They did a killer job on my alignment. Even helped on small items under the car with no hesitation. Will be returning for sure in future.

This place was recommended to me by many friends for being able to do alignments on lowered vehicles. While the alignment turned out great(custom specs). The only issue I had found was some scrapes on the underside of my bumper (front right). I know for sure these were not there before, and nothing was mentioned to me about it when I picked up the car. Scrapes were minor, but it's worth mentioning.Pricing on my alignment is very fair. About $120 total for the 4 wheel alignment with my requested specs. My car (scion frs) drove nice and straight after the service was done. Because of this, I will continue to use them for my future alignment needs.

From the first phone call to picking up my truck, cliff, Justin and the whole team, were as professional, transparent and honest as anyone could hope for. I can t tell you how pleased I am with their dedication to excellence. With lots of shady shops to avoid, C.A.R.S. Is the only place I will ever bring my vehicles to. These guys saved us! We had been using another local mechanic for years (Jim Morrison) until he retired. After several attempts to use other shops, we finally found our new home for auto repairs. They diagnosed and fixed an issue that another nearby shop (AVP) could not, even after having it for 2 weeks. These guys seemed very honest and their prices were competitive. I'm very thankful for these guys to have helped our family car get up and running smoothly without our wallet being drained; and our confidence in mechanics is restored.

Awesome people, great service at very good rate. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again. So I had to edit my review after recommending this shop to a female friend. They tried to get her to replace her catalytic converters when it was her O2 sensors. Obviously there is a significant difference in how much those repairs cost. I can't believe that in this day and age that a shop would still try to overcharge a woman like this. Sorry but I can't recommend or will ever use this shop again.

I cannot say enough good things about CARS. I have used them for years & I trust them 100%. As a girl, I know nothing about cars and Justin always takes the time to explain to me what needs to be repaired. I ve been to a dealership before that told me my car wasn t safe to drive and I needed to replace all of my tires immediately for over $1000 I brought it to CARS for a 2nd opinion and Justin said there was just a nail in a tire and I had at least 6 months to a year left in my tires my tires lasted me for another 1.5 years! Like I said, they are super trustworthy & they do excellent work! I would never take my car anywhere else. Thank you Complete Auto Repair service for making car maintenance easy for me & answering all of my questions! I would never take my car anywhere else. I gave them 4 stars for the cleanliness, and how professional the communication was. My car broke down 100 miles away from my house, and 80 miles from them. They towed my car and diagnosed it the same day. The car was a thousand dollar car, and the repairs were 600(timing chain), not worth it. I ended up just signing over the title to them.

EXCEPTIONAL service at CARS! This is the only place I take my vehicle. I purchased 4 new tires from them so they could replace my tires, they did an oil change, and changed the cabin air filter last time my vehicle was serviced here. They always get the job done in a timely manner! Very efficient, precise, professional, and kind staff here! I have had all my vehicles taken care of by CARs for many years. Cliff and company are spectacular and will work very hard to make sure your service is the best it can be. I have had everything from oil changes, to transmission work and I have always had excellent service. The pricing is fair, the explanations of my cars needs by Justin have always been true. I cannot think of a better shop to work with.

The guys over at Complete Automotive Repair and Service are amazing! We have been having cooling issues with out 2013 Chevy Cruze and they were able to get it fixed and back to us the same day we dropped it off! They also managed it keep it under their quoted cost to us which was an added bonus to us. For the speedy service and price I don't know why you would take your vehicle anywhere else except CARS. Y'all have earned a customer for life and I will send anyone that needs repairs to you guys! Keep up the outstanding work!

I am not one to usually give reviews unless I am 100% satisfied and I can tell you that you will not regret coming here. I brought my car to a mechanic who told me it would cost $1200 to replace my fuel pump. I know nothing about working on cars but felt this was a little high priced and was told by a friend it was and I should take my car here to CAR'S. So I called and spoke with Justin and explained what was going on and he quoted me a rate if it was the fuel pump (which was already way cheaper than the 1st guy). He was very friendly on the phone and explain to me if I brought my car down he would look at it. I had my car towed after hours and left my keys in the Dropbox and he called me the next morning and told me it was the fuel pump and even gave me a cheaper rate than what he quoted me at the day before because he found a cheaper fuel pump. They had it fixed the same day they started working on it. I am a girl who knows nothing about cars and he did not once try to take advantage of that like the 1st guy did. I will highly recommend these guys to everyone I know and will ALWAYS take my car here if I have auto repair needs.

Cliff and his guys are the best guys hands down! I have used them for more than 10 years. What I love most is how honest they have been. However I am a very detailed and semi OCD person. The attention to detail and care of my personal car is something that no other place has ever shown me. If you truily care about your car then I can promise you there is no other place you should take it to!Mike

We were visiting Tulsa from Michigan and had a rattle that we needed to get checked out. CARS was recommend to us and they exceeded our expectations! They helped us get the issue fixed and honestly gave us the status of some other repairs needed without the pressure to get unneeded work done. They also discovered an issue with one of our tires and saved us from having a blow out. I highly recommend them! Very pleased!

Complete Automotive Repair has serviced my vehicle a few times and I must say these guys are not only extremely professional but damn good! My last visit I expected to wait 2 hours or more but again they surprised me and finished the job in a little under an hour! I trust these guys with my vehicle and I can't say that for any other repair shop I've ever been to! They truly earned my business and 5 stars!

Shop was listed as an in network shop for my warranty company. My car had to have a motor replacement. The intake manifold was not covered. Originally I asked for the old part to ensure I was able to match it, but was told they didn't want to take a chance of moisture getting to the engine. I ordered and the wrong part was sent. Reordered the second came damaged. Reordered this past Wednesday, let the shop know it will be here Friday, which they had already said that's when they would get it. Took the part in Friday, was told it wouldn't be until at least Monday. My car has been there a month. Granted some of the delay wasn't their fault. Justin absolutely did not care about my situation. Insisted that I pay for my part upfront. Acted like I was a beggar. I went to pay just to get my car out of there. He didn't attempt to give me a receipt. I insisted. I asked when my car would be ready. He said probably Tuesday. I asked him to write an expected delivery date on the receipt. He wrote Wednesday. I don't trust anything that he says at this point. I hope they really fix the car. I have a lot of doubts.

We have trusted our vehicles to Cliff and his team for many years. Fast and courteous service - Jason and John do a great job in the office. Fair pricing and transparency in service, be it oil changes, tune-up, breaks or radiator repairs. Thanks guys!

Great costumer service.. Recently had problems with my air conditioning system made an appointment to leave my car for the day. Justin stayed in contact about the progress of the repair & worked very hard to complete the labor intensive job as quickly as possible. Air system is working great now.I'm back again in the same month for a different issue CARS worked me in quickly & handled the repair the same day. Also, did diagnostic on my "new" used car for other issues since I've had to do repairs twice only owning it for less than 4 months.CARS helped with my warranty claims & when my shotty warranty company denied my 2nd claim Justin gave me the best price possible. Thanx CARS

I've had a couple of vehicles serviced by these guys over the past 2-3 years, and I have come to the realization they are the most honest mechanics I have ever met. On multiple occasions, they have found little things that were causing the problem, when they could have easily charged me for flashier, more expensive repairs. They're fast and courteous, also. I highly recommend them.

Great service, friendly and honest. They were able to figure out an acceleration problem that was misdiagnosed twice before elsewhere, tracking it down to the fuel pump controller mounted behind my rear seat in my q45! Very reasonable and got it fixed!

Great shop! They definitely take care of your car and don't try to sell you on things that are not really needed! Friendly staff and we have had nothing but great dealings with this shop for the last 10+ years! If I need a mechanic I know where I am taking it!

If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy shop, this is the place. I have been using them for years and know they will do the repairs properly and will and not over charge me. Cliff and Justin are good guys and they know cars (and trucks).
