Absolutely great service!! On my way to Tulsa my car signaled low tire pressure as it's 18 degrees outside! So I was in the 31st and. 169 area I stopped at 2 air pumps both took my money and only let air out of my tires! I spotted this Firestone and decide to pull in and ask if I could use their air hose. The nicest young man behind the counter said to pull around to the service door.This perfect gentleman checked and filled all four tires and refused payment!That man's parents raised him right! Thank you very much young man, ony wish I had gotten his name.Top notch service,,I will be bringing my vehicles all the way here from Pryor, Oklahoma to buy tires! Highly recommend

It took them 2 days to replace a Civic starter. Wanna know why? I told them it s a 12 Civic LX and they transposed the VIN and quoted parts for a 2016 Civic EX that cost double what my car does. This set them back a full day in 2023. Never Again. The next day I noticed they forgot to tighten my radiator cap and it s been leaking. Thanks again Firestone!!

UPDATE 5/14/20 Firestone called to say that they are now providing socially distancing seating. Thanks! 5/11/20. Social distancing here means NO waiting area. I have been coming here for years but I won't be back until after quarantining is lifted. Bring your own chair or plan to have a ride. They have more than enough room for folding chairs placed 6 feet apart. They could even provide wipes so that customers could clean off a chair before using. Who thought that this was a good idea?I had to get an alternator so I didn't have any other choice but to sit on the floor for hours.

Came in this Friday morning to buy tires for my truck,there was a woman and a man waiting in the lobby getting work done, when I came in there was nobody at the service desk,I waited and waited no body came,the door makes a ding when it is open,I had cash in my hand ready to buy tires but not here

Took my car in the them for an oil change and tire rotation. They didnt reset the tire sensors therefor had to take it back cause the dash display was wrong on whoch tire was low. The guy there didnt even give me receipt for what was done on my car. Missed the mark.

Came in for alignment after making an appointment. Waylan is the man to speak to. The service was great overall, as well as work done on my truck. I've always trusted Firestone and still do to this day. Will definitely go back again for future services.

Shop manager Matt was super antagonistic the whole time. Polite to other customers but very rude to me as I was getting a nail out of my tire. Do not recommend I wouldn't come back here if it was the last Firestone.

Came to this shop after the shop off of Yale was short staffed. The service here was quality not just in and out, but explaining and showing me what is going on with my Jeep. Matthew the manager was so helpful and knew what he was talking about. Steven the mechanic really did the Thang. Thank you guys for having my jeep drive like a new beast!

If I could give - stars I would. Called two days in advance to make an appointment and they could get my tire transported over from a different store. I get there today at scheduled app time. They service my car and tell me my tire warranty is voided and that it ll cost $208 for the new tire. I asked what tire, and low and behold it s some random tire. They did not get my tire shipped over. Told them to put my donut back on and tell me what location had my tire. I go to said location - WARRANTY WAS NOT VOIDED. $30 OUT THE DOOR.Don t go to them. Got oil changed and had a leak in radiator system somewhere they pressure tested it and found the problem. Only thing they wanted 500 to replace a heater hose. I went to the salvage and found the part put it on myself took 10 minutes. Costs me 7.00

No business. Stopped by to have 2 tires mounted. I had bought the firestone firehawk as tires myself online to matchmy other 2. The lobby and parking lot was empty the guy came all the way from the back of the shop I told him I had 2 new tires in the back of my truck I want to get mounted, he said I would have to wait until Friday.. . Went half mile down the road and got them mounted in less than 20 minutes for $10 each. What a shame firestone used to be a good store

Matt is always very helpful and appreciative of my business. He is wonderful to work with as is Blaine. I have taken my car here for service for many years. I've now started taking my mother's car as well and recommended this particular location to my son. We have all been very pleased with the service we have gotten there.

This company is a joke!! We schedule an appointment for brand new tires and paid for them online. The order details state that our card would not be charged until the completion of service. However, our card was charged and they repeatedly told us that we didn t pay for the tires and services for installation. That we didn t finish filling out the payment information. I asked what information wasn t filled out and they couldn t tell me. I showed my receipt as well as my bank statement showing that they did, in fact, take out the money. I asked what we needed to do and he said he didn t know and to call one of the corporate numbers to figure it out. Then said that we could just wait 3-7 business days for it to fall off of the appointment schedule to be refunded. Wait, I thought we didn t pay?! They need to get it together because they just lost our business forever!

There was a guy named Cody who helped me. He was very professional and polite. His attitude is great and he is very informative. I've never seen an employee anywhere that is so kind to people. This does not just include my interaction with him. As I waited for my service, I saw him interact with at least 5 different people and he was kind to each one of them. Just wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond to show kindness to people. You made my day. I also interacted with Jesse. He was great! The manager was there and I spoke with him too. Your entire team was so helpful to me. I truly appreciate it. I will be a lifelong Firestone customer because of the experience I always have at this location in east Tulsa. Thank you!!

Best experience I have ever had. Professional, very thorough in addressing everything effectively & efficiently. Went above and beyond these guys are great- They beat everyone on price and did a better job. Felt well taken care of, Especially as a woman, and gained my confidence in doing so when passing the very best car guys critics! Ask for Colton!

Mike was awesome, I was in town for the day and was in desperate need of new tires! Mike found some tires at a reasonable price and was able to get them the next morning. I really appreciate the extra steps to get me on the road safely and the wonderful service he provided.

I've used many Firestone locations as I've traveled this country a lot This is the location that was the straw that broke the camel's back. After driving close to an hour for a lifetime alignment warranty that was scheduled 2 days in advance I was failed to be informed of a fee for a diagnostics when I was on the phone with them.. Unprepared and and ill budget for the diagnostics fee I had to take and drive almost an hour home With the jacked up alignment because nobody wanted to tell me this. This is the 2nd location I have used that I have had issues getting to honor an alignment

The customer service was at a very low today. Took about 15 minutes to be greeted. Even though one employee was just outside talking to someone instead of taking the time to greet us and say I'll be in a moment. Not sure if it was just a bad day for them or what but his professionalism and patience for my husband and working with our tire plan was next to nothing. Wouldn't give the tire repair claim a call, we had to call ourselves, didn't know of the process for ford claims partnership with him. Was a hassle and felt like we were being degraded for him not understanding what we we're saying. As for the service everything was taken care of quickly and correctly.

We have been taking our cars here for the last year and love these folks. They are friendly, fair, and professional. Haven't had problems with any of their repairs or tires. I love being able to get 6 months free interest on their card (if paid off within the 6 months).

I needed my alternator replaced and it was mid-afternoon on a Sunday. After calling every single garage that was open, this location (and specifically the manager) was the only one that would even attempt to work me in to their already packed workload. Not only did he stay late to do the service, but gave me an accurate estimate beforehand and didn't try to push any unnecessary work or charges on me as I'm so used to from my experiences with Hibdon.He was also nice enough to tell me about some problems he had found, but without trying to pressure me into having them fix the issues - he genuinely just wanted to inform me of the issues, and even suggested checking with dealers for free service on a couple.All around, a stand-up guy running a good shop. Your experience may vary, but this place saved my butt in a pinch and didn't leave me feeling cheated afterwards.

Quick part swap turned into a bit of a saga. Went in with a failing power steering pump and asked them to swap. They assured me they would be able to do so without any problem which turned out to not be true. After a bit of back and forth and about two days, they called me to let me know they didn't feel comfortable continuing (diesel truck) and to come by and have my truck towed (Now with no steering nor power brake) to another shop that I was responsible for finding. I ended up dropping by and paying the bill in-full for a now undrivable truck and a non-working power steering pump. Had another shop tow it to their place and they did the repair for ~120$ cheaper.A month or so later, after going through and getting ghosted by (corporate) customer retention, I got a hold of the store manager, Blaine, who apologised and got me set up with a refund that day.All in all a $310 repair ended up costing me ~$800 after the refund including the now-necessary rental car and rescheduling of another shop visit.TLDR: Fair bit overpriced, may not end up with something working, but the site manager was nice and will issue refunds if needed.Unfortunately, this was our second visit to a Firestone and our second bad experience. Very likely won't be coming back.

These guys have excellent technicians and superior managers. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. (Been there done that, and came back to Firestone to stay.)They have done dozens of repairs for me over the last 10 years, clutches, trans work (problems that a trans shop created), front end, brakes, A/C, electrical problems (that body repair shop created), batteries, oil changes, shocks, tires, you name it, on several different vehicles that I have owned, and they always find some way to go the extra mile. These guys are just the best.
