When insurance doesn t treat you right, hire Josh! He was super responsive and caring for our situation. Let me start by saying Josh is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and quick everything your insurance adjuster will promise but won t deliver. My insurance adjuster led me in circles with their valuation, and it wasn t until I hired Josh that they settled fairly. I specifically needed someone who could handle insurance claims and totaled car valuations and I m glad I found Josh. While there were other companies that were cheaper, their valuations were less trustworthy (and lower!) and I didn t feel confident that they would really fight for my case. I got that fight and peace of mind from Josh, who provided a free valuation before getting hired and explained every aspect of the settlement that I should receive (and what he would do if my insurance tried to deny anything). My insurance tried to leave off things they legally owed but Josh made sure I got every cent. No one wants to deal with the headache of insurance and getting into a new vehicle, but if you find yourself at that point, don t hesitate to reach out to Josh and see how he can help.

Worked with Josh to get a diminished value appraisal report. I completed the free estimate form and received a call from Josh explaining the Diminished Value appraisal amount and how the process worked. I sent the appraisal to State Farm, they immediately agreed the value was in line with their comps and sent a check for the full amount. Josh was great to work with and I would highly recommend his services.

I can t thank Josh enough! He was so responsive, helpful, and effective! He offered us great advice and provided our initial vehicle value before we were even on contract with him, so we could tell if hiring him was worth the fee. He worked with our insurance to get us DOUBLE the initial value our insurance had settled on. Our car is a bit of a collectors car and very hard to value as there are none for sale nearby. Josh helped us navigate State Farm s appraisal process and secure a significantly higher price providing us THOUSANDS of extra dollars on our insurance claim! Haggling with the insurance was getting to be stressful and we were not sure we could successfully advocate for ourselves. Josh took away any hassle on our part and was able to get us a really fair value that was much more than we thought the insurance company was going to agree too. I highly highly recommend Josh!! Josh was great! He made the whole process easy as can be. He helped me every step of the way and always kept me in the loop. I challenged my insurance on the offer they made me for my total loss and with the help from Josh, he was able to get me an additional $5500. I never knew that your insurance could be challenged and I thought you always had to settle on their offer till meeting Josh. Josh, I really appreciate all your hard work and effort to help me out. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and negotiated exactly what I wanted for my totaled vehicle in the midst of an extremely volatile market. Without his knowledge and experience I would have been left with a ridiculously low payout for my F350. Josh was consistently available and worked with me and the insurance adjuster to procure the fair market value for my vehicle. I could not be more pleased with his effort, attention to detail and ability to negotiate a settlement that was more than I expected. If you are unhappy with your insurance adjuster s offer, do yourself a favor and get Josh on it.

I worked with Josh Dorris during my Diminished Value Claim. He did a great job advising what to do during this process. If you are not paid in full for your vehicle loss make sure you reach out to this guy and his team. They make the process easy and simple. 45 days later of the claim being submitted I received my check.

I contact Josh after being rear ended, he quickly respond and started the appraisal for diminished value immediately.The insurance company offered a settlement of $1069.00, I knew my DV was much greater than that, and it was!With the report from Collision Safety Consultants of Oklahoma I was able to negotiate a settlement for $5400.I highly recommend Josh and Collision Safety Consultants and will use them in the future if needed.

Josh has all the qualities you want when you're looking for a company to do business with. My insurance company gave us a low-ball offer on our vehicle after it was determined a total loss. Josh came in and did a more accurate appraisal of the vehicle which ended up being a huge difference. He is professional, does high-quality work with fast turnaround times, and has high integrity.

Had a pickup stolen and evaluated by my insurance. Wasn t satisfied with the evaluation and asked Josh to help. We discussed what he could do BEFORE he was hired. There were no promises or unrealistic evaluations. He was 100% fair and honest with me and my insurance company. The process was quick and easy with minimal effort on my part. Josh handled it. He charges a FLAT FEE for his work as apposed to a percentage of the gain. Even after his fee I still earned an additional 2k over my initial total loss estimate (on a 15k pickup!!!!).Let Josh assist you in getting a more realistic evaluation of your loss.

I was having trouble settling with my insurance company and the value of my car. My car was totalled in a hail storm and my insurance company gave me an extremely low value. I went back and forth with them showing them other cars just like mine other than I had higher mileage and if they would just use that car and deduct the mileage it would be much easier than them trying to use out of state vehicles which didn't make sense. I hired collision safety consultants and spoke with Joshua Doris out of Tulsa. He handled the negotiation with my insurance and came to a great price. Super happy with his assistance!! I have already recommended and shared his info with a friend.
