. in the end ultimately let me down.Pros-convenience-communicationCons-repair workmanship-final presentationOverall, the entire process of getting my vehicle fixed was easy and smooth. The front office provided all necessary information, answered questions, and facilitated the repair. Tina was my estimator, and she was great, producing timely estimates and coordinating with my adjustor.However.. upon repair completion, pickup, and final inspection. The following issues were noted.1. Poor body panel alignment2. Improper assembly of vehicle parts3. Lack of cleanlinessThe rear bumper wasn t aligned properly with the trunk and the fender. Part of the bumper was actually sticking out where it meets the fender and wasn t secured in place. There was also a large gap between the bumper and trunk with various misalignments with the fender liner.The left strut cover was not fastened correctly and placed in the wrong orientation, leaving a large gap in the fender well. (See pictures).I ended up disassembling the front section and fixing it myself.The interior of the trunk and frunk was covered in dust and I managed to find a random panel clip laying on the floor If you are looking for fast and convenience, look no further. If you truly value your vehicle and want top-tier workmanship, look elsewhere. This body shop is obviously more concerned with taking your business rather than providing excellent results.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at Gerber Collision. While the repairs themselves were done well and I m pleased with those, that was about the only thing that went smoothly with the repair process. I was lied to about them towing my car into the facility saying it was already there when in fact I had just driven by where it was parked. They did eventually get the vehicle towed in almost a full week later. After that I waited for an estimate for 2 weeks to show up. Unfortunately no estimate came so I went to the facility to ask about a status update and was told that they were just waiting on my insurance company to approve the repairs. I called my Insurance company to see what the hold up was only to find out that they had never sent in an estimate and had not even looked at the car. That day my insurance company called them and they said they would get it done the following day. It was done 3 days after that. Excellent, we finally have an estimate and can move forward Sadly, I was lied to again the estimate was just something they slapped together to make it appear they had actually looked at the car and it wasn t until 2 weeks later that the real estimate came in (about 5x higher than the original estimate ). They were essentially just stalling for time. Was given an estimated completion date of almost 3 months after the initial accident. Yet time and time again they missed their own deadline. Meanwhile my car continued to depreciate and in the extra time they had the car, the value of the car has dropped over $5000 from what I was previously offered. In response to all of this the GM did apologize profusely and while I appreciate the words, the $700 credit they gave me doesn t come close to the money I lost from the extra time they had it, nor the trust I had in the facility as a whole.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Unfortunately got into a mild fender bender so I decided to come here to get my car fixed. The new bumper had to be painted and it matched the rest of the OEM color beautifully. They went out of their way to keep the repair costs down so my insurance wouldn't consider it totaled. I hope I never have to have my car worked on as extensively as this, but if I do I'm coming back here. The people are incredibly nice and professional. The service tech(s) seems to know exactly what they're doing and will bring your car back to looking brand new again. Highly recommend!

Process was quick and painless. They kept in touch throughout the time my car was there and it was ready in a very reasonable amount of time. Debbie was very kind and helpful throughout! Highly recommend

Never fun having a car in the shop. I hit a deer. Car was in the shop getting stuff done. Gerber was absolutely fantastic. But more importantly Debbie was really good at keeping me posted throughout the whole thing. Highly recommend Gerber. More importantly, try to get Debbie as your Customer liaison.

The communication is horrible with this place takes them days to contact you and they said from the beginning when I called in November that they would let you pay out the deductible at gerber but clearly it wasnt at this location so they need to be more specific when they tell you certain things. I took my car there on Thanksgiving and it took them two weeks just to give me an estimate and it took them a whole month to complete my vehicle and it wasn t even all the way completed when they said it was and now I ve been waiting three more weeks to get a part in and they just now told me three weeks later that it s on back order and they have no idea when they re going to get it but just two weeks ago it was only gonna take two days to get there so they are very horrible about communicating you literally have to blow them up every single day to get answers it s just crazy and this was a nightmare dealing with all this

I brought my Tesla in to have a door repair done. The work on the door repair was perfect. However driving it home I heard a rattle and felt a stickiness on my driver head rest. When I got home (2 hour drive) I found my carbon fiber spoiler had wear on it that wasn t there as well as it was loose. Openings the trunk I found the inner plastic was only half attached. It s my belief that it was switched out. Same with the headrest. The stickiness was the leather breaking down. Plus the padding on the driver headrest was concave. Not the manufactured shape like mine was when I dropped it off. These facts lead me to believe that these parts had been swapped with a different vehicle. When I called the store I got the usual. We didn t work on that part of your car They said I could bring it back but unfortunately I ve not found time, nor the patience to take it back up there and deal with the run around I am certain I am going to get. So do a thorough inspection on your ENTIRE vehicle before you leave is the lesson here.

The customer service here has been terrible. They ve had my car for 3 month the last two months they ve waited on a backordered part yet when i call tesla here in tulsa they said oh no that parts not back ordered i have 3 of them here in stock does gerber need one? Hmmmm how funnyI call them up and explain that to them and then mysteriously the part they originally ordered is going to be there in 2 days ???? funny how that worksNow that they have the part they ve been waiting on for two months it takes them 3 weeks to even get anywhere fixing it. Claims the car needs to go to tesla get a new steering rack yet tesla has no clue of this and says it s only there for an alignment. When i call up there and ask for updates they seem put out but yet i can t get an actuate update without calling them and hounding them because they don t know how to do their job. They ve rigged up my bumpers with poxy to cut corners, filled my quarter panel with body filler, can t seem to align the body panels properly.Tesla needs to pull their contract with this Gerber location because they don t know how to properly do business.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible I would never never take my car there.i took my jeep there they had it over 2 months took it back to them 2or 3 times never did get it fixed right.it was so bad I had to sell it.

Friendly and professional staff. It did take my car about 2 months to be repaired, it kept getting delayed for some reason but in their defense it was a big project! However, when I got my car back it was so worth it because my car looked brand new. Better than it did before. They even cleaned the inside for me! I would definitely use them again. Very trustworthy!

Did a great job repairing my vehicle. Repairs didnt take long to be completed, they helped me get my rental car picked up, communicated well with my insurance company, and they even washed my car before I picked it up! My only complaint is that the communication sucked. I never got one update about the status of my car, and it wasn t ready the day they told me it would be ready- which wasn t a big deal except no one bothered to contact me and let me Know the new pickup date. I called or visited three times over the course of two weeks trying to book an appointment to have damage to my Tesla quoted. No reply. They must have more business than they can handle because they obviously aren t the slightest bit motivated to new business

Excellent communication; they sent weekly updates, which was perfect for me, and they were quick to respond to questions. The car is a Tesla Y; repairs to the rear under carriage due to collision damage and it looks as if it never happened. The only limiting factor in the process was parts availability which resulted in a 6-month delay, no fault of the collision center, I am very satisfied.Service: Body & Trim

Although the circumstances for why I had to come here was depressing, the customer service was amazing. They were recommended by my insurance company and now I know why. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming. My claim was promptly reviewed. My car we examined. The work needed was explained in detail in a manner that I could understand. The price and labor cost are reasonable. I look forward to getting my car repaired here.

Definitely recommend this place. They do good work and treat your vehicle like it s their own. Their customer service is top notch. Martin made himself readily available over the phone and in person. If he was busy, he would always make it a priority to call back ASAP. These guys take great care in their work and are very detailed while doing it. Also, very clean and organized for being a repair shop. Recommend this place 100% if you re in need of repairs.

I went to this place and scheduled to get a estimate. I scheduled an appointment at 3. When I got there the said it was going to be a 30 minute wait. This is not cool! I run a mortgage company and on a limited time scheduled. I cant change my whole day because they do not do their business right. This is not a preferred insurance place for me to take my truck to but it was close to my house. So if they happen to schedule you for something do get you hopes up to be in and out. This would have been easy money for this company if they did what they said they were going to do.

Would recommend this company without any reservations. They not only maintained weekly communications via text and phone, but were readily forthcoming with answers to my questions & concerns. The car actually looks better than when we first purchased it from the dealer! They made the very unfortunate event of my son's car wreck an easy and actually surprisingly pleasant experience. Should my family be in this situation again, we will, no doubt, use them again.

Accidents aren t fun, neither is having your vehicle in the shop, but Collision Works made this repair a dream. Not only did they allow me to walk around my vehicle and point out damage to them upon dropping it off, while listening to my every concern, they updated me frequently on my repairs, returned my Jeep back to me almost 2 weeks earlier than estimated and most importantly they treated my Jeep like it was their own. Every last detail was covered, I can almost say it might look better than it did before the accident. Thank you Collision Works for treating my Jeep like it was your own. I will definitely speak highly about them always in the future and return for any future needs.

Stopped by to replace one of my wheel trim bumpers. The front desk girl was so sweet and offered me a drink while I waited. Within less than 5 minutes of pulling in one of their friendly inspectors was taking a look at my car. David was able to fix everything for me and didn t charge me a penny! Would recommend them for any body work - big or small. Will always keep my business with them.

Amazing job and great people! I have used other collision works locations before and was not happy with my results. However, joe and his team at the S Memorial store changed my opinion completely! They did a great job and kept me informed each step of the way as well as getting the repairs finished earlier than expected. I can t say enough great things about them!

I called to reschedule to get work done on my truck and was told I'd get a call back. I called on a Monday and called again on the following Tuesday being told I'd get a call back to schedule a time but after a couple of weeks I called and told them not to call and ill find someone else. I'm not sure if they are busy or don't care to follow up (idk if I'd feel comfortable with them having my truck after this)

I had some work done on my car here at Collision Works at 92 & Memorial. They did a great job and Jim was an upstanding guy, he took good care of me. Worst experience, 1 star is generous. They said my car was repaired twice. Took it to another business to get repaired. Had to put my life on hold. Living out if state, it felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. Only saving grace was the contract guaranteed their work. Could not contact the comptroller, tried for weeks. Inferior parts and workmanship. CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE

David is the absolute BEST! When I need body work done on my Saturn (or any other car I own), this is the only shop I will use. David, the service advisor, assigned to me went above and beyond to see that my suv was repaired with quality parts at the lowest price possible. He helped me work with the insurance companies involved to ensure that I got the outcome I wanted.When I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out. It looks beautiful, and I couldn't have had a better experience with David and the people in the shop who did the repairs.

I have USAA insurance and they directed me to Collision Works. They took in my vehicle on my time table and repaired it very quickly. Lovely job....looks like it has never been damaged. They washed and vacuumed it too! Very profession all around

They did a great job with my Honda repair! Kept me informed of the process and car was done when promised. Car was returned to me very clean, much better than when I left it! Highly recommend.
