Only been once but will return. I found them knowledgeable regarding the issues we were having and fixed it in a timely manner for a cost that was appropriate based on parts cost and labor. Strut replacement on 2014 Chevy Spark (100k miles) due to wear and tear. It's very difficult to find an automative mechanic you can trust and until I feel that trust has escaped like a fart in the wind, we'll be coming to Chesser for all future issues. Highly recommended.

I slid on an icy patch and ruined my passenger side lower control arm. These guys took my car in ~8 A.M. and were done with it by 2 P.M. Truly the most impressive service and turnaround I've experienced. I will be back when I need service in the future

Had work done twice so far and they have been great both times. They sought to save me money where they could, service was quick, and they communicated throughout. My battery had to be jumped on 3 separate occasions and I was told by a different place that my battery was fine so I thought when it wouldn't start again that it was my starter. I took it to Chesser's and told them that I thought it was my starter and they told me it was my battery. I appreciate not only their good service they provided to me and my vehicle but more so their honesty because a lot of places would have told me being a woman that it was my starter just to get more money out of me! I told them they have a customer for life for being so honest with me!

Very fast and very knowledgeable! Had my truck in and out for a fuel pump replacement in a 1-2 days. Very easy to deal with, very respectful. Frankly, just about the only auto shop I'll ever trust with my vehicles from this point on!

They took the time to explain my engine situation...with suggestions. They got my car in quickly and, had it up and running within a day!I will not hesitate to use this trustworthy team if needed in the future!

Nice, but old fashioned. I was over quoted on my price and the service ran longer than expected. The oldest gentleman I spoke to was gruff, but not rude. Overall it is a typical mechanic treatment, but I would like to see their efficiency and accuracy improve immensely.

I called just to get a pricing of work since I had my parts to get hung up on telling me I don't use customers parts. Which is fine but have the courtesy to let a potential customer finish talking and get a quote on what they are seeking. Search continue!

Honest people, reliable repairs and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for in an auto repair service? I've used them several times for multiple vehicles. Repairs have held and not needed a second visit. Issues that aren't urgent are explained as well as repair work that they may not be equipped to handle. You don't find that too often in this business. Price has consistently been competitive with quotes I've received elsewhere. When possible I will continue to drive a further distance to use Chesser than other mechanics.

I took a truck to Chesser to have it checked out. It was it used four wheel drive truck I paid them to look it over for me and give me their opinion my biggest concern was I didn't believe the four wheel drive worked. I was told it was a great vehicle and only needed an inexpensive seal on the transmission. He even went for a drive with me because I didn't believe I knew how to work the four wheel drive properly. I knew exactly how to use it properly the problem was it did not exist and they were telling me it was working perfectly so I couldn't understand what I was doing wrongand why it didn't seem to engage. They fixed the seal which afterwards it started leaking. So I had somebody look it over for a second opinion. Turns out its not even a four wheel drive truck it once was but when the transmission went out the previous owner put a 2 wheel drive transmission in so now I've paid four-wheel-drive price for 2 wheel drive truck Thanks Chesser. My question is how do you replace a seal on a transmission without even realizing it's a 2 wheel drive transmission.

Great communication and listened to what I wanted done to my car. I have a Chrysler Crossfire and it's a bit of an odd duck so I was appreciative that Chesser could do the work I required. Thanks!

This shop has been around longer than I've been alive... they are standing today for the reason they are solid and know what the hell they are doing. Much better place to take your vehicle than a dealer or a franchise repair shop.

A 2nd generation family owned Tulsa business with great service and knowledgable service techs. Make an appointment and they will take care of you. Ive been going there for 35 years.

I'm very glad I found them. Diagnosed and repaired my wife's 2009 BMW Z4. They even used genuine BMW parts.

They tried to get my heater fixed and disconnected it when I took it in for repairs prior and act like I needed new blower and transistor when it was disconnected the whole time when a friend of mind found out about it last night do not trust this place they re crooks and will do anything to make more money for nothing..Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Went in with girlfriend to fix her car door, they gave car back later that day. Then, the door opened once before not working again and they won't give refund or take it back in. Total rip off. Go somewhere that'll treat you right.
