Brought my VW in after the dealership was not able to find what the issue was with my transmission. The dealership was wanting to replace my whole transmission but I took it to Eds and they were able to find the issue and fix it for much less than the price of a new transmission. The technician seemed very knowledgeable on my particular kind of transmission which I appreciated. My car has been running great with no issues.

Conscientious Is the first word that comes to mind when describing Ed's Automotive. I took my 20 year old truck in with a few problems. One was a vibration that other mechanics couldn't find. Ed found it and fixed it. Friendly people to do business with. I highly recommend this business for all your vehicle needs. Whether foreign or domestic these guys have you covered.

Great service! I am new to the area and had a recommendation to take my Porsche to Ed s for a coolant leak. They were very responsive and fixed the problem. Great people and great service!

My car is 10 years old and has a manual transmission. I love my Subaru.I clutch went out and I had my car towed to them, I got a recommendation to use them (because Subaru dealership has ruined my car in the past). This shop did a full detailed diagnostic, not just my main problem.I ended up getting a few things fixed, and they had my car back to me in less than 2 weeks -which the Subaru dealership wasn't even able to look at my car for 2 weeks; this saved me a lot of time and money taking my car here to EDs.I am blown away by the amazing work they did, my car drives better now than it did when I first got it! And I kid you not, I was smiling from ear to ear on my drive home.They treated me so well, they even stayed open later so I could get my car after I got off work.I am more than happy and will be coming back here!

These guys are great. They called and quoted me for an 8 hour job on my car and when I went to pick it up they only charged me for 6 because they got it done faster than they thought. They could have charged me for the full 8 hours and I wouldn't have batted an eye, but they were honest. I am afraid there are not many mechanics out there today that would be as honest as these gentlemen. They also stayed open late working on my car so I could pick it up before the weekend. They seemed extremely knowledgeable, and were very friendly when I picked my car up. Highly recommended.Services: Electrical repair, Auto exhaust system repair

Ed and his team are HANDS DOWN the best mechanics around! They solved a problem on my car that had been misdiagnosed for months. They were able to fix problems that had been overlooked by the other guys that ended up resulting in the correct diagnosis for my car. No more rattling noise and my car has never ran better! HIGHLY recommend this place!

Great service and secure location. They worked my 2016 Mercedes Sprinter in quickly and had it turned around in 48 hours. Provided me some good advice on Diesel engine maintenance. Ed and Cody took time to visit before and after. If they served coffee I d stop by weekly just to say hello. I went to one of the "other guys" for an oil change. They ended up missing some parts putting back together and on the way home on the highway the underside of the car lost a screw and dragged part of my car for MILES!! Ed's was the closest place I found that was still open (til 8) so we pulled in and within 15min we were back in business at no charge. The fellas were so nice I will definitely be back here instead of those chain places. Thanks Ed and friends

I own a ranger rover 2106 super charge I have extended warranty with 100 deductible so I should pay only 100 but with Ed s they bill me for even using the rags to clean they work good but big ripoff I mean big I even explain her I got my service done from Range Rover all I pay 100 I should not pay more but they wouldn t release my vehicle unless I pay the the mony so be careful with these peopleService: Steering & suspension repair

Ed s Automotive did an awesome job on my Audi Q7. Someone bumped into my car, probably in a parking lot, cracking my bumper light and damaging my rear bumper. Audi gave me an estimate totaling over $2400. Ed s not only replaced the light and repaired my bumper, but also did an oil change and replaced my filters all at a fraction of the cost that was given to me by the dealership. Ed s is the best inTulsa as far as I am concerned ! He is thoroughly professional in his knowledge, attention to details, and with a pleasant and kind demeanor. I have been using Ed s for my cars and so has my son. Additionally, Ed will take the time to visit with you about everything he did just like you are family. A very good man and a very good mechanic. We have had great experiences at Ed s Automotive. Very friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They are very professional delivering expert service. We believe they saved the lives of our BMW and Mercedes. They go above and beyond for their customers. Absolutely impeccable customer service. They are also very thorough explaining the services performed on your vehicle. We highly recommend this place!

I was so impressed with Ed and his quality of work. My bill ended up coming in under the initial quote, which was a pleasant surprise. Ed kept me informed the whole time about what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also took the time to inspect the rest of my truck and let me know what I need to keep an eye on because the truck is getting kinda old. Also during his inspection he found a few things that he just went ahead and fixed for me and didn t charge me because he had the parts laying around his shop. I have never seen another shop with this kind of service. I just can t say enough about how awesome my experience was with Ed and this shop. Great job guys!!!Service: Engine repair

Honest service and excellent quality of work! I initially took my car to the dealership and was floored what they quoted me. After calling a trusted friend, they recommended Ed's and I'm so glad they did! Donna was great to work with and I appreciate all they did to help resolve my CV joint/boot issue. They even fixed a rattle that had been bothering me for some time! A++ shop! Highly recommend! Won't take my car any where else!!

My sons were traveling from Chicago to Fort Worth on 6/30/21, when they experienced an issue with our truck. It was almost 6PM on a Wednesday night and all the shops were closing in the area. I found Eds on Google maps and saw they had great reviews. When my sons got there, the truck was systematically diagnosed. Now, Eds closes at 8pm, and by that time the truck was not repaired yet. Ed continued to work on the truck until after 1030pm when he finished the repairs. After doing some tests, my sons were back on the road.This is truly service above self, and is not seen often today anymore. Ed, thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring for my sons. Your business will be blessed because of your actions. The next time I am in Tulsa, I will make a point to stop by and thank you in person.

They charged me $3000 and now my truck won't start at all. Poor quality workmanship, poor customer service, poorly educated, straight lies, overcharged, don't pay diagnostics, they don't "really" do a diagnostic other than a visual. Another dishonest mechanic. Not a fake review. You and your son destroyed our engine. Since picking up truck, it no longer runs. You DESTROYED IT!!! It's not a warranty issue. I became a customer in the mid-90s, long before I married in 2009. Ed was recommended to me by a female co-worker. He talked to me like he would a man in a language that I understood. I learned a little about cars from him. Several times he proved to me that he was a mechanic with integrity. His work has always been of excellent quality. I would recommend Ed s Automotive to everyone. They are the only ones that correctly diagnosed my car. I had 2 places say that my car needed a new engine. They took the time to actually look my car over and tell me that my car was fine. They did a tune up and an oil change and my car is ready. They are honest and so wonderful to work with. I have a new mechanic for life!!!!!!!

I went to Ed s for a second opinion regarding expensive front end work on my car. Not only were they customer friendly, but the work they did was of high quality for a great deal less than I d priced at a competitor. I will now use them for general service as well as any repairs that might arise. Easy to communicate and do business.

I finally found a great mechanic!!!! Honest..did a fantastic job!! So thrilled I found them! After I paid ( so reasonable) They gave me a card if I ever need a tow for free!!! Please run there for all your car problems! You won't be disappointed!!

Quality of work and service is exceptional. Ed called and gave me updates every day they had my truck, and even worked on his day off to get me it back for the weekend. Saved me thousands of dollars compared to the dealership and did multitude of additional work. I will only be taking my truck to Ed's from now on.

We took our Pathfinder to Ed s after a recommendation from another automotive company that we have used for years (their head mechanic was out in sick leave) . A little weary of using a new company because of all the horror stories you hear... They told us it would be $100 to diagnose the issue with the car. They called us the next day letting us know the engine had locked up, pretty much totaling the car. We went expecting to pay $100 but since is was so easy to tell what was wrong they waived the fee. When we went to pick it up the following day, had issues with our AAA not wanting to tow the car for us a third time so Ed s gave us a number to an affordable towing company and let us keep our car in their garage an extra day without charging us for that. They seem to be an honest shop that we had a great experience, with wonderful customer service, and a friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back if we have any other major issues!

Eds Automotive is by far the best shop to take your vehicle. The most honest work I've ever encountered in a mechanic. They go above and beyond with everything they do, including customer service. 10 stars! I look forward to the day my vehicle breaks down again haha! Thank you Ed and Cody!

I brought a truck in to be looked at prior to making a purchase at a nearby dealership. I wanted the mechanic to be family owned and well informed. Ed did a wonderful job at taking care of me and that task I needed done. If you're looking for honest work from honest mechanic.. this is where you should go!
