I'm a proud owner of an Infinti Q50, and first off, let me just express how difficult it is to find a local repair shop that even accepts Infiniti vehicles! However, my warranty company recommended this shop, so I'm grateful for that. I just called ahead and spoke with a rep who was very knowledgeable and polite. My car has not yet made it to the facility for diag, but I was informed up front that IF my warranty provider doesn't cover the diag, the cost would be $157 otd. A bit steep for a diag, but I believe it'll be covered. For those complaining about price, I have seen nothing to make me think this is the cheapest mechanic shop in town. But, you get what you pay for. If you want knowledgeable and quality service, you have to pay for that.I'll be updating this review as I receive more information, but I already have a sense of security leaving my vehichle under their care.*Car was towed in, a timely appointment for diag was scheduled within minutes of the vehicle arriving, I was sent a text with all of the information immediately.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

First time here today and definitely 5 stars. The guy that helped me was super friendly. I liked how they gave me the price upfront and even sends a report with pictures of recommended services. Most places pressure you to do additional work, not here. They also offered a ride home while I waited. I will definitely be a continuing customer.

Had my truck going from shop to shop for an electrical issue and no one could fix it. Just paying for things they thought would fix the issue until a friend recommended me to take it to Christian Brothers Automotive. Dropped the truck off, was diagnosed and they took care of the electrical issue and was very affordable. Great customer service!

I do NOT recommend this company at all. Do not be fooled by the name. My car was taken to them three times and to the tune of what would have been $10,000 for them to finally get the original problem resolved. We refused to let them take any more of our money after getting $6500. They are not experts and definitely do not give customer service or own up to their screw ups. We were even told our first tech was not as thorough as our second tech. Seriously?

Christian Brothers went above and beyond to service my vehicle. I experienced back to back issues with my vehicle and Christian Brothers took care of all of them. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing car maintenance or repairs as they will exceed your expectations in their efforts to provide the best service possible.

We have used Christian Brothers for many years. Here in Tulsa as well as in Texas. We have always been happy with the service, professionalism and pricing. There is one exception and this is why they get a 4 instead of a 5 rating from me. The last two times I took my car it was misdiagnosed even after I said I believe it is the transmission. I was charged over $900 dollars both times. Literally you could drive my car one block and tell it was the transmission. When finally diagnosed properly they wanted twice the amount as transmission places wanted and will only refund part of my money if I get my transmission done there for twice the price as triple H and others. After so many years of using them and being a loyal customer I feel ripped off and may never use them again.

I had Christian Brothers look at my 2010 Ford Edge w/200,000+ miles for a couple of issues. A 13-year-old car can have many problems, yet to my surprise; they didn t mince words nor try to convince me of things that should be replaced (like most repair shops do). They were professional, timely, easy to communicate with, and provided a seamless process of fixing and resolving the vehicle issues. Whether your vehicle is new or over ten years old, this is the place where you will want to go. They're good people* I also had them perform an oil change 10/10.

I did a lot of research when finding a new mechanic, and Christian Brothers was well rated. I have been very pleased. I had a bit of a quirky problem that my previous mechanic couldn't figure out, and Christian Brothers were able to take care of it. Highly recommend.

I put a water pump on my 2016 f 350 diesel. Had a hose blow off this morning on the way to town. Stopped by the shop to see if they could tighten up the clamps since I had no tools. Chuck stopped what he was doing and came outside to help me. Offered him a little cash and he would not take it. Just said to pay it forward. Outstanding service that he didn't have to do. Would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work. Need more shops and mechanics like this in the world.

Very, very, pleased! Great service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a great well kept and clean facility, even their bay areas. Super impressed. Will definitely be back.

Once again I had another issue with my headlights, And once again CBA knocked it out of the park. Listen folks! When you get tired of going to these Fly By Night shops, getting subpar service and shade-tree skilled mechanics, outrageous inflated prices, being ripped off, wasting your valuable time and hard earned money go to Christian Brothers Auto.Clyde

It's been almost a year since I used christian brother and I gotta say if you are reading this before going to them, I'd highly HIGHLY recommend finding another shop. I took my car in for an issue with my throttle body and after getting told it would only take a day or two I ended up losing my work truck for over a week and I can understand that a little bit what isn't okay was I was quoted $400 which is a little high but not bad and I was very busy and couldn't fix it myself at the time and by the end when I came to pick it up I was charged $1000 which is absolutely crazy for such a simple and easy job (a throttle body for my car is only $150). Later that day after getting it back I popped the hood to double check on everything and my radiator fan and radiator fan cover were both destroyed and needed to be replaced. I also less than a week later over heated and found out when climbing under my car they were messing with my hoses (these were under the car not on top near the throttle body so why was that touched) so I'm very confident that they caused the coolant leak that over heated my engine (my engine is fine, it just left me on the side of the road for an hour). I also noticed a shake in my car that wasn't always there and when I took it to my usual shop they told me my pig tails on my coils was touched and moved too close to the engine causing them to melt and my car to misfire and I had to replace all of them. I'm not gonna keep going but to sum everything up they over charged like crazy and messed up so many things with my car that probably cost me another $2000 total. I even contacted the manager about some of they issues shortly after getting my car back and I was told he'd look into it and call me back and I never got that call. Do not go here, I don't believe they know what they are doing and they scam you.

1. The man in the office did not tell me before hand that it was going to be a $150 fee just to put my car a machine to read codes. He should have informed me before hand how much that was going to cost and I could have went to Autozone and had that done for free, this is the first price gouge. 2. The man in the office informed me that my car s thermostat needed to be changed and it was going to cost me $880, here s my problem with what I was told, that his computer was telling him it was going to require 3 hours of labor. For one this is not 3 hour job and even if it was that s a ridiculous price. I watched multiple videos of people installing a thermostat into my model of car and they did well before two hours. I also emailed multiple mechanics for estimates, Robertson Tires emailed me back that day they priced it at $540. I received multiple emails from other mechanics and they all were around $500 price. The focus of an automotive repair shop especially a company that has the word Christian on it should be try to save their customers as much money as possible not price gouge them. Everyone that reads this if you do decide to do business with them pay very close attention what they are charging you and I also encourage you to shop around to gather other estimates. Reading the other reviews it looks like they have done this to other customers as well. They should rename there business the hypocrite brothers instead of Christian brothers.

I have always been impressed with Christian brothers automotive. I have used another lovation in Tulsa and definitely recommend the one in Tulsa Hills as well. I know the service manager Terry and he s very honest and tries to do the best for his customers. If you want a good experience and people who care about their customers as well as their cars this is the place to go to!

I came here for my first time last week. I ended up having a lot wrong with my car and they were very helpful and honest about which repairs should come first. They ended up getting it all done in a day, which I wasn t expecting. There unfortunately were a couple issues and I ended up having to bring it back, but they were very nice and made it right. Overall I had a good experience and I appreciated how transparent they were and that they answered all of my questions. It feels like I m driving a completely different car!

Over the top customer service!!! The minute I walked through the door I was greeted by Michelle and an appointment was made for Friday. I walked in, was greeted by Justin immediately and my Jeep was on the lift within minutes. Quality service, excellent customer service, competitively priced! They're very professional, fair and honest. We've taken all of our vehicles to them for service or repair and we have always been satisfied with their workmanship, cost of the repairs and how they communicated with us throughout the whole repair process. Great place to go. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who keeps the front area and bathrooms clean and tidy. They helped my husband with an older truck and went out of their way each day to inform him of what their status was with the truck. They made sure to send him pictures and even a video of what they replaced and why for his peace of mind. They do a Veterans discount which is always helpful if you have a big task on a truck/car and they treat people kindly. We will definitely go back for any of our vehicle needs, because we trust them and know they take pride in their work.

These guys were great. I was having a problem with the windows not working in my car, I thought it was going to be electrical. Nope, the wires disconnected in the door. Easy fix. They could have said it was more and uphold me but they were honest and the price was right. I will go back.

My wife and I have utilized the service offered by Christian Brothers Automotive before so when our shared vehicle began displaying what we perceived as a possible multitude of issues, we had faith in where to go.Upon their evaluation, our fears of an astronomical fee were pleasantly alleviated. I had a wonderful experience at Christian Brothers Automotive in Tulsa Hills both for my oil change and getting brakes put on my vehicle. The location is great, their office is so clean and inviting and the staff they have there is exceptional! Russ Knight, the owner, is so great to work with. He truly has a servant heart and goes above and beyond to make sure everything they do is superb! I trust their advice and their work and they fully stand behind it. I would recommend this automotive facility to everyone! Thank you, Christian Brothers!!

This place is amazing!! I moved my son from Colorado to Tulsa this weekend. What should have been a 12 hour trip took 18 hours due to car problems. I dropped of my car on Sunday evening. Monday morning I was contacted by Zach, sent pictures of the problem, and quoted a price. Later that day I was informed that repairs had been made and they were on their way to go pick up my son so that he could have his car back. All of this took place while I was on my way back to Colorado. This place is easily the most professional, courteous, efficient, and timely business that I have dealt with in a VERY long time. I have already informed my son and other family in the area of my great experience!

Top notch customer service! I watched 2 employees assist a 91 year old lady with her car (she shared her age). Both associates were kind, caring, respectful and listened to her every word. This type of service is often hard to find, especially with car repair shops. The honesty and genuine care for clients was evident. It was such a sweet thing to watch! Nicely done Christian Brothers Tulsa Hills!My own car repair was perfect and completed within an hour. I will definitely be back!

My favorite shop. I drive about 100+ miles a year. I ve come to trust in the Christian Brothers at Tulsa Hills. Honesty, politeness and professionalism are not mere words with the staff there. I m currently over 328 thousand miles and my pickup is running strong. Seth, is an awesome diesel mechanic.Clean comfortable waiting area, I am comfortable with my wife and daughter visiting this shop knowing they will not be taken advantage of. (Both have a true lack of knowledge concerning their vehicles.) This shop lives up to the Christian Brothers name.
