Honestly will always be my recommended shop to anyone needing repairs done or a simple estimate for their vehicle!! Ladies upfront are very kind and outstanding. Took my car in for an Estimate was very welcoming when entering also Anna did my estimate and she was very patient with me (keep in mind I'm an elderly person) once done she explained to me the process of the repair and how long it will take. While she was doing my estimate a kind lady named Joana offered me a water and kept a conversation going with me until Anna Was done with my estimate. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK. keep up the good work ladies! I will be taking my car in for the work to be done in about 2 weeks will update review once the work is done.

This place should never be considered a repair shop. If anything they will damage your vehicle more than it was before it was brought there. Then they take pictures and lie like the parts on your car was damaged already, knowing it wasn't. These people need to be shut down immediately. Oh I forgot to mention they also steal stuff out of your car so beware. They also will keep asking the insurance company for money until the insurance company deems the vehicle a total loss.

I dropped my truck off in the morning for an estimate and was able to pick it up same day with repairs made. Excellent customer service!! Will be back!!

Be very aware of this body shop. Because they are horrible people who lied about how much it would be to fix my car. I road by there a couple of times and even stop by when they supposedly were working on my car. They would send me email saying my car is on schedule to be ready by 09/12/2023. Remind you I dropped my vehicle off 08/24/2023. So as I'm calling to see how's my car coming along and they tell me they are on schedule. But I'm thinking to myself surely not because I watched my car just sit there for about 3 1/2 weeks. So then they tell me they need another supplement. So I'm like ok for what because that would be like your 3rd supplement that you all are asking for. On 10/09/2023 they played a game and kept asking for money until they said my car was a total loss and it wasn't. I took my car and got it finished getting fixed for way cheaper than what they charged. Skip's body shop is who I would refer if you want your vehicle done right, and he is very reasonable. Oh and I forgot to mention they broke my door handle to the inside of my car and whoever it was lied and acted like it was already broken. Smh and to the owner since I can't seem to reply. I just wanted to say you are a liar and the truth ain't in you. The only reason it was deemed a loss is because y'all kept asking the insurance company for money until they deemed it a loss. But even they knew it wasn't a total loss. That's why they didn't salvage the title and I bought the vehicle back and got it fixed for $850 while you all had already been paid over $4,000. Then turn around and ask for a couple of thousand more. Then not only did y'all break my door handle. Y'all also cut the hose to my windshield wiper fluid. Just plain pathetic that y'all can live with yourself knowing y'all are doing people dirty...

My car was rear-ended, but thankfully only the bumper was damaged. I put my car in the shop at The Collision Center on Route 66 and it was ready exactly when Tony said it would be ready. They also had the car cleaned inside and out, which I didn't expect. I'm very pleased with the work done on my car. This comment is late because my car was finished early in May, but a lot of things took my attention, but I was determined to post this comment on behalf of this company.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a phenomenal job on repairing my car. When I picked it up it was shiny and clean. They even detailed the inside for me. I can tell they really went above and beyond. They ve had my car for 2 months claiming they re waiting on a part. I went off on them for not communicating with me the part is still on back order. They all of a sudden came up with a solution and fixed my car within 24 hrs. Mind you, that part is still on back order. Suspicious right? I pick my car up the following day and realized my wheel is still not repaired and it is still pushed in when driving. I have to report to duty in the Air Force this weekend and I of course can t hop on the highway with my tire rubbing against something and not fully repaired. The manager was extremely rude when I was letting him know my frustrations. The alignment shop and the collision center were clearly not communicating because I took upon myself to call the alignment shop myself to check the status of the inspection. They said my car had been ready, and the collision center could ve picked it up that day. All that to say I have to return back to the collision center in the morning and let them know once again my car is still not fully repaired. School is about to start and I have duty to report to, I ll never use this company again after I am done with them. Run while you can!Services: Tires, Welding

December 2011 my beetle was the lunch meat in a fender bender on a rainy day. Not a lot of damage, but it scuffed her up.Collision Center on 66 was recommended.I did not post a review at that time. Because, let's face it, it's gonna look good the day you get it back. They did a great job with their work and even cleaned up the interior for me. The cup of aquarium gravel that was loose in the hatch made me giggle. I wasn't gonna mess with cleaning that up. But they did.The folks at the Collision Center had warned me that my paint color would likely fade. And that everything was under warranty.So, here we are, August 2018. I'm considering selling her. I know, hard to believe. I love her dearly. But it's time. (Well, maybe.)I go looking for the paperwork to get her touched up, just in case I go through with parting with her. Couldn't find it. I couldn't even remember exactly when I brought it in. I didn't even remember who paid for the repairs (It wasn't me. One of the slices of bread paid.)I email them (Didn't want to get laughed at - always keep your warranty paperwork or plan to feel foolish.)They were/are AMAZING. With what little info that i had, they found my paperwork from 2011. And they were so nice about it all. The touch up is covered under their workmanship guarantee and their product's guarantee covered the materials.I have my beautiful green beetle back - looking as good as ever.Thank you all!!!!!

These people are users they're take your money and say you messed your on vehicle up basically they lied to the insurance company and took my money and I'm out of money because they wanted to celebrate on people hard working money never trust these people again p.s. My only complaint was communication I was never called about my vehicle in the 3 wks it was there I was told 9-10 days at drop off I called them after 1.5 wks and I was told it would be done the following Tues and I would get a call Mon to confirm. No call I called Wed to find out it was still in pieces I feel there was some confusion or miscommunication which I wasnt upset about just wish someone would have paid attention to keeping me up to date on what was going on. My car looks great It was clean when I picked it up and everyone seemed friendly and courteous I would recommend them to others

I chose this body shop because they worked directly with my insurance and it was between my home and work. The people are friendly but they need to work on their communication.Good;- Quality of work- Took ownership for dead battery caused from driving inside shop, running accessories (power windows because of new door) and bought me a new one.- Car stored inside, especially over the weekend.- Took care of window adjustment without question.Bad;- Communication. They had to order a door three times before they received the correct one. I was never informed of the extra time needed for this. This caused them to need the car for 4 weeks instead of 2.- Delivering on time. Even with no excuses waiting for parts, it still took a few more days than quoted.- Forgot to send to alignment shop. Had to remind them when I was trying to pick up the car for the first time.- Window not adjusted properly.Don t know if these items should have been expected;- Interior wasn t detailed. However, other than swapping over door trim panels and switches, they had no interior work.- Car wasn t detailed again for final pickup. Tires were nice and shiny when I thought it was done the first time. Nothing was done to freshen up the detail job when it was really finished several days later.

Couldn t get an estimate written & very rude . No signs of professionalisms nor could l get them to contact my insurance company for clarification concerning my claim. My phone had died & l asked them to call my insurance company & they replied emphatically NO . Will not be trusting them with my vechicle!

Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was less than a year old when someone hit our side. Their insurance paid and we chose the Collision Center on Route 66. Andy was very helpful and the car looks like new again. My wife is very picky and she is very happy with the results!

AAA suggested this shop for our repairs. Used them, haven't seen the car yet but will update the review after I do. They do keep you updated on the process.

Made an appointment and came in but was told to wait. After waiting for so long decided to go somewhere else and was finally told that his secretary walk out that i can come back 30 minute later if i still want my car to be estimated. Bad customer service and communication i wouldnt trust leaving my car there for repair if they wont even let you know or inform you of any changes
