I am so appreciative of Four Star!! I have an older odyssey that needs some things done and they always advise on what s immediate or what can be watched. They are honest and that means so much! I know in the future I will be buying a newer vehicle and I will likely stay with a Honda or back to a Toyota, a main reason is I can bring it to them because they are trustworthy when it comes to automotive needs!

The folks at Four Star are hands down the best in the business. They have been our most trusted and valued choice for Honda service and repair for decades now and have always given us the absolute best quality work that I ve ever seen. One thing that sets them above the rest is their honesty. They have never tried to sell us unnecessary repairs or additional work that is not needed to complete the job properly. If there is nothing wrong with your car after they thoroughly inspect it, they will tell you that no repairs are needed. That is a very difficult level of honesty to find in the automotive business and that is one of the biggest reasons why Four Star will always have my business. Thanks for always doing an awesome job!!

We have taken a few vehicles in and been very impressed by their knowledge and the experience. Very reasonable prices and not expensive. Most of all they tell us what we need rather than buying multiple new parts just to make money. They are always friendly. Highly recommend this small business!!! They have been there for a long time.

Took my car here a year ago and they did good work but not this time. I recently took my car in again to get the alternator changed and battery. When I got my car back I should ve checked under the hood before leaving but sadly I didn t. When I open the hood when I got home I noticed a random wire wrapped around my dipstick that looks like it leads to the AC it wasn t there when I brought it in. and my washer reservoir lid was chipped off and the bolt that holds it in place is missing. I ll be taking my car elsewhere from now on. I can t trust you all anymore. Especially when I really on this vehicle to take me to work and back.

I have used Four Star for many, many years. They have always provided me with good service and advice on my auto repair issues. They are reasonably priced and most of all they are fair and honest. Had a very difficult to diagnose issue with the car going into limp mode frequently. I replaced the ECU on it myself as the code gave that fault. Did not fix it. Finally gave up and took to Four Star. After several attempts and discussing with other Honda techs on a forum, it was finally found that one spark plug had high resistance and would fail on heavy acceleration. (I had replaced the pugs with OEM plugs less than 10K prior).Problem resolved.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Last year I asked the owner of Four Star if he would be interested in working on a vehicle preservation project. Quinton said yes and committed to it. Yesterday he released the Civic EX sedan to me. Congratulations and thanks to him and the skilled people who have prepared this 24 year old, 200,000+ miler for its next quarter century. Their work has been meticulous, and the experience extraordinary. I recommend the 4 Star team without reservation.

Quinton and the team did an amazing job for my wife s vehicle. We called, made an appointment, and had a detailed quote with everything it needed, nothing beyond what was the issue.They repaired it within one days time and had us out the door for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

For several years, 4 Star has been our go-to repair shop for our 2010 Odyssey. Yesterday, we had the timing belt service on my wife s Odyssey. If you re shopping repair shops for low prices, be sure you re comparing apples to apples. 4-Star replaced the timing belt, water pump (NEVER EVER replace the timing belt without also having the water pump replaced), tensioner, drive belt, added 134A to the a/c, antifreeze to the coolant system since they replaced the water pump and topped off the power steering fluid. $1,300. I don t think you ll find better value for your money in the Tulsa area! Thanks guys.Service: Engine repair

Well, to start with, I normally don t do reviews. However, in this case I must make an exception.My first impression of the owner was that he was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about my Acura MDX. I have an electrical / mechanical background and have done much of the previous maintenance myself. So, when I listen to this guy talk, I was astounded with his understanding of the vehicle. I had a list of items that I needed taken care of, he listed them out before I had a chance to dig my list out of my coat.I had just talked with the Acura dealer in Tulsa before making a last-minute decision to give this place a try. I was a bit bewildered with the number of items and total cost the dealership was recommending. Their cost was more than the car was worth. The quote I was given at Four Start was $1000 less than the dealership, for the same repair. Not to mention that the dealership missed one important Item, so the total saving is well over $1000.Quality of their work looks very good. Much is the work is hidden and I could not inspect, however, there were quite a few parts they had remove to get to the problem area. You can tell that these parts were replaced with great care.So, if you re looking for Honda / Acura repair definitely give this place a try!Oh, one last thing, staff was very professional and personable!Service: Engine repair

I have used 4-Star for over 10 years and have consistently had a superior experience. I'm a senior aged lady and live 30 minutes away. It would be easier to go someplace closer, but I totally trust Quinton and Nate to do what's best for me and my 2004 Honda. Therefore, I regularly make the extra effort to take my car to 4-Star. Their facility is clean and well managed. I often choose to stay and wait for my car to be fixed. I've noticed they are always polite, helpful and willing to share their expert knowledge with everyone. Best of all, their work is of the highest standard. I had a great experience with Four Star Import this morning. I moved to Tulsa from San Diego a few months ago and needed to find a company I could depend on for good service on my 2007 Honda Accord.I'm delighted to say that I have found my service company. Nate was great, the service was super and the price was fair. My A/C had quit working and it was fixed perfectly. Thanks guys, I feel confident that I found the right company.

I own a 2002 Honda Odyssey with approximately 240,000 miles. 4 Star is the only shop that has serviced my van. I can honestly say I wouldn't have as many miles as I do, if I went to another shop. 4 Star's mechanics are experts in their field. Have been using Four Star for years. They continue to provide excellent service! I love that they stay in contact as to unanticipated repairs and to the cost of those repairs. They are willing to prioritize repairs so that I am able to budget for those repairs. I only own Honda products because I know I have a reliable mechanic!
