Had water pump repair on my F150. I had to take it back twice within a month for truck over heating and leak. They fixed it but 9 months later it started to leak again. They told be there was nothing wrong. Took it back again and the told me the same thing. Took it to another repair shop to get it fixed.

I bought a set of four tires. Only about 40% of the life was used. Two of the four did something I'd never seen. It's quite scary to think that I was driving with these tires on my car and with my loved ones in it. After the second flat, I wanted all four tires replaced. This did not happen. It took me over 3 hours of waiting just to be turned away because they couldn't reach a manager by phone (it was the Friday of Labor Day weekend and I was informed all the managers were on vacation). This is absurd! A business should be able to operate at its full capacity if it is open! Anyway, I was referred to another Firestone a few miles away that had a manager on the clock. They replaced the newly affected tire but with the same type of tire. I do not feel safe driving the vehicle with those tires. I will be getting a new set, and probably not at Firestone. Be weary of the low-profile Bridgestone Turanza QuietTrack tires! If this happened to two of my four tires.... something isn't right!

Damon, Zane, Khalid and the rest of the crew at Firestone have given me nothing but fantastic service. They are friendly, efficient, courteous and I always get more than my money's worth every time I visit this store. I would give them 10 Stars if I could!

Ran over a short piece of metal and thought for change of pace I will take the easy path on getting my tires replaced. Usually I order them myself, load them myself, and take them out to a guy in East Tulsa to get balanced.However since I was having surgery, I decided to order online and take the offer of getting them installed at a local Firestone. This seem like a straightforward process to me, I had one tire that had been sliced and another tire that had a slow leak, so obviously we replaced the two damaged tires and keep the two good ones, right?I explained this when I came in, it was confirmed that it could be done, despite having an appointment and waiting 2 hours, at no point to anyone tell me that the plan was changed, and they decided to change out different tires, leaving the one with the leak. It was only because I had the stem cap off of that tire and noticed it was still off post-change that I was able to catch so quickly that something was not quite right when I got home.They did confirm with me on the phone that they did not replace the tire with the leak due to tread minimums and instantly tried to sell me a new tire, which as we all know one does not buy three new tires, they would just buy four. They say it was because of tread, however it feels very intentional that they did not do the work as requested so they could attempt to sell me more than what I need at this time.The scammy upsell is not appreciated, and I would not do business with them again.

A friend's 2010 Ford Fusion was brought into this location for brakes. She was quoted nearly $4,000 for the repairs (with over $700 being for a fluid flush they performed). My husband (certified automotive technician) and I drove 400 miles from IL to trailer this car back home to do the repairs. The car was actively leaking brake fluid as we drove it onto the trailer. I can honestly say I've never seen this level of incompetence, and I haven't even gotten to discussing the run-around they gave to my friend and her parents. 0/10 do not recommend.UPDATE 3/17/2024: we got the Fusion home, and my husband said the Firestone Techs failed Master Cylinder 101 by not doing a bench bleed.

Firestone has always taken care of all of my needs and has offered great discounts when available. Zane and Damon are friendly and professional. They explain the recommended work and then thoroughly explain the work that was completed.

I went to a different shop for an oil change and they gave me a 1300.00 list of urgent repairs that needed to be done asap, I brought my car to Firestone for an inspection and let them know what to look for based on the other shop s recommendations. Firestone could have milked me for over a grand easily in this situation but they informed me that while there were the beginnings of normal wear and tear the repairs weren t immediately necessary. That level of honesty is why I keep coming back.

Came in needing to upgrade perfectly good headlights for top of the line Sylvania LED's. Said they couldn't install customer's parts so wanted to charge me close to 300$ for basic halogen projector lights. What a scam of a business model. Have a waiver for customer parts if you're concerned with recourse. But that's not the problem, they just want to upcharge 300% on top of labor. Atrocious.

Not open when it says on Sunday but it got better from there. Did a great job fixing my car AC when the heat index was 120 out. Tbh I probably would have went somewhere else had the issues not started on a Sunday when most places were closed(when it failed the initial freon test and they found the larger problem it was gonna be free to redo so I wasn't going somewhere else at that point) but I was happy with it

The people who work here are so helpful! I have been taken advantage of once before at a competitor but I trust everyone I deal with here. One person really stands out with his amazing customer service .Zane is a real asset!!

Made an appointment at this location for 9:00am for lifetime balance and 4 tire balancing. I was looking forward to beginning business at this location. Arrived at 8:55, was greeted at 9:00, and was told they would start on my car in 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly. The sales person even kindly showed me tire options for my other vehicles. Waited until 9:35 and my car was still sitting in the parking lot. Kindly asked for my keys and left. No one seemed to be in any real rush. When time management is low priority for any business, the volume of sales at that business should decrease accordingly. Would prefer to give a 0 star rating.

Did a great and quik job. Went for all brakes and an oil change. Plus so diagnostic work. The guys here are very kind and helpful. I only hope they will do free oil top offs in between.

Don t come here for your oil change, came in and they took about an hour to change my oil . 24 hours later i have this burning smell and check my oil life is at 32% and so i check the oil rode and it s dry. This place is unprofessional and it s unacceptable to have this problem. They front desk guy was dressed is basketball shorts and a white shirt and entertaining his buddy while ignoring everyone else. I hope you guys close

Was really hoping to just get some air in my tires and get them checked around their opening time. Website claims they open at 7:00AM weekdays as does their door sign. It's 7:16 and the manager still isn't here to open the doors.

First of all, in the interest of fair play I will start with the positive-- the associates I worked with were very polite; however, that's as far as the positives go.After making an appointment the day prior I was told that I hadn't or didn't have the right location, then after showing the person at the counter my email confirmation got a shrug as to why that didn't work. Following that for 45+ minutes for my tire to be patched I was told that all 4 of my tires needed to be replaced, which was likely true. I asked if they would replace and them to which they said yes, then no because they didn't have the right size.I was reassured that they would get them from a store across town and install them very quickly the next morning as I explained I had a new job and couldn't be late two days in a row. The wrong tires were delivered, but that was not discovered until I had been waiting an addition 45 minutes the next day, so someone went across town and got the correct tires.I was still half an hour late to work despite voicing my concerns again the second day that I was waiting, having gotten there at 7 AM when they opened.Another service I asked for was to have my windshield wipers replaced, which was done-- badly? wrong altogether? I'm not sure, but they make a horrible sound and don't actually move any of the water, so I had to drive home with little to no visibility threatening my safety and that of anyone in the general vicinity.

I really like this Firestone location. They listen well to my concerns for my older vehicle so that all of my issues get addressed. I especially like that they make recommendations on potential future issues that they see. They aren't pushy when giving me the information and they take the time to answer any questions clearly. This gives me much more flexibility to plan and budget for future repairs and maintenance. I can always trust their feedback to know if something is urgent or if I can spread out repairs over a more extended period of time.

I received excellent customer service. I returned here a second time after a oil change, and service rep. was honest in assessing my son's vehicle for repairs. High Marks for being reputable! First time visiting Tulsa, Ok

They are friendly and knowledgeable. They do get busy so if you need same day service, call first to make sure they aren't full. I've always had a good experience. Two flats in two weeks and both times they were able to patch the tire and had me on my way in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment online for Saturday at 1:00. I even called the store and confirmed the time and date with Brian. I show up 30 minutes early. They can t find my name on the books. I talked to Brian and he accidentally put me down for Sunday at 1:00. He said there were two 1:00 appointments already so I could wait for a couple hours. First off, I was there early before the other 1:00 appointments so I felt like they should have just put me at the front of the line since this was their screw up. I offered to wait. After waiting for 1 hour, I was told they wouldn t get to my car til 5:00. They offered to make another appointment but I declined and left. I will take my business elsewhere since they couldn t fit me in earlier because of their mistake.

This is an honest shop! John the manager here believes in the golden rule!"Treat others as you want to be..." I had my truck in for a repair in December, and yesterday a horrible noise began in the front suspension. I dropped it off to them to get diagnosed. When they called me, they told me that it was the CV joint and would be under warranty. It seems odd that these days getting honest service is exceptional, but it is. I've been to other shops that would not have stepped up to be honest and uphold their own warranty. Thank you to the great team at Riverside Firestone!!! I carry my family in that truck and you are doing your part to help us be as safe as can be.

Person that answered the phone was rude and acted put out when I asked about oil change. I have a Credit card with Firestone or I would go somewhere else. After he quoted the prices for a full synthetic oil change by charging $70 over what everyone else charges. They also did not change my oil filter last time I had my oil changed. Cutting my card up.

Guy closed shop an hour early. I called ahead to make sure they weren t going to do something like that and there was no answer. They just let the phone ring forever. When I arrive the doors are locked and the guy basically just shews me off from behind the counter. Very rude. Online it said they were open. When I arrived it was 6:20. All I had was a nail in my tire. A quick fix. Won t be back.

We had a tire delivered from Tire Rack for installation. After we had been informed that it arrived by Tire Rack and Fed Ex, we called to set up an appointment. The man who answered the phone immediately became hyperbolically defensive about not having received the tire, even though we never presented anything in an accusatory tone. The tire never showed up. Tire Rack did an investigation and found that the tire was most likely delivered to this location. I do not have enough evidence to draw any hard conclusions, but the way that this Firestone location handled the ordeal was very much like a teenager trying to cover up for something they have not been definitively caught doing...yet. Shady stuff.

Visited for the first time on a Sunday at 10am to drop the car off for a tire. Was informed they were already fully booked for the day even though online showed appointment slots at 2 and 4pm which made it seem like I could just drop it off and pick it up by close. Don't rely on their website.

I rarely do these reviews, However after coming in and dealing with this store I wanted to let people know how excellent and nice the store and employees are at this new location. Then after seeing some of the negative reviews I had to speak up. Firstly my wife and I are both retired and are on a fixed income. We live in the area and we re thrilled to receive the flyer the store put out about their sale. Being on a tight budget we are not able to afford a lot of the things our car needed, or thought it needed. Took my car into another shop to see why my car kept dying and not starting. They told me that I needed a battery, alternator and starter to fix it and it would be around $950. I took it into the store and they did a free inspection on it and to my surprise the gentleman came back in with the inspection and said it didn t need any of that work. He took me out and showed me where my battery had build up around the posts and were causing it not to keep connection with the battery. A simple cable clamp and cleaning for $30 had me in and out in about 30 minutes and guess what I have not had a single problem since. I was ready to spend the money but they saved me and my wife a lot of financial stress by just doing what was right! I am over the moon with excitement to have a shop that has this type of integrity in our area. So to the negative comments about the flyers I for one am very happy to have received it. But to go in further this store has done a great job in cleaning up our neighborhood. For those complaining about litter, you must have missed the huge eyesore of the abandoned car wash next door to them that the homeless took over. Constant trash and debris going into the road from that place was a real pain. Since they have been there they have constantly kept that lot clean and the homeless out of that area that have caused this area such distress. Like I said I don t normally do reviews but to see some of the asinine comments and reviews over a simple flyer made my blood boil. Especially with how hard these guys have tried to make a great impact on our neighborhood. They have earned a lifetime customer and have been singing their praises ever since. Glad you guys are here!!

The whole experience was very upliftierng and encouraging. Chris, the Store Manager was beyond fantastic, he even assisted with his auto by accelerating the tire replacement process by going Personally and picking up a Tire that wasn't in the Store's inventory. He definitely sold me on becoming a FIRESTONE CUSTOMER in the future. Your org as organization is fortunate to have such a Great Ambassador.
