My go-to when it comes to new tires, they have great customer service and helped to answer all of my questions. They also allow financing on tires with no interest if paid within the agreed timeframe. Only downside is only one of their locations does alignments and it's a little farther away from home although I do drive to that location to do so since it's only about 40 min drive from me.

I was lucky enough to work with Matt from this location. He made my decisions so much easier helped me out and blessed me today. I will refer all family and friends to come to this because of him. My experience here today says everything about how a company is supposed to be ran and operated. Will be a returning customer for all my tire and wheels because of Matt.

The best customer experience! Had to get a screw removed and patched on my wife s car. I enjoyed a mountain bike ride nearby while the tire was being fixed and the service rep had the car parked right by the front door when I returned from my ride so I could put my bike right into the hatch. Not sure if it was intentional or not but it was great not having to leave my expensive bike sitting out in the parking lot. Thanks!

We just had our first bad experience with Discount tire. We were instructed by a tech at this location to order the tires we wanted online (they didn't have them in stock) and have them shipped to them for installation. We did this through the Discount Tire Website. However, I had to call the customer service number on the Discount Tire Website because when I was ready to complete the purchase, it indicated that I would need to pick them up in Shreveport (I'm in Tulsa). The customer service rep on the phone completed my order and said they would be shipped to the Olympia store. When I received the email receipt, it had the logo Tire Rack on it. I didn't question it because I just assumed this was an additional new logo for Discount Tire. When my husband went to our assigned appointment today to have them installed, John W informed him that we did not purchase these tires from Discount Tire. When my husband (a senior citizen) tried to tell him that we ordered them online, he was laughed at. After a considerable back and forth, my husband asked me to come into the store. I explained exactly how the tires had been ordered through the Discount Tire website with the help of a phone rep, and then, and only then, did John W admit that Tire Rack was an online shop that had been purchased by Discount Tire. I don't believe that he ever believed me when I kept saying that I ordered them through the Discount Tire Website. John W belittled my husband and made a spectacle of him in front of other service reps (laughing) and customers. We will continue to do business with Discount Tire, but NOT this location. We have never been treated this way before but there is no excuse for it. We have spent a lot of money at this store, but that's it.

Had a 9:45 appointment for 4 new tires. Pulled out of the parking lot on new tread at 10:05. Awesome service as always.

During the cold, my tires were low and discount tire a check air station set up in front of the store. The staff was so friendly and helping me to put air in my tires after visiting two different gas stations with broken nozzles they were able to get my air filled up.

Phenomenal service!....While out of state .....went in for tire sensor light on the dash and concluded we had the wrong tire sensors replaced previously....And while replacing the right tire sensors they found a bulge in one of the tires....They have a loaner tire replacement we did not know about...Thankful and grateful for their unparallel knowledge and service.....Allen and the team were exceptional!...Over and above service! THANK YOU Discount Tire!!!!

This is by far the best place to buy tires in the city. Friendly, professional. Fast and competitive prices! I just wish they would prioritize customers standing in front of them over answering the phone. It's kinda rude to tell someone in line to 'hold on' then take 2 phone calls discussing tire prices and availability with other random customers. Next time, im tempted to call from the lobby when I arrive, perhaps I will get faster service.

Very dishonest not sure if it s this location or company wide but I will never go to another discount tire again,I talked to two different employees on the phone yesterday, he told me they could beat anyone s prices just to come to the store with a quote so I did this morning and was told they could not give me the tires for that price because they didn t know which distributor they were coming from, it doesn t matter were they come from if you price match or beat prices, keep your word you liars

I am so grateful for the professionalism and care that I received today at Discount Tire. Jamin met me at the curb before I even entered the store. When I shared my problem, he took over, keeping me updated along the way. I couldn t be happier with my visit. Thank you!

I traveled to Tulsa in early December from Illinois. I had to add air to a tire mid trip. When arriving in Tulsa, I searched for a reliable tire dealer online. Discount Tires reviews were good so I called them. They were pleasant over the phone and said come on by. I drove there and they checked my tire. It had picked up a screw, causing it to leak air. The staff from start to finish was polite and respectful! They repaired my tire at NO COST TO ME! Called it a courtesy repair! Wow! I've never shopped Discount Tires before so it wasn't because I had a receipt or warranty either. I was grateful to find a place to fix my tire so my drive home would be safe and without worry. I recommend Discount Tires in Tulsa Hills.

Kids working here are friendly and polite. They do however seem to have an issue with over booking. I made an appointment for 1pm and wasn't in the bay until 1:37pm. Initially the kid assured me they have a 1 hour guarantee, and to be fair they did finished my car at exactly 2pm. So I'll give them that, but priority should be given to those who scheduled an appointment. If some people roll up at 12:52pm and you know you have a 1pm appointment, tell them to wait! I'm very busy, hence the reason I called ahead. All in all I am satisfied. However, I wish they would talk to me more about my order and assure me I'm getting exactly what I called about, but I had to verify that myself, as I was basically told the price, handed a receipt and that was it. Make your customers feel good about their purchases, talk to them and make sure they understand what they're paying for.

I m little late on this. But a few weeks ago Jonathan got me setup with my tires and suggested a place for wheel alignments as well. I appreciate the customer support Jonathan and Ryan showed me that day. Made the day less stressed and just blessed. I appreciate your guys work and help. Look forward to getting my tires here now as a regular customer. Thanks fellas.

Matt, Merion and crew once again providing customer service that is Second to None! This is the fourth set of tires I have bought this year from the best tire store in America. I called Merion, he ordered tires and set the appointment time, and the crew installed 4 tires in less than 15 minutes! No waiting all day like at the competition. Fast, friendly, professional service!!! Ask for Merion for all your tire needs.

I want to thank the guy who helped me yesterday at Discount Tires in Tulsa Hills. I assumed I had a tire sensor out due to what another salesman told me a few months ago when I brought my car in and had 2 tire sensors replaced. But when I took my car in yesterday, the guy that helped me tested all my tires and found 2 with low air, but said the sensors tested okay. He had me pull around for air only. I appreciate him being honest with me and not charging me for something I did not need.

I called to inquire as to a new set of tires wherein I was advised to wait for the upcoming 4th of July sale online. I got a great discount with my appointment scheduled. I was in/out in less than an hour. Exceptional customer service

Came in to this location the evening of 8/7. I was needing a screw taken out of my tire and the tire patched. I waited an hour and a half. My low tire pressure light came on and after a few days I visited the Bixby location to check if everything was okay. I was told there that Tulsa Hills fixed my tire incorrectly. Waste of time, go to Bixby for better service and shorter wait.

This place is constantly impressing me. The service is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. They have wifi. They text a link to a "Waiting for Service, In the Bay, Done" progress bar of the status of your car (like a download bar). This looks to be my new go-to place.Compared to the Hibdon chain I'd been using, it's a few steps above up on many levels, including the comfort of the chairs and quality of the waiting room.Recommend.

Discount tire and there employees always make me feel welcomed, you can always setup an appointment to get in quicker, they always beat or match any competition price on the Internet all you need to do is show them the price.

Every time I come to this store, they have exactly what i need. The staff is always friendly and helpful.Today i came in and needed 2 new tires for my car. They had the right tires at a great price. They also got them installed very quickly. I couldn't be more impressed or satisfied.

Great staff, great service. The store is always clean and the staff communicates well. If there is a wait to get your car serviced, there is a Starbucks and many other shops within a comfortable walking distance. They will text you if you want, when your car is finished. The ONLY thing I would change is that there is a strong sweet scent inside the lobby, by some sort of air freshener. This is good for a lot of people, however for those of us that are sensitive to scents, it can set off a headache if you are in there too long. For most people this won't be an issue.

They check my tires for free when my censor light comes on. Usually it's just because of the pressure change in the atmosphere. Today; however, I did have a problem and they were quick to fix it for me. They polite and courteous throughout. Their prices are reasonable, plus they will rotate my tires now for free!!

Amazing customer service. They really go above and beyond. My husband had to take both of our little ones with him while I was working. They came out to the car and helped him, got his tire, and told him how long the wait would probably be. They called when it was ready and they brought it back out to the car! He really appreciated it since both of the kids were asleep when he got there. Quick, wonderful service. We will be back! Thank you!
