The associate at the front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable. I went in to have a diagnostic check done on my car. The technician did the scan, the details were made available to me as well as my options and price of the repairs. They didn't try to sell me anything extra that I didn't want or need. I was in and out hassle free.

Great place have been using them for my Complete Auto Care since 1993!Honest, reliable service always willing to work with me on service needs and recommendations.Woodland Hills Location in Tulsa Ok.Elaine and Matt are wonderful advisors currently managing this location and they make the repair go smoothly.

I told the guy on the phone that I had a small oil leak and needed my tires rotated/balanced (which I got the lifetime warranty when I purchased them from Firestone). $50 later it s a gasket (which they probably screwed up on my last oil change), and an oil pressure SWITCH, that will cost $500 to fix?!?!Also, it would ve been nice to know that it was going to cost me $50 to check for an oil leak!And they never rotated my tires because they said they were too bald!! And they have 1/4 of TREAD!?!? So, of course they wanted to sell me a new set of tires for $650!THEN, they said that the suspension arm on one of my tires was loose and needed replacing. The car steers great never had an issue with it! Of course those two $99 parts are going to cost me over $1,200 to replace?!?!My car s not worth more than $3,000 and they re trying to get me to spend over $2,500 on it? Not anymore Firestone I m tired of your constant demand to UPSELL!!!Sincerely Disgusted

So friendly and helpful. I'm from out of town and was leary of a Firestone I hadn't been to. A customer in the lobby who's done business with this Firestone for nearly 30 years reassured me that I was in good hands. I would use their Firestone again if I ever have any car trouble.

This place is a horrible excuse for a business. They close an hour early. Don't even tell or post anything about it. Unless you call and ask them specifically. Then when you show up in the hours that they are open, they can't perform the services that are already purchased.

All the employees were very nice and polite to everyone who came into the lobby. They were able to schedule me in quickly and even gave me a quote for the services, which came in a little cheaper than what was expected when scheduling.

They lied about things that need to be fixed on my car. I went in to get my brakes done. After they looked at my car I needed a motor mount, control arm, straut and front and back brakes and roters.

Was headed to Norman and had a tire guage sensor error on my dadhboard, and it was causing a bit of anxiety in making the trip. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and kind "come right on over" she says. Arrived to a very handsome big smile, whitest teeth I have ever seen, and just as polite as ever manager that got me in and out in less than an hour. Fives stars, and we have not seen that in quite awhile! My new location.

I made an appointment to have my car serviced here for brake pads. I was willing to pay for everything needed to be done until I was told a lug nut was too tight to take off, and they needed to charge $150+ to "carefully" remove without damaging the vehicle. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts against getting scammed and took my car to Tate boys where they successfully took the lug nut off! Thank you, Firestone, for looking at me and trying to scam me for being a woman or whatever !

Took my van in for service this morning and the lady there was completely rude I guess you have to draw her a picture. I was trying to tell her what was going on with the van but all I got was attitude. I wouldn t recommend this location to my worst enemy.

My son dropped off our car to have the break light diagnosed and they recommended a complete replacement of the rear brake system on a car that has 40k original miles. The cost of this brake service was $700. Secondly, They took a ridiculous amount of time to complete the repairs. After going back and fourth with them over a period of 3 weeks, The car was returned to us with a major grinding noise as well as squealing sounds when braking. Took the car back in to have them say they had no idea why the issues where happening. Against my better judgement, I allowed them to attempt to fix the issue. They claimed to have replaced the back brakes with all new parts 2-3 times. I went back to pick up the vehicle when they called to state it was ready, During normal posted business hours to find there was no one present and all doors were locked. No sign on the door, Nada. Went back the following day to pick up the car, and its still making the grinding, squealing sounds. Not only when the breaks are applied, but now the car makes noise when driving down the road. I have never been offered a refund, even after requesting one. I was offered a discount on my front brakes, should they need repaired. WHAT A JOKE! No way will I take my car back to this place. They broke a perfectly good car that had no issues at all other than soft brakes and a brake light indication on the instrument notification panel. They told me the sound would go away, after the new materials had "worn" in. I was without a car for over a week, plus additional days to 2nd attempt "FIX" the issue. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. Horrible, horrible place. They tried to overcharge me by $100.00. for a brake job. The service manager, Sean, was argumentative and hostile when I pointed out the error. Now, just a year later, I am back in this store because the brakes are squeaking and pulsing. The store failed to timely keep a scheduled appointment for an inspection. Sean was again argumentative and hostile. I wish I had never brought my car here in the first place. I will never come back, assuming they fix whatever they did wrong with the initial brake job.Service: Brakes

These guys are the real deal. I ve had a couple issues over the past few years with my vehicle as I travel a lot! They always give me a great quote, get the work done in a timely manner, and have excellent customer service! I spoke with Mike several times recently trying to figure out what I was going to do with my vehicle and he was very patient and ran over the numbers with me several times to answer any questions I had. I ve been to places where it feels like they are always trying to add on extras to get a quick buck out of you. I always feel confidant here that I don t have to worry about that when I bring my vehicle in here! Thanks for being amazing!

The guys at Firestone have always taken really good care of me and all of my cars. Most recently I had to have a lot of major work done and they did a great job and were able to get it done very quickly. I greatly appreciate them and will keep coming back!

They repaired the vehicle, but several items were stolen from the car while in their care and they refuse to own up to it. Oklahoma is a bailment state- it is absolutely their responsibility to protect the cats in their care. Unfortunately a lawyer would cost more than replacing the items, so we won't be pursuing legal action. However, we will never use this company again.

Several months ago, I had a check engine light illuminated in my Highlander. I visited Firestone Auto care. The staff took great care of me! The advisors explained any of the potential issues very clearly and completed the inspection in a timely manner. Excellent customer service! I will do business with them again in the near future.

Currently my go to place for service. This time was simply getting oil changed on both of my vehicles. Prior to this I had called them to help me out with my daughter's truck. She had just purchased it and was having problems. Mike is a rock star with the diagnostics. Fixed what they could at a decent price and gave great advice when it comes to fixing the things that they don't work on. Great customer service!

I have used Firestone for all of our person and company vehicles since 2007. Today is our last day of using them for any of our vehicles. We spend a LOT of money at Firestone/Hibdon across tulsa. Be careful they will tell you one thing then do another on the receipt. Then if there is an issue they won t honor what they told you.Go to Pep-Boys, Good Year, Discount Tire heck Walmart. If the regional manager/corporate reads this I encourage you to call or email me.

I used the service last year in September. Although, the wait was long, it was worth it. I had an inspection on my car and I was only getting an oil change. That caused me to have a safer trip on the road. Caring people . I recommend them and I will be going back.

My woman broke down on highway because these wonderful Tulsa roads that damage tires. Had triple A tow vehicle to Firestone who was able to find speciality tires and get her car up and going again. First class service thank you guys.

Recently I spent over $1,000 at this location having an alignment and new tires installed on one of my vehicles. Everything went well enough.However, a few days later, I took a 2nd vehicle in to have the tires rotated (also bought these tires at this location.) I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am. Around 9:30am they called and said it was ready for pick-up. I returned during my lunch break only to discover that they couldn't find my keys anywhere. After searching for my keys for 20 minutes, they realized that not only could they not find my keys..... they also couldn't find my vehicle!!!!! My keys weren't there! My vehicle wasn't there either!!!! I continued to wait while they tried to figure out where my vehicle was. Turns out they gave my vehicle to a different customer who had been driving my vehicle around town for the past 2 or 3 hours. Unbelievable!!!!! Seriously unbelievable!!! They contacted the other customer who had my vehicle, and my vehicle was returned. However, my trust was seriously violated. Do to the long, completely shocking delay, I was very late getting back to work. Even more shocking than the fact that Firestone gave my vehicle to strangers to drive around town for hours was the incredible fact that I didn't so much as receive an apology. Some way to treat a loyal repeat customer.

If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I wouldI visited this Firestone location across from Woodland Hills Mall today after running over a large nail and puncturing my tire. The hole was roughly the size of a large ink pen and was losing 30lbs of air every 5 minutes. After putting a can of fix-a-flat in and visiting two other businesses that didn't carry the tire size that I needed, I was able to air it up enough to drive the 40 miles into town to this Firestone location.As soon as I walked through the door I was immediately greeted. She checked me in and told me that, they too, didn't have the size tire I needed, but that a sister location had it in stock. I explained to her that this was my third place trying to find a tire. She put in the work order, and told me it would be an hour and that she would send someone to pick up the tire at the other location.As I waited, I noticed how friendly, kind, and respectful the entire staff was to all of their customers. The staff kept me up to date on the ETA of the tire, the status of my car, let me know when it was almost finished, sat down with me and explained the invoice, and gave me a discount on my next tire purchase. They pulled the car right to the curb so my disabled aunt could easily get back into the car without having to struggle to get across the parking lot, which she and I greatly appreciated.I have never seen such high quality of customer care from any automotive business!I will be bringing my car back to this location for ALL of my vehicle maintenance and repairs strictly because of the great customer service!
