A big thank you to Fleet Services for the partnership that has developed. By far better than the previous folks we had doing the DOT work. The team is very honest, timely on your quoting, communication and service. I tried to check in with Billy but he wasn't there. So, I met with scammer Aaron to service oil leaks. He charged me $5k. Paid the bill and took my truck. After a few weeks, oil still leaking, so I brought in my truck and let them know it's their responsibilityto fix it thoroughly. Not only they are not taking responsibility for their poor service but they will also charge you more for the second time repair. So, I went to other shop and let them know about the situation. They checked the oil leaks and found out no repair was ever done to my truck. Oil pan,gaskets they look old and nothing new. Then I realized fleet tech never repaired my truck and charged me for $5k. They cheated me and sabotaged my truck so that I would keep coming to them and give them free money.NEVER GO TO THIS MECHANIC SHOP. The guy Aaron is a scammer and a very shrewd thief. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Fleet tech used to be good with Billy. He took care of the truck and I never had any problem afterward. Then there came Aaron, had him repair oil leak. He said he changed new oil pan and others, but never did. But charged me $5k. I thought they are all good and trustworthy. But I was wrong. They never changed oil pan and done nothing to repair, but cheated my money $5k. How I know? I went to different shop and told them about the situation, they checked invoice and checked my truck oil leak and told me oil pan is not new, no repair was thoroughly done. Then I realized that I've been had. That scammer Aaron is a shrew person. Actually I brought my truck to fleet teach shop to take care of the oil leak due to their poor service and repair, that wicked Aaron tried to charge me another $1.5k, he brought up different issues on my truck. I WAS THERE FOR OIL LEAKS REPAIR IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THEY DIDN'T DO A DAMN THING. Sabotaged my truck so that I would keep coming to them.I have never seen a very shrew person, a very wicked person like Aaron until now.I will never go there. Liar and cheater on that place.I recommend everyone not to go to fleet teach for your truck repair. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

PAUL IN THE TRAILER SHOP HAS BEEN PERFORMING ALL OF THE LATEST 90 DAY PM SERVICES ON OUR EQUIPMENT. ALONG WITH THE TRAILER INSPECTIONS, PAUL HAS ALSO PERFORMED ALL INSPECTIONS ON OUR TRACTORS. ALL OF OUR PM SERVICES ARE COMPLETE WITH OIL/FILTER CHANGES. I WORK WITH THEM ON A SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. I had the misfortune of having RV Motor coach trouble while traveling. On a Friday morning at 7am I make a random call to Fleet services of Tulsa. Steve Walter the owner answers the phone. After a short discussion of my issues, which were serious, he came to my location with a technician (John), the parts manager and himself to organize a plan. They ordered a differential on Friday for a Monday delivery. I was at the gate 6;45am Monday morning and they were open and waiting for me. Aaron (Service manger), Billy (Shop foreman), and Tech John went to work. They had me running by days end! Words do no justice to the amount of customer service that was extended to me. I highly recommend them to ANY one needing their services.

The team at Fleet Service of TULSA has ALWAYS taken such great care of our fleet vehicles! They treat people with respect and are very professional. I take a lot of pride in finding a good, honest mechanic and these guys have never let us down! So happy to do business with Fleet Service! Great job!

The guys at Fleet will take great care of your diesel repair needs and let you know if they find something out of the ordinary. We have a fleet of buses and this is the best shop to take them too. Thanks Fleet for taking great care of us.

It is disappointing to write this review. However I feel I have a duty to inform the public of Fleet Services of Tulsa's dishonest management. I took our truck in for an oil change and ended up with a massive bill over $17,000. The mechanics are great but the management team is dishonest. I authorized $1000 budget to track down an oil pressure problem. I was adamant that I be contacted for authorization if the bill would be over $1,000. A few days after I droped the truck off I was contacted and informed that had a big problem. When we went to look at the truck the engine had been disassembled to the point it would cost over $3500 to put it back together. This was only to diagnosis the problem. We were considering getting a second opinion since they estimated a $17,000 repair bill and had not contacted me prior to disassembling my engine. At this point I had a big bill, the intial issue unresolved and my back against a corner. The manager Steve Walter offered us a 30 day term on 50% of the final bill. This was an unsolicited offer to entice us to have the truck repaired with them. Reluctantly we agreed to have the truck repaired. They quoted us one week to complete the the repairs, however three weeks later we finally get the okay for us to pick our truck up. This time delay alone cost me over 25k in revenue. Unfortunately when it came time to pay the bill they once again dishonered our agreement. They demand payment in full and Steve Walter was conveniently in meeting's for the next two days and unable to speak with us about the terms he had offered. So they take your truck, do additional unauthorized work, get you to agree to additional work under false pretense, and then go back on their word. How can you trust anything from this company. Then to add insult to injury the account manager rushed a technician to us as we are starting the truck to take it on a test drive as if we where going to steal our own truck. I will never use or recommend Fleet Service's of Tulsa to anyone. Just plain dishonest.

My experience has been awesome. Had to put truck in shop, excellent service all the way through. Provided transportation to and from hotel. Everyone very nice. I will come here for future problems if any occur. I recommend them to any driver.

Our truck broke down close to this shop on a Mon and Billy told us he may not get to us till Wed. We got a motel room expecting to stay the week. They got us up and running by Wed and even fixed our broken food handle. True professionals! And the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Couldn't reccomend this shop enough!!
