If I could give Ten Stars to this Tulsa facility, I would!!!!I am a Professional Mobile Dog Groomer and I run an Onan generator on my van. I had some major issues back in June of this year and went to the OKC facility because it was closer to me. That was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! You can go read the review I left on that facility.My entire experience with Cummins Tulsa was FANTASTIC!! My scheduling calls were handled with care, having my issues listened to and then explained were great, and Doug was beyond wonderful the day of my appointment. My van was in and out FAST and I was actually able to go back to work the same day!! My bill was actually REASONABLE, **unlike OKC**. I never felt taken advantage of and I was treated like a human, not a dumb female. I ve even received a call from Doug checking in to make sure everything is in proper working order!! OKC certainly never called to check in.THANK YOU!!! I will definitely continue using the Cummins Tulsa location!!!10/10 DO RECOMMEND!!

Nice people but bad service and no follow through.I called to schedule a 1,000hr service for an Onan 8k RV generator. I specifically said I had 1,035hrs and wanted to get everything sorted in preparation for winter.I arrived at the facility and about 1hr in they said they didn t have the fuel filter, so they d bring one in from Dallas. No big deal, we stayed overnight and got everything finished in the morning.Upon checkout I asked if there was anything else I should be aware of in the future to which he said well there is a 1,000hr service for valve adjustment, hose replacement , etc . I was baffled and explained that I was there for a 1,000hr he said his tech didn t tell him how many hours the generator had and the person that scheduled me isn t part of their location. So basically I paid $500 for an oil change and fuel filter and now I have to reschedule somewhere else on the road to get everything serviced as it should ve been.Aside from that entire debacle, Doug said he d send me an estimate for the 1,000hr service. That never happened. Overall a bad experience.

Honest people delivering a great service. Always willing to go the extra mile to take care of the customer.Dyno is great to see in action. If you have a Dodge/Cummins 1 ton or a semi and want to see how much power it's putting to the ground take it to Cummins.

Not Happy at all. I ordered a DEF Doser Injector, through Cummins in OKC, on the 17th of Jan. I was told it would be coming from the Tulsa facility, 1 day out. I called on the 18th, was informed Tulsa had not shipped it. I was told it would be in on the 19th. I called the OKC facility, was informed Tulsa had not shipped it again.I have a piece of equipment down, I needed the part ASAP. I had to send an employee to Tulsa to get the part. Lousy service!UPDATE: 05/16/2023 - Found out it was OKC facility that screwed up my order not Tulsa, Sorry Tulsa facility!

Outstanding service. My 2019 Kenworth had just left local KW dealer and problem it was there for had not been corrected. I took it to Cummins and they diagnosed and CORRECTLY repaired the issue below the estimated cost and sooner than promised. Get this: They called me the next business day to follow up on how the truck was performing. Unheard of in this industry. Great staff, great facility. Keep up the good work!

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband. He had his truck serviced there on December 15, 2020. He has a Volvo with cummis engine and had an issue with the DEF system. They have diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly, did outstanding job and did not charge arm and a leg. This has never happened before, the next day he received a call from the shop asking how he is doing and if the truck is running ok. After being in trucking business for over 25 years we can honestly say this is the best service we did ever receive. I wish other dealers would follow their example. Big Thank You to all the people in the service department. Special Thanks to Dock.

Called Service Manager Marshal and advised I had a "Low Coolant" warning after I had just picked up my Tiffin Motorhome from a complete service. Service Tech Andre came right out (within an hour) and topped off the system. Problem solved!! Great "customer service", highly recommend this outfit.

Parts guys dont tell truth. I ordered an ECM parts guy will be down loaded from old ECM to new ECM next day. So i trusted him on his word,i pulled my back up ECM off truck to have up graded on second day number two parts guy both will be done on this day. No call back so i called late second day no parts guy. But did get to talk to service manager. He new nothing about my two ECMS. He said can have them ready following monday. I said need one back so can run truck untill i get my new one programmed. Had to go back to town pick up old ECM so can run truck. I wished the parts guy would have not told me a bad storey just tell the truth an dont leave a customer hanging not even a phone call saying will not be ready on day as promised.

Kasey and Brent were very helpful! I own a mobile dog grooming company and an Onan generator powers my van. If it doesn t run properly I can t work so it s nice to know I have a knowledgeable team to call when I have questions. 10/10 experience!

I was experiencing some issues with my 07 Cummins Dodge (loss in fuel mileage and power and running a little rough). I set an appointment and had Cummins Sales and Service of Tulsa diagnose the issue. They diagnosed the truck had an injector that was failing and quoted me $1600 to repair. A lot of money, but I felt they should be the experts, so I approved the repair. After putting about 300 miles on the truck it still wasn t right, maybe even worse. I took it back to them and they told me two more injectors were failing and for another $3000+, they would replace them. At this point, I was not comfortable spending another three grand and didn t feel confident in where this was headed. I took my truck to another facility in Tulsa, who only work on diesel powered medium and light duty trucks. They re initial diagnosis had them suspect injectors as well, but felt it best to pull the injectors and have them flow checked. The fuel shop tests identified the injector Cummins Sales and Service of Tulsa installed was the wrong injector for my engine. That, along with one other injector tested weak. After replacing the weak injector AND the incorrect injector installed by Cummins Sales and Services my truck is running great.I went back to Cummins Sales and Service, shared with them the outcome, and asked for a refund on the incorrect injector and at least a partial refund on the labor charged (since I had to pay someone else to correct their error). They ve been rather egotistical about the situation and don t feel they did anything wrong. The only thing they have offered is to exchange the injector, which is no help since I have already had the other shop do this.Bottom line: there are plenty of other facilities available that value your business and will make things right if they make a mistake-stay away from these folks.

Broke a fuel injection line coming into Tulsa on a Sunday. Got to truckstop across the street... Monday morning I went to service desk figuring I'd be stranded for three days. As luck would have it they fit me in, had part in stock & got me on my way! Great customer service, lounge....a perfect location if you happen to be broke down.

RV has two propane tanks. I didnt know this when I bought RV. Generator one was empty so generator did not run. I removed it and brought it to the so called experts. The found nothing wrong so finally sold me parts I didnt need then charged over 1100 dollars. Reinstalled it did not run When I filled the second tank generator ran but not perfect. Dishonest manager.

Would like to thank Mark and everyone at the service department!!! Came in with a generator issue that had been repaired a few weeks ago at another location. They got us right in and fixed the problem in under two hours!!

Lazy. All they needed to do was connect the computer and change parameters and they said they couldn't get to it until 4 hours later. They were literally all standing around in the front office. I do not recommend the Tulsa Ok Cummins Dealer.

Took Motorhome in for Cummins to service generator, they said it needed a carburetor after telling them it ran all day their tone changed. Asked them to clean the carburetor. Picked it up we were charged for a carburetor plus several other things. Worst experience, very frustrated and feel like we were ripped off!!!! Picked up and they did take 100.00 off after expressing our displeasure 1397.00.

Wouldn't bring my truck back. Stay away they don't know Jack. I Had to suggest maybe what was wrong with the truck the third time, and they said we can't fix that you'll have to bring it to someone else. they never did fix the problem but they sure did take are money.6,XXX

Nice people but charged me 291.91 to tell me my generator was to old to order parts for 10.35 hazardous waste disposal THEY DIDN'T TAKE ANYTHING OFF OF IT 50.00 electronic tooling fee 16.56 shop supplies REALLY don't recommend won't be back
