A wonderful experience! I got in same day for an oil change. The service was exceptional and the whole process took about an hour. Prices are comparable to other places and the waiting area is comfortable and clean. I can't imagine going anywhere else now!

These guys are the best! They were completely honest over the phone and in person. They didn t try to upsell the diagnostic. They made me feel comfortable & made my 13 mustang gt 5.0 run the way it s supposed to. I rarely trust anyone to look at my car but I m glad I did. Thank you guys for everything. Outstanding service on the communication side. I went in concerned about my transmission and Matt communicated with me that a dealership would be better financially with the warranty I had. He is clearly very knowledgeable about cars and I would definitely come back when or if I run into other problems.

This was my first time at Christian Brothers. I couldn t get in to my dealership for another 3 or so weeks. I called Christian Brothers and got in the next day. I was supposed to get picked up via shuttle when my car was finished but they said they didn t have any availability. My husband was able to take me and when I arrived, they said they weren t going to charge me for my oil change because of the shuttle miscommunication. Truly top notch customer service and I will be back for future services!!!

I have used Christian Brothers South a few times now. They have been wonderful each time. They were able to work on my car quickly, communicated all of my options, and were kind and courteous. Not that I want to have car problems again, but when I do I will come back to them.

We were traveling from out of town when our check engine light came on. Called Matt, and he had us come right over. They ran a diagnostic and determined we were good to go!! Wonderful service, beautiful and clean shop, everyone s so friendly and helpful!! We will be back once we complete our move to the area!! They even identified another problem with one of our tires, and referred us to a nearby tire shop, where we had an equally pleasant experience!! Thank you again to everyone at Christian Brothers!!

We had such a good experience at CBA. I would highly recommend using them! My car was towed in, evaluated and I was given the report the same day. My car needed three MAJOR repairs and all the work was completed in just two days. I got my car back and I m so happy with the repairs my car feels amazing now. I was even running late for pickup and they stayed and waited for me. Customer service was Thank y all so much!

I highly recommend Christian Brothers on 81st for all your auto repair. They are all very professional and very detailed. I took my Ford Raptor there to get Cam Phasers and water pump replaced. They got it done in a timely manner. They made sure to install all updated parts from Ford. I'll be taking my vehicle's there for all my auto needs. Higher quality service then the dealership. And the warranty after the work keeps me safe in mind for miles and years to come.

HUGE thanks to the guys at Christian Brothers! They are truly LIFESAVERS! I had to have my vehicle towed due to it overheating. The techs were quick to diagnose my vehicles issue. While nobody likes to hear about vehicle repairs they assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process which is MUCH APPRECIATED. I was able to pick my vehicle up in a timely manner and she runs and performs better than before the issue began! 10/10 will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Christian Brothers! Thanks so much! Again!

It was a pleasure working with Christian Brothers automotive. They took the time to explain everything to me, handled the warranty inspection and process. The work was done way earlier than the promised time and I m so happy to have my car back to working properly . Highly recommend you take your vehicle there for all your automotive needs. Matt was my advisor and he was so professional and pleasant to work with.The top wasn t able to go down on my convertible AND my powersteering went out. I took my daughters truck and dropped it off the night before without making an appointment and they were able to diagnose and to repair all in the same day and were so kind and so great at keeping me in the know of the cost and the repair needs. I would definitely take my vehicle again and truly appreciate them getting the repair done so quickly for my daughter so she could head to college safely! Great service! Thank you Matt for being so thorough!!!

Everybody at CBA South Tulsa is amazing and have taken amazing care of me and blessed me beyond belief. Their customer service is phenomenal and I will be going to them for all of my car issues in the future!!!! I am so grateful for everything they ve done for me!

Service was recommended by a Ford dealership, saying they wou be less expensive and that they do good quality work. I was extremely pleased by the quality of care that they took in taking care of my 09 Grand Marquis! I took the name Christian Brothers to be a group of brothers that owned the business, insten found out it's a Christian owned business. I was impressed by the fact that they had a Bible on the coffee table! I have other things to be done and you can rest assured Christian Brothers will be taking care of ALL of my car maintenance. Thanks gentleman for a job well done.

Hunter was amazing!!! The entire team made me feel like my concerns were addressed fully. I wasn t aware of the shuttle driver option and Hunter put my worries of getting home at ease. Offered me a ride home and a pick up! These guys know CUSTOMER SERVICE! Highly recommended!

I had my car towed there in the morning when the engine failed to start. It had also been needing the oil pressure sensor replaced for a couple of years. They were able to do diagnostics on it, tear it apart, do the repairs, and have it ready for me that same afternoon. Matt kept me informed throughout the day of how everything was going and got consent for each step before proceeding. No pressure, just information, most of which I knew from a previous visit, with options for me to choose from. After picking my car up, it started having electrical issues. I may have freaked out, er, a bit. I sent an email and abandoned by car there. Matt had a technician at the shop at 5am to begin diagnostics on it to see what happened. Turned out to be a voltage issue. While the battery was only a few months old, it had failed. They replaced the battery for free and didn't charge me for parts or labor, and they had it ready for me before lunch. Again, Matt kept me updated throughout the process. When I went to pick it up, he went over everything with me and test drove it with me to make sure everything was working right. I could tell immediately that my car was working perfectly. It had felt very wrong before, and now it runs as smoothly as it ever has. I deeply, deeply appreciate how concerned they were, even when I was freaking out, and how professionally and quickly they remedied the situation. They went way above and beyond anything that I could have ever expected. A tech there at 5am? Immediately fixing it and then not charging for it? The professionalism with which it was all handled? - it's incredibly impressive, and I'll be going there in the future. Now that I know that they take care of their own, I feel infinitely more comfortable and secure knowing they will take care of anything and everything that comes up and make sure I end up happy. It's too bad they only do cars, I could really use that kind of help in pretty much every other component of my life, where things tend to all go wrong at the same time. At least now I have the automotive part of life comfortably squared away, and it's a good feeling.

Only experience at CBA was excellent, although prices were a little high. I believe they are not a cost leader at market though and are a quality competent. Customer service was the best I have ever seen for any car mechanic shop. The team helped me locate my iPhone that was in an Uber I took to pick up my car. They were accommodative and focused on giving me the best quality customer experience I could have. They did not act inconvenienced or like they were in a rush, although it was within the last hour of business. In my time of being helped, I saw quick service for all other customers and it did not prevent operations optimization. I think there were probably around 6 or 7 customers that were in and out within a matter of 5 minutes or less a piece. They even were kind enough to show me all work completed within the vehicle. Great job CBA and I'll be back!

This was the first time I had taken my vehicle to CBA and I was thoroughly impressed. The communication was very transparent and honest and I appreciated the way they treated me. I ll still have some more work to be done on my car in the future, and I ll be bringing it here for that!

This was my first time here. I own a Mercedes and thought I only needed to get my vehicle serviced at a Mercedes shop. I had my oil changed and a courtesy check. Everything was done properly. I did have a sensor pop up a few days afterwards- The same sensor that went off before (check coolant level) and so I called and they told me to come on over and they will check it for me. I walked out there with them and sure enough my coolant level was full. It was just a faulty sensor. I am very impressed with their knowledge and kindness. As a woman, I always feel "on guard" that garages will try and take advantage of me and I do not like to try and be "sold" other services. They were honest and transparent about everything and the cost was less than half of what a Mercedes shop would charge. I will definitely be returning. Great Job!

As soon as I walked in, everyone was in such a good mood! They asked if I needed anything at all. They offered donuts and drinks if wanted. I came in for an oil change and got done what I needed done. They never tried to persuade me to get anything done I didn t need done. I had Connor as my technician and he did a fantastic job. My appointment was at 9 and I left at 9:30. He got me in and out and did his job so perfectly!! I 100% recommend Connor as your technician! All in all I definitely recommend Christian Brothers Automotive if you are looking to get anything done on your car.

When I went back to Tulsa, my car's engine blew a rod. They immediately were able to help out and ordered a new engine. Usually replacing an engine can take weeks at a garage. They did a great job of replacing my engine and communicated throughout the process. It was pretty quick and only took about a week to get everything taken care of. If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely come back to them even if it's a simple oil change.

Quick. Easy. Efficient. Professional. Comprehensive. Connor did a great job letting me know what was done on my car and a general timeline of what is needed down the road. And it was not over the top like my last place. I trusted what he said knowing the maintenance I have had on my car. 100 percent recommend.

This was the first and last service I will receive from Christian Brothers. The frontside of my car would vibrate when accelerating, so I brought it into Christian Brothers in South Tulsa for a full diagnostic. They came back stating I needed to replace all 4 of my engine mounts, and I happily obliged. The total for labor and the required parts ran me $1,500. After receiving the service, I went to drive my car that night. After a 5 minute drive, I parked my car in a parking lot. Shortly after, the frontside of my car began to vigorously vibrate, and a sign on my dash came on stating "High Engine Temperature, Turn Car Off Now". As I open the hood of my Ford Focus, I quickly came to the realization that whichever technician worked on my service completely forgot what an engine coolant tank is. I saw that the coolant tank was A. completely empty, B. Not attached to it's mount, and C. was not even connected to my engine. After buying coolant and fixing their errors myself, I brought it back in for an engine diagnostic the next morning to make sure they did not fry my engine. They came back and told me my engine was totally fine, and how thankful they were that I did not let my car run for longer under the condition they gave it to me in. My compensation was a free oil change, no reimbursement for their mistakes in the slightest. I will not be back to redeem this oil change, as I fear they will mess something up dramatically during that service, too.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Appointment made online, was received at scheduled time, kept me appraised of status and completed service within stated time! Affordable cost! Additionally, provide me with results report and photos of the multipoint inspection conducted! My first time to attend this facility, I look forward to returning! Service was phenomenal! The staff is extremely friendly and goes over with you in detail areas they recommend along with status of your car's service. I made an appointment and they had me in/out in 53 minutes. Highly recommend!

I was having trouble with engine performance in my 2017 Hyundai Veloster. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need. In fact, I asked questions about engine sludge and they could have upsold me on their treatment, but they didn't. They gave me the facts and let me decide. The engine runs great now.The price was resonable. Not cheap, but not outrageously expensive either and well worth it for the service you receive.I used their shuttle service to pick up my car when it was finished (no charge). My only complaint is, there is no way to tip the driver using my CC. I had a great conversation with the driver about Jazz and we shared about which artists we like.Overall an EXCELLENT exprerience! Highly recommend!

Update: I returned in Dec due to engine light coming back on and mostly staying on. The issue was successfully diagnosed as related to my oxygen sensors. These were replaced and I also had them replace spark plugs since I was near 100k miles. Also had oil change / tire rotation. Took it in late on a Wed afternoon and was ready to be picked up on Fri. I appreciated the prompt and thoughtful service.Previous review follows: Took in truck in Sept 2023 for engine light and burning smell concerns. Truck was evaluated same day and received a thorough diagnostic report. While it was not possible to get my engine light to register again after it was reset and I ll need to return when it comes back on, I appreciated their approach to wait until the right repair could be determined and provided feedback on the burning smell and other maintenance to be considered in the future. I will not hesitate to take my truck back here.

I love their customer service. I received an update every day they had my car and kept me included every step of the way. Ultimately, it ended up being a recall issue. They made sure I had all of the information and knew what my next steps were.
