They were all extremely professional and mounted my brand new Toyos beautifully. Anyone looking for a place to have their tires mounted and have lowered vehicles in the 918, I highly recommend these guys. 5/5*

Had a screw in my tire and they did a wonderful job helping me! They were so quick and had amazing customer service. I really appreciate their work and got to meet the store manager who was very attentive and eager to provide me with the best service and quality! Definitely will be going back and sending anyone their way.

Love the experience we had here, Devon Lloyd was really helpful with choosing the right options and making the whole process super simple. The vehicle was also finished really quick so that helped out immensely. Highly recommend any day of the week!

Got a flat in what I thought was only one of my car tires. Went online and made an appointment day before. I get there a little early which turned out good because when checked in found tire on both of the back needed to be fixed so was about 10 - 15 minutes each to be repaired. This place is awesome as I've had tires replaced before and with an appointment and they make everything for the customer service great since you already go online and see what the store has . I didn't see any unhappy customers since service is easy to look up for and they will take care of your tire needs from there. I'm a repeat customer and will go back again

I don't give 5 stars. But this place deserves it. I went in because the tire light stayed on even after putting in air for all tires. I figured it might be the spare tire. So took it from under my car, tired to put air in it but the light still stayed on. So I took the tire to Discount tires and the employees were great, no beating around the bush... told me the sensor was bad. So I got a new one and even put my 4 tires on the car under warranty. They did the job completely, got the light off and put the spare under my car. If you have a car find the nearest Discount tires for your peace of mind. Thanks

2 tires blew out due to our amazing pot hole rodes so I called around. Not only were they able to help me get 4 new tires, I decided to upgrade the wheels and Austin helped me find what I wanted and got them in under a week. This type of service is amazing. Check the images for the fitment. Couldn't be any better!

This place does not honor roadside warranty. Had to fight with them the first time to honor my warranty for a unpatchable tire. Now im having issues from them honoring the warranty on 60,000 mile tires that went bald at 30,000 miles. All 3 tires have the same amount of tread, rotations done every 5000 miles. Currently waiting to hear back from corporate on my options. Should've stuck with robertsons tire.

I can t say I ve ever had a bad experience with Discount tire. They ve always been kind and helpful each time I ve had to go there. Just wanted to give a special shout out to the 41st and Garnet location! Roger (I believe is a manager) was so compassionate and kind towards me and helped make sure I was safe on the road. I can t thank this company enough for the wonderful people they always seem to hire and for allowing them to show such kindness to others. Thank you!!

If you want to go with an inexpensive tire go to Walmart they are less expensive and quieter. the ones I got from here are so loud I can barely hear my stereo. The service was good, but he should ve given me a heads up that these tires being so loud

The gentlemen working today were kind, understanding, and very professional. Not only did they take care of the two tires I purchased but they checked my other tires and my spare before I left to make sure my car was safe for my two hour drive to work. I absolutely will be bringing my business back to this location!! Devon and JC run a great store!

I don't leave reviews too often but this location was awesome! Too many businesses hire lack luster employees, but your crew was top notch. Super professional and courteous. Seriously felt like I went back in time when quality customer service actually was a thing. Well done guys!!

I ordered some wheels/rims and the turn around time + appointment was crazy good. They were very professional and took time to listen about what I wanted and helped me find a good fit for my car.They quoted me around 45 minutes to 1 hour to swap rims, and it ended up taking almost an hour and a half. I don't fault them for taking their time and ensuring that it looked as good as it could.I'd like to shout out Rob, Austin and Juan. These gentleman excel at what they do, and I couldn't be happier. Hats off to the 41st Discount Tire Team.

This is the best I ve been treated at any mechanic. When they say they re going to take care of you and your vehicle, they mean it to their core. They are absolutely wonderful. I 100% recommend this location.

AFTER BUYING NEW TIRES FOR TWO CARS WE OWN. WENT HERE TO GET A SCREW REMOVED. DIDN'T KNOW THEY WERE GONNA TRY AND SCREW ME. TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT REMOVE THIS SCREW, IT WAS TOO DANGEROUS, AND WOULD BE A HAZARD FOR ME TO DRIVE IF THEY DID..... SOME 100%BS. TRYING TO SELL ME NEW TIRES. PLUS THEY THREW IN THEY THINK THE DEALERSHIP DID SOME TYPE OF REPAIR TO TIRE, BEFORE SELLING ME THE NEW CAR. WHAT A JOKE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! SAVE THE HEADACHE, AND BIG CHANCE OF GETTING SCREWED. Went in they took my keys and got started on the Job of rotation, balance and alignment. Told me I needed 2 front tires gave me a good price and put them on! Very quick Extremely nice people and didn t hesitate on anything! I ve been going to discount tire for years in another state but I absolutely love this place! I d give 10 stars if it was allowed!

I had an excellent experience stopping in at the 41st location for a low tire. Was greeted at my car door and then Angel helped fill all my tires at no cost and hooked me up with all new windshield wipers. Great customer service and super friendly team!

The place was clean and the employees were polite. I had a tire that I had a knell in it. That needs to be replaced. Good quality tires but expensive

I went in to get a flat fixed but due to the placement of the screw, the tire was not going to be able to be fixed. I was close enough to needing 4 tires that I just opted to replace them all. They only had two of the four tires that I picked in stock. Roger my salesperson called the warehouse to see if he could go pick up two tires but because it was so late in the day, we couldn't get the tires. Roger offered me the two tires on the spot and said that I could come back the next day for the other two tires. For unrelated reasons that wasn't going to work for me and I wasn't sure when I could get back. JC, the manager overheard what was happening and before I knew it JC and Roger had arranged for an employee to go over to another store and pick up the two additional tires that I needed. Seems customer service has declined these days but these two gentlemen went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I really appreciated them going the extra mile.

They usually always have a great attitude. Service is quick. And they do a good job. By no means is it the cheapest option. But you get what you pay for. Highly recommend the new tire warranty if you get a new tire. Mine was well worth it. We had to patch our tire 3 times. But every time it only cost the price to warranty the new tire. Totally worth it though.

To start, I have always loved Discount Tire. I recently moved to OK and was needing tire services so I found the one nearest to me. Regardless of where I am in the country, I know I can always get good service at any of their stores, with this one not being an exception. Roger was great and had such a warm, vibrant energy! The techs worked so efficiently too.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!From the first time I picked up the phone and had my initial conversation with David to the moment I was pulling off the lot with my new set of tires and rims I was blown away with the customer service I received , It was a pleasant surprise to find that the entire staff was just as pleasant as the service I received over the phone, Thank you!

These guys saved us while our fifth wheel was being transported from Indiana after repairs back to us in Arizona. Long story but they hit it out of the park replacing our missing spare tire and rim and replacing two old tires that were in danger of failing. They handled all of the transaction over the phone with me and were very cordial to our RV transport driver.

Conflicted review. They did honor a price match (as any franchise auto shop should) so the cost was reasonable. I brought in two cars for $2000 worth of tires and TPMS sensors. The tpms light was on on my second car I brought in, which they said would go off after I ve driven a bit on new tires. Well I went back by my preferred auto shop to find out they ve overfilled every tire and left the spare nearly flat, causing the TPMS light to stay on. Plus the sensors needed to be reprogrammed. I was shocked that all of this was neglected after spending $2000. The first cars tires were also overfilled by 10psi

Went here this past weekend to have a tire patched. Tried 3 different places before this one, 2 other tire shops and the dealership. No one could get us in, honestly felt like they didn't want to mess with it. One place also said that because I used tire sealant the tire was now ruined, and I needed to buy a new one--but still couldn't get to it today.4th place we go is Discount Tire, where we were greeted professionally, they patched the tire right then and there, told us they were able to clean out all the tire sealant, and they didn't even charge us. Definitely going back when I need new tires this place was miles ahead of the others that will remain nameless.
