Charlie was recommended to me by another mechanic that I trust that wasn t able to help me. The people at Charlie s were super friendly and in this case they looked at my car and determined my transmission was good. It was nice to have them look at my car completely, and not charge me for that. Very nice professional people and very pleased with the work on my van. It runs like the first day that I bought it. I would recommend them to anybody that needs transmission work. Thank you so much the work you have done on my van. And got my van back in respectable time, plus the 1 year warranty, and free tow if you use their service, within 100 miles and live out by Beggs. Great shop, rebuilt my transmission exactly how I was hoping for with the parts I wanted. The work they did was great! The differences between my old transmission and the way they rebuilt it were tremendous! All employees and workers seem to have great attitudes and seem to also genuinely enjoy the work. If you're in the market for transmission work, I would highly suggest this place!! They seemed slam packed busy when I dropped my truck off but they still got it done and back to me within a week!

Not very helpful when I called to get help. Needed a new clutch and they said they'd rebuild it but then immediately hung up before I could get a quote.

I've known Charlie and Charlotte and Chad my whole life. Charlie rest his soul told me years ago to always let him rebuild what I have, that "its always better than putting somebody else's broken shtuff in your vehicle kid".It still holds true today,Chad rebuilt my transmission and done it right the first time. It's stronger than ever. And it didn't take forever even though Chads family had some challenges to contend with at the same time.Thanks Charlie!! And thank you Chad.

We picked up our old gal this evening!Traveling from Florida to Colorado when our transmission blew in Tulsa in route to a new job.Charlie s Transmission Shop worked thru the weekend to ensure that we would be back on the road quickly.They have been amazing and we are grateful for their honest and efficient customer service!Highly recommend!

I normally do all the work on my vehicles myself however I do not work on transmissions. Recently while talking to a friend about my Dodge Ram he asked if I had ever had any major trouble with it. I told him yes and it was the transmission. I then told him how great the transmission has been for the last five years. He said you should do a review based on the work they did. Normally reviews are done right after the work is completed. I decided that was a good Idea. First I did not know where to take the truck when it went out. I knew where not to take it though. I went online and found Charlies. Now that happened to be the name of My boxer/bull and my Brother. So I gave them a call. I loved speaking to them and decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did. The transmission has been trouble free for over 5 years now. These guys are top notch mechanics and highly professional. I recommend them whenever I get a chance. It was definitely the best experience I have ever had in dealing with a transmission repair shop and money well spent. It was also a complete rebuild. Thanks Guys & Gals! Charlie's Transmission is a top notch shop.I had many cheap offers on transmission rebuilds, but Chad showed me why a quality rebuild was so important.The shop was fast and efficient, I would recommend any one of my friends to this shop, I would go as far as letting them date my sister.Thank you Charlie's Transmission for your great work.

They worked with me even when I had military duty. That is greatly appreciated. Didn't seem to mind I was in no rush to get it done. I 100% recommend Charlie's Auto Transmission to anybody. It was a great feeling to see the car go in gear. Thank you to all of Charlie's Auto Transmission.

I had a good experience with Charlies years ago with transmission problems. Called Charlies about the 2nd car. Glad I did. It was diagnosed as brake issue rather than the transmission. Charlie fixed the car and saved me a huge amount of money. I will always call Charlies first. Great people!!!

had my transmission rebuilt 14 months ago. recently my front pump seal started leaking so i took it to be replaced and charlies transmission had jb welded it in i would not recommend them to nobodyService: TransmissionService: Transmission

April 2, 2020 my 10 year old son was in a hit and run. as we were being transported by emsa to the hospital I had my sister drive my truck to the hospital. one thing after another my transmission went out. Charlie's transmission is a life saver they fixed my truck for me. they showed so much compassion due to my circumstances and i want to recommend and thank them from the bottom of my heart for you guy's love and great service.

Charlie's transmission did it again. I will not take my vehicle to no other transmission shop. They fixed my son's transmission and had him rolling again. Nice and professional staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Charlie's.

Very nice folks. They were very pleasant to deal with. There price was reasonable and they offered a better warranty than the other places. They had a lot of cars there but still got us in and finished when they said they would.

Best Transmission shop in Tulsa Oklahoma was able to repair a transmission that have been to another shot multiple times and had failed. I will never make that mistake again .I will only use Charlie's automatic transmission service from now on

They replaced the transmission in my 2002 Honda in 2014 - 5 years ago! and it's still running great! Absolutely recommend!
