My transmission went out in my 2017 Chevy Silverado last month.We visited many shops before coming here, and I AM SO GLAD WE WAITED AND CAME HERE. Not only was my estimate $1,500 less than other shops. Anthony and his customer service was beyond great. This shop Is amazing. They even will tow for you and add it to the invoice! And the original estimate they quoted me was still pretty spot on at the end . && they only had my truck for about a week and a half! No issues with my truck and it drives great. THEY ARE THE BOMB .COM

I just wanted to thank Discount Transmission in Tulsa Oklahoma, it was great working with James and his company. There were some hiccups with the new transmission coming in, so they went ahead and overhauled my transmission. It was great being updated by Anthony, he made me feel like family, and it was nice to see some people are still genuine, great people.

Highly recommend. Honest and upfront pricing. Fast turnaround. Much more reasonable compared to other transmission shops in the area. Rebuilt my transmission for about half of what AAMCO was trying to charge. Used the savings to have them install new tires and shocks.

The best shop in Tulsa! I got a f150 with quite a few front end issues and Discount Transmission helped me fix all my issues for an affordable price and worked with my Cars Protection Plus warranty. Great work, really friendly, responsive staff and they let me keep the truck up there while I saved up to afford the repairs without charging any storage fees.

I dropped off my car at 9am and got it back around 4pm, for a diagnostic check. I thought they were going to be very professional and cool from the first impression. For the $100 diagnostic check they just check the codes for the engine light it seems. Where as midas gave me a checklist of everything wrong not just my transmission. Giving a 2star because the customer service started off wonderful but I'm so disappointed. Will not be back.

If there was an option to give them 0 stars. I sure would. This shop is the worst of the worst. Truck was in there for 11 weeks. They told me it was a front differential problem. Took it to another shop. It wasn t the problem. Told me it was a sensor problem. Went and took it to the second shop besides them and it turned out it was still the transmission. Shop is stupid as hell. Very unprofessional. If I had to explain what they did to me. wont be back and definitely won t recommend anyone I like to go here.

Finally!!! An honest, genuine, and very professional mechanics! Not to mention their prices are extremely fair, doubt you will find better prices and guarantee the quality of work won t be close to this place! Love how they send pictures of your car before work is started and I haven t had a car mechanic put paper on my floor board since the 90 s! They completely take care of your vehicle which is so nice. Thank you guys so much and a special thanks to Anthony!

I was telling my Uber driver on the way to the shop to pick up my car how pleased I was. He stopped me when I said "they are super busy because they are HONEST." We had a communication hiccup, they owned it, apologized, and even followed up on a day they were closed. I'd give 6 stars if it was an option. Very happy so far!

This shop was recommended by another local shop I called first to inquire about my wife's car. I gave them a call, spoke to James and he told me to just take my wife's car 2008 Ford Edge to their shop. It needed PTO transfer case. That same day, I asked them if I could take the car right around 5 pm after I get off from work and without hesitation they said yes.They are very easy to deal with. Beau was really personable. The work has been done in a timely manner, price was reasonable. We have the car for a week now and so far it's running good, even the mileage was improved. Would highly recommend this shop, no regrets. Kudos to all the staff.Service: Transmission

Avoid this place.They seem too busy to be work on your vehicle.They charged me 100$ and didn't do what they were supposed to, and still charged 100 $ for doing nothing.Kept my vehicle for 3 days just to look at it after telling me I could drop it off in the morning and pick up the same day in the afternoon.

Would not recommend. Took my vehicle in to have the transmission looked at due to slipping issues. Days later they tell me I need to replace all 4 motor mounts. Take it back to dealership only to be told the transmission is failing and I will need a new one. Not sure why I was told nothing was wrong with the transmission when I myself can feel it slipping. I have 3 children I drive around and for a transmission place to lie and put me and my children at risk is scary.

Atrocious service. I scheduled an appointment to have my transmission fluid checked several days in advance, and brought it in at 8:00 as was suggested. I was told two separate times that it would take a couple hours. At 10:30 I called and was told they were running behind and it should be ready by 1:00. At 2:00 I called to check again and was told it was being finished up and I would receive a call when it was done. At 3:00 I called to let them know I was coming to pick up the car, and was then told it would be finished by the time I got there. When I showed up I was told they hadn t even looked at it. Somehow seven hours wasn t enough time to do a simple fluid check. Not only that, but they kept stringing me along and pretending they were almost done throughout the day. And to top it all off they dented my door handle. Totally unprofessional and dishonest behavior, I would have recommended them in the past but this is inexcusable.

Great job. Friendly and professional. Went in there for my Sonic shifting hard. They tore into it and found out the Transmission mount was gone and was causing it. Great general auto repair and transmission repair. I have three different work vans and they have replace the transmission on two of them and have done numerous other repairs on my vehicles. They are great at communicating with you what needs to be done and pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend them for all your auto repairs and especially if you own a business they are great to work with!
