Gerber Collision was amazing! I hit a deer right before Thanksgiving. Gerber was on the list of preferred collision companies that State Farm sent me! They had my car fixed in 3 weeks, always kept me updated on the progress, parts they were waiting on, etc. I felt like I had a brand new car when I picked it up! Thank you Gerber! I would definitely recommend.

I came in for a free estimate and the ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming. The men didn t really even acknowledge me as they walked by a few times. I would recommend based on how the receptionist and how kind the lady who gave me my estimate was and her attention to detail. I wore a mask and no one else had one on but at the time there were only four people in offices and there was only me and one gentlemen in there as customers.

My truck was returned today. Excellent job. They sent regular texts with updates on the status and completed the repairs sooner than estimated. All of the personnel I encountered were polite and professional. They even cleaned the interior! I m very pleased.

Unfortunately, I was involved in a vehicle accident with a deer running into my car driving down 71st. Luckily nobody was hurt, but the passenger side of my car was pretty damaged. I chose Gerber for the body work on my vehicle and after the initial $6,000 estimate they began work on my vehicle. They are very professional keeping you informed of the status of your vehicle every step of the way. They even finished my vehicle 5 days ahead of schedule. Going accident-free for years I had no knowledge of which body shop to choose after my accident, but convenience of location and hours I chose Gerber and I'm glad that I did. The quality of work is superb and when I picked my vehicle up you would have never known it had been in an accident. Thank you Gerber for turning a very stressful situation into a smooth pleasant process.

Took awhile, but they remained in constant communication. Coordinated everything with the other driver s insurance company. Looks like new. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.Added: No reason to apologize - some items are out of your control. Didn t intend for that to be negative. Outstanding work!!

Just had a fantastic experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. They had my bumper cover is back to brand new within a day. It really looks amazing. They worked with the insurance company and the rental car company to make everything super easy on my end. When they did my initial estimate they noticed my license plate and went out of their way to thank me for my military service which was nice. They even cleaned out the inside of my car for me which I definitely wasn't expecting considering I have a pup that sheds like crazy. A+ experience for sure, thanks guys!

My experience with Gerber was excellent. They communicated well, were super friendly, and they finished my car way earlier than the insurance estimated. They swept the floors of my car and washed it before returning it to me. And the General Manager replaced my bumper (instead of filling it) without charging me (or the insurance) the difference in price. They even reminded me to get my garage door opener out of my car before dropping it off! Really satisfied with my experience.

Took my car in for some minor body repairs after purchasing a used vehicle. They were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in great shape. By far the best, most friendly, helpful people, I have ever had to deal with. Not only were they able to fix my truck way ahead of schedule. And help me get a rental car fast because of the insurance company dropping the ball. My truck looks as good as brand new. I was kept up to date with texts and phone calls on the progress of the repairs. Which made me very happy with the service I received. The awesome, kind, courteous, and professionalism of the staff was excellent. I would highly recommend everyone I know or that may ask me about car repair. Also i just want to give a big Thank You to all the wonderful people who work at Gerber in Bixby. yall made a horrible and stressful situation, a wonderful experience. I could not be more grateful. We did business with Gerber Collision in Bixby. They were referred to us by our neighbor. This company is top notch. We were taken care of from the moment my husband walked in to get an estimate through the entire repair of our vehicle. These people go above and beyond. This is a professional group of people. Best customer service we have encountered since moving here. Thanks to Charlie and his staff. Will always recommend.

Was rear-ended, and this shop was on the short list of preferred locations by my insurance provider. Excellent customer service, work completed approximately 48 hours ahead of schedule, and constant text/call updates on status - which I greatly appreciated. Found out that they also warranty their work for the life of your ownership of the vehicle. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Terry and Jessica were incredibly helpful.

Gerber C&G did the body work on my vehicle. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and the customer service provided by their staff. The expectations were clearly defined from beginning to finish in regards to scope of work. They finished a couple days ahead of time!I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone looking for a body shop to do repairs on insurance-related claims.

If I could give no stars ...They have had my car for 2 months. I was told they were putting it back together last Friday. Now I am being told it isn't together and may not have it Friday. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

poor customer service skills. My car was originally supposed to take 4 days to fix a week later and I still don t have my car. My car was not done on the day they told my insurance it would be. My insurance company stoped covering my rental car because Gerber never called them to tell them it would take longer. Gerber keeps telling me they will call me with updates and a day goes by with no call I always have to call them to get any answers. I will never use them again! So frustrating. They are costing me more money every dayUpdate: looks like I will be going back because my car had damage on it that was not there when I took it in.

Online, they offer free collision estimates but when you arrive for your appointment, they tell you to leave your vehicle and they'll repair and bill your insurance. We drove 45 minutes in to tulsa obit to be told at that time no free collision estimate.

High quality and friendly service. I had to take my mother's van in for repairs after an accident. Gerber kept me updated with daily texts and called with important updates. The van looks perfect. I would highly recommend Gerber.

I have had cars repaired other places and the service and the work sucked!! Gerber collision in Bixby is by far the best place to have your car repaired. They take the time to get to know you and your needs. Jessica and Tommy will go to bat for you every chance they can. I have taken several cars there for personal and work. They are amazing every time! They will not gove you your car back until it s perfect. For quality paint and body work they are the only place to take your vehicles!!!!

The worst paint job ever seen on My new car.went in with major hail damage they done well on the metal work but the paint job made My 3 month old car look 5 years old, with over spray and all, paint also chips very easy can see no primer under the chips,hopefully My airbags still work,B- on Body. Never let them do major paint on Your Car. Best bet is the Dealership.never thought a Company turn a 3 month old car into a five Year old car,even chipped My Paint while in there shop. The staff was extremely friendly, and fixed my car quickly. Other shops could not get me in for 2 weeks, and I had my problem fixed in 5 minutes at Gerber. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, it's where I'm going!

We recently had a our highlander repaired from a front collision. Desert Rose really did a great job fixing our car back to new in a timely manner. We were very please and this was the second time we had a car repaired. I would recommend them every time.

They did amazing work on my car. Looks brand new. The staff was friendly and efficient; the work was done quickly. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend taking your car here if work needs to be done.

Failed to tell me about any other issues. Told me it ran great. 2 weeks later and I'm having transmission issues I didn't have beforehand my cars barelydrive able. Tranny fluid is fine. Cool that they make the car look good but now it's just a good looking piece of junk. I'm under the impression they work with insurance companies. A lot of what i mentioned seemed to them like I was trying to con an insurance company that conned me and the insurer was someone who hit and ran me. Not pleased with any of it. Won't come back

Managed, guided by old fashioned integrity: My 370Z front bumper crack repair job was changed to a completely new replacement part without a cost increase. Tommy said in my case it was the right thing to do. Gerber said what they'd do and did what they said. I give them a 10. My Nismo front end looks new.

The woman who answers the phones and does the payments through insurance and such, is phenomenal. She was so very patient when my insurance company was giving troubles, and very diligent in keeping in touch with me and getting things taken care of as quickly as she can. The whole company there in Sapulpa is great, but April is a GEM!!

I would recommend to anyone to use Gerber! They did a fantastic job repairing my car and everyone was friendly , my car was done earlier then expected and they kept me informed through out the whole process.

I completed the online request for an Estimate. Received an estimate back and when prompted to set an appointment for the repair I did. Went to take the care in for the repair only to find out that the estimate was way off (too low) and my appointment was for the repair, but the estimate and they have no time for a repair until end of August. Would not send anyone there. Bait and switch with the online estimates.
