They fit me into their busy schedule and came in early to help me. I had a small dent on my door and they fixed it in 20 minutes! All 3 brothers are so kind, professional, and helpful. They explained the whole process to me and let me and my son watch the whole thing. I will be bringing all of our fleet here for paint less dent repairs!

My experience with Dent Terminator was AMAZING! First, I text pictures of the dent to them and they replied quickly with an estimate. A few days later I called and booked an appointment. When I dropped my car off, Derek looked at the dent, explained some caveats we were facing, and said it would be done in 3-4 hours.He called about 3 hours later to tell me everything was done and the repair went well! You cannot even tell there was a dent there to begin with and it came in slightly under the initial estimate. Very pleased with the friendly service, attention to detail, and it being affordable. I would definitely recommend Dent Terminator and will use them again in the future if needed!

These guys are awesome. Took my wife's Telluride in for an estimate. The estimate was good but before we could get it scheduled we had some things come up which made us push back getting the dents removed. Almost 6 months later I called to get an appointment scheduled and to my surprise not only did they still have my estimate on file they honored it. This was something I was not expecting. Took the car in and they let me drive thier loaner to get my errands done. Timeline was about 6 to 7 hours but they called in about 4 to let me know it was done. Went to pick the car up and they not only took the dents out that were on the estimate they even took a couple out of the hood. These guys were friendly and I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a customer. I would recommend this business to any and all who ask about dent removal. Also the wife is very happy that she doesn't see a dent in her door any longer. Thank you for your professionalism and quality of work. Will definitely be bringing my truck soon.

The two brothers that operate Dent Terminators are super nice, first-class guys. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Their work is impeccable. They are masters of the science and perfectors of the art of dent removal. The only way you would ever know that my GR86 had hail damage is if I told you, and if you looked at the finished work you still wouldn t believe me.Dent repair without having to have paint and body work is a miracle! No worries about the shop matching the original paint or concerns with how long the paint job will hold up. It is your OEM paint!If you have dents, have em Terminated!

I had a very unique motorcycle fender no longer available from the manufacturer. It had about a 2 inch diameter dent. Derek looked at and said he could probably help, but to leave it with him so he could examine further. It was finished two days later and no evidence exists of the dent. The paint remained intact with no micro-cracking of the clearcoat. Amazing work, fast and very professional service. Highly recommended!

I purchased a used car at a low price because it had about 5 small dents and 3 larger ones. I am very happy with the Dent Terminator's service. They made the car look good as new! Also, the employees were very personable, easy to work with, and had everything done within a day.

I brought my 2019 Genesis G70 to Dent Terminators for hail damage repairs, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the exterior repairs were done, there were several issues that left me disappointed. Firstly, they outsourced the windshield replacement to a third party without and it turned out the third party had shut down, therefore causing confusion on the responsibility party.Upon picking up my car, I was surprised to find it dusty and dirty, making it impossible to assess the quality of the dent repairs. (It was hard to see the damage bc of the dirty car, so how am I supposed to see the fix with a dirty car). Furthermore, my heads-up display wasn't working, and the rain sensors failed to function after they calibrated the new windshield. The interior was in a messy state, with handprints, footprints, and dust on my tan interior, which should not have been the case after an exterior repair.I chose Dent Terminators based on their long service record and ratings, but it seems that their reputation doesn't necessarily translate into quality work. I went through my insurance, paying over $7000+ in total, with only a $500 deductible (my responsibility) expecting top-notch service, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it. I do not feel comfortable having them fix these issues therefore I took my vehicle to the delearship, which now that I think about it I should have done in the first place.I honestly hate to leave negative reviews, but I hope they can address these issues to provide a better customer experience in the future.For a company that had been in the game this long, this should not be the case.

I brought in my Civic Si that had a big foot dent. They immediately were happy to help and started working on my car. I got my car back the same day and it looks brand new! I will only be using these guys and I will always be referring everyone to them. Fantastic work and a super nice family business!

Dropped by here after I got hit by a run away shopping cart which resulted in 2 noticeable dents. I showed up at 4:30 pm and they close at 5:00 pm. But Tim went to work on it anyway. Got it fixed in an hour while I waited. I just hung out in the shop talking with him. Pretty cool to watch how he works. But Im happy with the work and appreciate him doing it the same day. I would go back if any other dents show back up.

Those guys got me an appointment super quickly with a reasonable estimate. Derrick and Steven let me watch as they fixed the door ding and they taught me about how the process works while fixing it! They charged what they quoted me and everyone was extremely friendly. My car looks as if the dent never happened. Good family. Good work. Good business!

Absolutely incredible place to get a dent removed. This is your good old fashion family establishment. You can tell just by how they greet you they actually care about your business. Great prices, quick turn around and even better customer service and communication! Had a quarter sized door ding on my Denali now it never happened! Thank you Dent Terminator!

After doing some extensive searching and reading a lot of reviews, I decided to give Dent Terminator a call regarding multiple door dings on my Dodge Challenger. Within minutes of sending them a photo of the damage, they gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I couldn't be happier with their open communication, customer service, and the repairs. I figured I would still be able to see some blemishes or slight indentions where the repairs were made, but I couldn't even tell where the dents were! Couldn't be more pleased with the finished look. Derek explained the repair process in detail and even let my kids and I come back into the shop and watch him work. He had me back on the road in less than two hours. From start to finish this was an enjoyable experience and the dent repair work speaks for itself! I'll definitely be bringing my other vehicles back.Don't hesitate to give them a call!

Came here today to get some dents popped out. I had two dents from hail on my hood and one one the side of my truck. Derek and Dylan took care of me. They fixed my dents and now I'm dent free. The one on the side I was concerned about because the area was sort of raised, but they got it fixed and looking like brand new again. Great customer service and work. Also met the owner who shook my hand. I highly recommend them if you need to get any dents popped out.

These guys are the best, they did a fantastic job on a tailgate and rear of my honda ridgeline, plus they gave me a loaner for the day, made it super easy to work with them. Highly recommend them!

Everything was great! Quick quote for a dent for my truck. They provided a loaner to get back to work and an hour later called with the job done! Excellent service would recommend to anybody who needs any dent repair!!

I was able to text a picture and get a quote over the phone. They were very friendly and professional. I really appreciate doing business with a father/son operation. Derek came outside and greeted me, removed my tailgate so I could be on my way, and fixed 3 dents and a few minor scratches while I went on my way. I returned 3 hours later to find a tail gate that looked brand new. I will be returning with another project soon. I know from experience that you DO NOT go with the lowest bidder on dent removal. If the work is rushed, your paint will crack and that $25 you saved will turn into an expensive paint job. With that being said, the price was reasonable especially considering the quality of work they do. Another note on their character- they invited me into their shop and allowed me to look at a premium muscle car they were working on. It reminded me of the type of place my dad would have taken me when I was a kid. Clear the Way.

They always get me right in and get it fixed. I have been going there for years with all my cars.11/9/2020 I am back at Dent Terminator and they have done a great job. These guys know what they are doing. Attached is my 2020 Gladiator being worked on. If you have a dent these guys can make it look brand new.

Excellent customer service and amazing price. These guys are exceptional. They got me in quickly and fixed my dent to perfection. My car looks brand new again and no sign of that ugly dent anymore. I cant say enough great things about the team at Dent Terminator, they are simply amazing. Thank you guys so much for taking such great care of my tahoe.

Fast fantastic service!! I arrived early this morning without an appointment, these guys were polite friendly and FAST and the work was performed accurately and with great precision. They really care about your car and it shows. Other customers I chatted with also told me they had a good experience with prior repairs! Highly recommended. I do not take the time to leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave this one. I am VERY particular about my vehicle. And this place seemed like the most professional and non-shady that I called for an estimate. They even let me watch the repair because I'm the picky type who doesn't ever like to leave sight of my car at a shop. I felt very comfortable and welcomed and everything was explained to me before it was done! It was a great experience. Any future dents or dings for me, will be repaired at this place only. Definitely a 5 star experience.

We brought in our brand new '19 Toyota Tacoma that had major hail damage all over the roof, hood, door pillars, bumpers and everywhere in between. They fixed it perfectly. They also had to send it out for a tiny bit of paint work. That was great too. I actually got a light and shined it all around my truck and could not tell where any of the damage was. It was a perfect job done by a great team of caring people. I have already recommended two different parties to them.So today we took it back in because we had two, tiny, mystery dents appear on our driver's side door. We brought it in and they checked it out and said they could fix it right then. Took them less than 10 minutes and again it was flawless work.Thank you guys for doing such great, professional work. I was not kidding when I said I will refer lots of people to you.

The best experience I have ever had with a shop. They went above and beyond what they had to do. They treat you with respect. Very nice people. My insurance adjuster loved them. I recommend this shop to anyone. The hail damage they repaired on my 2014 F-350 was all over the drivers side & top. Looks better now than when I bought it brand new. Great job Dent Terminator & thank you.

Just got my car back a few hours ago after getting some hail damage and other small dents fixed. I am blown away! I ve already started recommending these guys and will continue to recommend them to everyone! Friendly staff, great pricing, quick turnarounds times, and amazing results. I looked over my car after I got it back and I can t even tell that there was even a dent there to begin with! Amazing work! Very pleased!

Tim has worked on several cars for me over the years. He has always done an excellent job. The price is right and it is always completed in one day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. I went in yesterday to get an estimate for my hood and he was able to complete the job in the same day. The dings and scratches were removed and the car looks great.

While getting a tunnel car wash, an SUV in front of me had a part from its roof rack knocked off and the part hit the lip of my hood, leaving a barely noticeable dent. The dealership said that it couldn't be repaired except by a body shop that was going to charge $1600! A neighbor recommended Dent Terminator. Tim and his sons accomplished the repair in about 30 minutes and the cost was $75. I can't recommend them strongly enough.
