I ve purchased my fair share of cars over the past few years and this was by far the easiest, most fair, and quickest deal I ve ever experienced at a dealership. Hands down would deal with them again! I love my pretty blue Cadillac!

I will never understand how it could take 5 weeks to fix a tail light & a small dent. 1 of the 5 weeks they were without power, along with my house, so I'll give them that. After having my car this long when I picked my car up before I pulled out of their parking lot, I thought I better make sure the top goes up & down. For some reason, they had taken the tray that holds the top completely apart. I was so glad I checked it. Still, they were very polite and my car looked brand new, inside & out. And they were great about keeping it inside when it stormed really bad.

Had a great experience here. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Due to certain circumstances we ended up taking the car somewhere else to be worked on but the people at Thornton Collision were so helpful they really stood out as professionals Rare these days.

Definitely not impressed. Our Audi was in for body work. There for over a month. When we picked it up, we noticed several issues with paint. We now have to bring it back for more repairs. The worst part was getting home, only to find it had been outside during the big storm. It now has hail damage and we have to start a new claim with insurance.

When I first come in after being in an accident, they were great. They did a minor repair on my fender to make my car drivable at no charge. After finding out the at fault drivers insurance, the receptionist made remarks that that company was hard to deal with, and recommended me to use my insurance, and pay the deductible. They wouldn't call me back, and made excuses. Went elsewhere, and had no problems.

Update: Car has been in the shop for SIX MONTHS. Every week they call and say there is one more part they thought they could fix but can t and have to wait for it to come in. Vehicle was finally totaled. The estimate that took six months to generate ended up being as much as the 2021 XT4 cost to purchase

My vehicle has had a few accidents some worse than others when I first found the place I made an appointment to have my vehicle fixed and it went very smooth. Any other unfortunate small damages along the way Zachary who has been an absolute pleasure to speak to has been extremely helpful always gets me taken care of which is why all my business goes to Don Thornton.

They were great when Mike was there, but since he's gone? They're shady! Blake, asked when I got there what else they can check for me. I told him my breaks, he replies "Oh we don't have anyone else here so we can't." Then why ask? So then just the oil change. Then the next couple days they send me an email with a LIST of all the things "wrong" with my car. Now my SUV sounds funny and the one thing they could've named bad they didn't and I KNOW they are. They're shady! They assume the woman doesn't know cars. Beware of getting ANY service done here. I won't be back. They didn't even suggest a tune up, they just made up things and sabotaged my SUV. I'm debating on an attorney still, but women beware.

I'm biased, I prefer to bring my cadillac to cadillac because it's what their technicians specialize in. Yes their labor rate is more than most places but you get what you pay for and my service advisor Zach Perry takes great care of my needs.

Great customer service, however, way to slow to produce the scheduled service. Had appointment, should have been 2 hr job, took 5. Guess your at their mercy. Lol
