Took a palisade in there and specifically told them that the wiring harness was taped up because of the damage done from running over a semi's blown out tire on the interstate. Told them exactly which harness and that it was above the tire well on the passenger side. It's the main wire harness that does the lane assistance, sensors, camera, safety system etc.. That was the main major damage done. Recently all the warning lights have been coming on and the car has been shutting off saying check the safety system, and to check the lane assistant. The electric power steering shuts off randomly. All the lights on the cluster come on and off along with the tachometer needles going all over the place. So, i trace the wires to the harness and the tape i put on there was still on it. Meaning they didn't fix the one thing I mentioned being wrong. What is weird is the bill was like $10,000 because they literally replaced everything around the front passenger side where the harness is located, but didn't even bother to replace the main issue. They also kept the car way longer than they said it would take, which is fine. But the only time I got updates about it was when I would call up there and ask. They didnt mind calling to tell me it was gonna be more money twice, but couldnt even communicate to me the extra days they were gonna have to keep the car. Not only that, but they gave me back the car with absolutely no oil in it. At all. But I just let that go because I thought they fixed the main problem only to find out they actually didnt. Then I realize it had no oil because it all leaked out from them either aggressively untightening or from over tightening the oil filter housing. I called them about it and they said it wasnt them and that they never saw the leak. Which there is no way because to replace some of the parts that they replaced (that honestly probably didnt even need changed) you have to take off the dirt cover that covers the oil pan which would have exposed the oil that leaked out. Half the parts that they said they bought that was on the bill, looked like they were the ones already on there to begin with. They wasted my time and money by buying parts I didnt need and for labor that they didnt even do.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, COMPANY, AND WORK. TAKE YOUR CAR LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Save yourself the money and headache. My car was returned to me in DISGUSTING conditions after being almost 2 months late with ZERO communication. The employees spilled liquid all over my seat and it stained. Nothing was done to fix it on top of a million other things. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I take my car in for an accident repair and have to leave it there because they take it apart to access all damage. Then they file damage with insurance company and order parts. Parts arrive and they fix. This is a two week process of me having no car, but it all makes sense.My wife picked it up and brought it home and I noticed the hubcap/rim is still damaged and wasn't repaired.I called and they say that's the insurance companies fault, not theirs...because the insurance company didn't say it was damaged initially. The insurance company never saw the car and never said anything was damaged...Collision Center was the only one who looked at the damage they listed the full damage and sent to insurance but obviously missed it in their review. But they took photos. Now they tell me it's my problem, not theirs, and they won't be fixing it. Huh?

Frustrating and unprofessional. Poor communication from rotation of staff members on status updates of vehicle. Quoted dates of car completion were wrong multiple times. Their mistakes took us past our 30 day rental car policy coverage to which we were then having to pay out of pocket for rental for WEEKS. They agreed to pay for our out-of-pocket costs until car was ready. However, I then spoke with management as we were approaching 5 weeks of rental fees that they were responsible me for. Surprise surprise, they had no knowledge of this agreement and seemed very reluctant to follow through. Because I had it in writing, I sent this to my insurance agent for them to deal with from this point. I refused to have any more communication with this place. Our car was FINALLY ready after 8 WEEKS. Never again.

The customer service and repair service were awful. Do not use this awful shop. I would ve rather paid more somewhere else than a penny to this awful shop. I feel so foolish for ignoring the red flags. They spoke to me like trash when I took my car for an estimate and gave me the runaround before, during, and after my service. Maybe they just didn t like a certain something about me. It was evident from the moment I walked into the shop. I m so angry and regretful that I chose this undeserving shop to even look at my car. Took my car in for estimate and it took them over a week to provide it. But when they did after calling them a 2nd time, they had my vehicle listed as a pickup and it was a SUV. THE lady who sent it told me, that I had given them that VIN which was not correct. I told her that the lady had taken pictures of everything. Long story short, she calls me back and tells me that my estimate and someone else's got merged. I used them in 2020 and they did an excellent job, but if they can't get me an estimate in a timely manner and correct there was no way I was going to use them.

Let me start out by saying I am currently sitting in their lobby, being ignored, after a heated argument with the secretary Becky when I asked her to drop her attitude with me.My pick up date has now been changed twice. I am a traveling nursing assistant, and need my car, and had a wonderful recommendation from my Uncle (who used to work here I might add) and the LACK of communication, is shocking! service, and professionalism is shocking! I wouldn't recommend it for my worst enemy. I later found out through my uncle, when the owner Called him to let him know my car was ready, 10 minutes before they closed, but the owner never reached out to me to ask what happened. Only saving grace is when I called the second location, and spoke to Sarah, who's the only one who apologized I will add, and let me say is probably the only decent office worker I encountered there. I'd also advise if the estimator you're working with is Jared, him and the secretary Becky are married and whatever Becky says Jared follows. Seemed wonderful that after my argument with Becky I sat in the lobby ignored for 30+ minutes with my fat envelope of cash. Oh well, I've learned my lesson, hope you do too

After taking my car to multiple collision centers, this was the only one that was able to save me from having a totaled car.Not only was the extensive damage repaired immaculately, the car actually looks better than before. I have worked with another shop that was owned by this same group and they did great work. I was not hesitant at all going here because it was the same team plus some. I brought in my Tahoe with scratches, dents, and chips all along one side and they worked with me on a great price, timeline, and customer service. Our car was rear ended and the collision center was extremely helpful and understanding. Having never been in an accident, my wife and I did not know the process and Joe was very patient with us. I know my wife was rather angry at the person the hit us and he was gracious enough to let her vent her frustration and then he calmly explained how they would set about repairing the car and making us happy. The car was repaired in a timely fashion and we were updated daily on the progress of repairs. As a finishing touch the car had been detailed inside and out before we picked it up. Becky also was very helpful to my wife. We are very happy with how the car was repaired as well as their customer service and greatly recommend their services should you unfortunately need them.

Great service and quality workmanship! My daughter was involved in a hit and run accident that destroyed her 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander front end. From start to finish Rick and company gave consistent and informative updates on the progress of the repairs. Rick was very honest and forthright on the state of current supply chain issues due to Covid.. Rick worked his butt off to make sure he found alternative solutions to overcome these challenges. Rick and his team took great care in restoring her vehicle to pre-accident condition. We honestly think it looks better than before the accident. Great communication from down to earth and friendly staff. Car took time to be completed but I believe it was mostly because of delays from the insurance company. Car looks perfect, great body gaps, paint match, and was cleaned well before pickup. Will definitely be back.

My car had damage on the back side passenger side Jerrod Peterson was the person that helped me he was very nice and personable gave me an estimate told me what would be done and he said it would be about a week before it was done I took my car in for repairs on a Friday the next Friday my car was ready it looked great. After a really spectacular accident, Collision Center was able to restore my car to BETTER than its original shape, and I was very pleased at how Jerrod kept me informed along the way. I have never had a wreck until a few weeks ago and The Collision Center helped me from the get go. They got my versa towed to the shop, and even gave me a ride home. They worked directly with my insurance, which was great! Everyone was polite and friendly. I will tell everyone about them.

Be warned about collision center. The manager will lie to you. I took my truck in and was told it was a 2 to 3 week job. They called me four business days later and said come pick it up. Before I even went inside I could see many issues. I left it there a day and a half later I was told to pick it up. Still many issues. 3rd call to pick it up ( by the way no one came outside to look at my truck with me until I said there were issues) on the way home to look at in my garage a molding fell off in the road and I had to turn around and take it back. 4th time I got it home and found to many issues to list as well as extra damage. I took it back to hourglass where I had a gotten an estimate from. Now there was 1200 dollars additional damage. I called collision center and the manager told me to not bring it back until he could set up a meeting with me and the owner. This never happened. I called and was promised over and over that we would have a meeting to discuss the issues. Over a month went by so I just took my truck back the manager was not happy and refused to fix the issues until we all had a meeting with the owner. (We did walk around the truck and he admitted in front of witnesses that there were things that need corrected) he again promised a meeting with the owner. After several weeks of calling and waiting my issues were never fixed. I put in a complaint with the BBB on the last day to address the BBB the owner finally responded. He denied everything. I responded back again with proof and I have pictures and witnesses. It is now past the final day to respond and have heard nothing. Their lifetime warranty means nothing to them. It is now 7/1/2012 I dropped my truck off at collision center back in January of 2012. I had to be able to drive my truck again so took it to hourglass on 61st and it is like new again with not one single issue. BE WARNED YOU MAY GET LUCKY AND HAVE YOUR CAR DONE RIGHT BUT IF YOU DONT YOU ARE IN FOR A LONG BATTLE WITH COLLISION CENTER. WHY TAKE THE CHANCE. Just a small FYI. My company which has a large fleet of vehicles, we stopped using collision center because they had to keep returning them for poor work. Something I found out after the fact.

I've had several vehicles repaired here. Extremely quick turnaround and always 100% satisfied. Work is always top notch and service is equally as good. They always go to bat for you with the insurance company and get your car back to you the way it was - highly recommended!

We use these guys for body work at the company I work for, anytime we need work done on our fleet vehicles or we have someone in the office who needs body work. Great company that will look after your car. When you get it back it will be so well detailed that (even for a worktruck) it will look like a new vehicle. Great people!

Very impressed with the level of detail that was given to my truck of the repair of my bed sides. Over the years I accumulated some scratches,dents and dings on my bed sides. They repaired everything and painted, Then buffed the rest of the truck to match. I was a little concerned that the paint would not match due to the age, but I was wrong. Looks Great!!!!

Dalton repaired the side of my car that was damaged without reporting to my insurance. It was amazing you couldn't even tell that the car had ever been hit. It was seamless. I'm actually taking my other car to them to fix! #amazed
