They fixed some sensors my truck was having issues with, it s been 2 months and everything is running smoothly, no more problems. Definitely would recommend them. Their technicians are very professional and Zach at the desk kept me informed of everything, they re great!

Qe ran into some unexpected car trouble, while on a cross country trip. The staff were very understanding and fit us in quickly. And they got us back on the road. They made what was a stressful moment so easy on us. Really appreciative of their professionalism.

Super Great experience here! Dave helped me out with getting my oil change set up and he's super nice and very informative. The waiting area is comfortable with ample seating in comfortable squishy armchairs set around a big screen and there are also a few tables with chairs. Service was very quick. I'll be back for all my vehicle servicing needs for sure!Thanks!

Fowler Tulsa took incredible care of me. I was traveling through from OKC on my way to a kayak trip in NE Oklahoma when my battery light illuminated on my Tubdra. Luckily I was about 2 miles from Fowler and called to see if they could fit me in. Although they didn't have the part and I had to leave my truck over the weekend, Bryan and Julia set me up with a loaner car and had me back on the road in less than 30 min. Incredible! I can't say enough good things about the service department and their entire team. Bravo!

Went there to do an alignment and oil change, which costs $150 than they told me that my rack and pinion needs adjustment, which brings my total to $215, but when I came to pay the total ended up being $380. Was able to negotiate down to $325, but still felt like I got tricked. Never returning to this place again.

Have taken my vehicles here for over 20 years last visit waited over three hours and no updates at all after texting the service rep no response - had someone drop me off to pickup my vehicle when they said it would only be an hour. After 3 hours I return and nothing has been done to my vehicle one fix only took a few minutes the other they didn't have the parts and need to order them. No call or updates no apology only a rude comment that well you weren't waiting here. Very disappointed in the new service dwpartment team. Will look for other options moving forward.

I haven't purchased a vehicle yet so there is room for my rating to go to 5 stars. I test drove a vehicle today and the employees were incredibly friendly and listened to me without making me feel pressured.

Fowler Toyota has lost my trust. They claimed to have inspected the car with an oil change and they did not. My liquid levels were low, my cabin filter was dirty and they gave me a bill of over $1,000 to fix things that weren't broken. Called the manager and left a voicemail but got no response...go figure.

Ordered new wheels and asked for them to put them on for me. I was told multiple times it would be around $15 a wheel totaling to around $60. I got the bill and it was more than double that and without explanation. Then told me about a 100 different things that my new car needed done. Most of the things they had recommended I had already had done about a month prior from an honest mechanic shop. Just very dishonest and lacks ethics in my opinion. Tread lightly and expect to be lied to.

Fowler Toyota is great! I bought a Prius V, 7 years ago. And I love my car. but I wish they didn't share my personal info. I am tired of telemarketers calling me, and trying to sell me extra coverage that I don't care for. And the dealership trying to find people to buy my car. But, what will I ? When I asked them, they don't have an answer for me. Well, I don't appreciate that.

I have bought two vehicles from Fowler Toyota. I get my car service there and they are polite and the facility is clean. But do plan on waiting a bit they are always busy but have no problem working you in.

In general good customer srvc, while have an out-dated vehicle. They will do best to past it off / voiding to help restore one of the vechicle back to New (mechanicly).

Customer service representative was very knowledgeable and understanding. Unfortunately they had not received their newest shipment of cars for us to have much of an experience. Maybe next time!

I was there 2weeks before and paid one price, when I went back I had to pay ten dollars more on my other truck. To make a long story short I didn't like the service guy the way he was trying to explain it to me. I won't bother to go back.

I went there and purchased the car I wanted. However, the experience would have been a lot better if the manager hadn't told me the day before that it had been sold. I went to my appointment anyway and found out that it was still there. Thank you Patty for all the help.

Just went to look at a car couldn't hardly get away and then they had to bring over the sales manager even though we told him we weren't purchasing for a few weeks he wanted to verify why we weren'tThey still have that old high pressure mentality going on

Make sure you know every little detail and keep ALL of the paperwork with you at all times when you buy a car from them. Or else they will lie and hide things just to sell you a car you won't be able to sell anywhere else after.

Be careful of the scams trying to sell you additional parts because they put the wrong ones on to fool you that there's other problems with your automobile.
