I haven't had the repairs done yet so I can only share my estimate experience. Tim was helpful and did separate estimates for instance and non-insurance work, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the price.

Very good work! I had my car brought in for windshield, hood and front end fender repairs and they did an excellent job! Very fair and honest, I highly recommend them! I would RECOMMEND Floyd & Son to ANYONE who needs body work done. Mr Tim goes the EXTRA MILE to make sure everything is PERFECT with your car. I've never had ANY ISSUES with any of the work that has been done at Floyd & Son..If I could give them 10 STARS I WOULD !

Bet they do great work just 15,000$ for a paint job on my gmc pickup was toooo much. Since my visit 3 other companies have quoted between 3500 & 4000$ for same job.

I had a deer hit my car and roll down the entire side. Floyd and Sons did a fantastic job repairing my Kia Soul. She looks brand new! All of the details are perfect. Took my sons truck to get an estimate. Not only were they very friendly but efficient. Gave us a reasonable estimate. Definitely recommend! My son is getting his truck repaired from them.

The owner is super nice and tries his best to get you good value for your money. I've been taking my cars there since the first time someone hit my car in a parking lot and they really work with your insurance and do a fantastic job when working on your car. So I starting taking it for other things and they reward loyal customers with things such as a free alignment or other services here and there. Very laid back, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.

Floyd & Sons Did A Excellent Repair job on our 2019 SUV Hyundai Santa Fe Plus... My Husband was in the store and came out to find our Santa Fe had been side swiped, there was a dent and scrap... Tim did an exceptional job on my rear bumper. The estimate was free and easy and he saved me money on parts as well as labor. Will definitely be going back if I ever need body shop services in the future. Highly recommended!

I m sending a review from my family August 31,2021 my sister who is paralyzed from the breast down and my daughter were driving home to southern Illinois from Vegas.. they has some issues the van door came off the track and the air needed recharged. They had to pull over several times due to her over heating.. they found Floyd and Sons !! It was very close to closing time and they were on it!! They got the door back on and air recharged and got them back on the road!! The Best part is this Amazing company did all of this FREE of charge!! There are Good samaritans still out here!! Thank you from all of our family for watching out for our family and having such a giving heart!! The Blain/McCabe family!!Service: Air conditioning

My nephew couldn t find a bumper for his Acura so they made a form and molded the bumper. We have found them to be honest and straightforward. They aren t the fastest or the cheapest but they have always provided good customer service and exceptional work.

Floyd & Sons Body Shop is the best ever! Not only did they do a super job of repairing my car, but they washed and vacuumed it before I picked it up. They get an A++++ in my book.

Great work and fast the customer service was to die for they worked with me and helped to get my car back to new again. Did i say new i mean better than new. I love my car now gives it a more aggressive look that ive been wanting since i got the car. Its like they to my dream and made it come true. If yall read this yall guys are awsome if i could give you more stars i def would.

Had a replacement bumper paint matched here 2 years ago and recently had some rust removed. They told me the rust spread all across the liner of the windshield and got underneath the windshield. Which resulted in the windshield needing to be removed, they warned me that my old windshield had cracks which if removed could break, went ahead and had some of the roof cut out along with the windshield getting removed (which broke and got replaced, actually got a good deal on the replacement) they did a good job welding a new piece of metal to replace what they removed because of the rust. Once painted it will look like nothing was cut out and replaced. I am coming back to have my paint redone, no questions asked.

After picking up my truck there was a bad vibration at 45 mph. On a drive along the Floyd mechanic explained that the truck had been wrecked before??? I explained that I bought it new and had never been in a wreck. His response was that sometimes they were wrecked while being loaded at the factory. Beware!!!!! Truck was never right again.

I had a bumper painted here and the paint chipped. I took it in and talked with the staff and he pointed out my oil change guy may not have put in all the bolts and may have caused some of the issues. No questions were asked he said they would cover it since it had been less then a year. I would suggest anyone go here as they stand behind their service. Any questions call me 6959755
