I always have a nice experience there. I use them for oil changes and tire rotations for my Dodge Charger GT and will continue to do so!

Initially thought this place was great. Unfortunately anything more than periodic service (oil changes, etc.) I would not recommend this shop. I had them do $6200 worth of work (timing chain, water pump, thermostat, head gaskets, cam phasers). Even though they charged for replacing the gaskets and seals, they did not actually replace them. Two months later, those gaskets and seals are leaking oil. All over the place. I took it back to them three times to get this fixed. Yes, it took three times for them to fix the oil leak they caused. They didn't charge for these services, but refused to acknowledge and fix the damages that oil leak caused. The compressor and alternator being the big ticket damages. The cost of those repairs was over $3000. The worst part of it was Jerry (apparently their lead mechanic) was very defensive and condescending when I called to talk to him about these issues. He tried to use generic mechanic verbiage to get me to accept that his neglect didn't cause the damages. When I gave him the feedback from two other local mechanics (both identifying that the oil leak caused the damages) he just told me that those damages are not his responsibility and he didn't want to see my vehicle in his garage again. Bottom line, if you need a quick oil change, this place might be fine, but I would highly recommend that you find a more trust-worthy shop for repairs.

awesome place , owner and front desk lady are fantastic people ! the techs seemed to very busy and still tried their best to fit me in on a timely manner. The quality of this shop is above many others when it comes to honesty and due diligence. highly recommend.

Cartec's consistently excellent service is what keeps me returning whenever I need service. Their technicians are experienced working on all brands of cars (mine is i Kia). They do not try to upsell and have saved me $$$ from unnecessary repairs when they cleaned a part instead of replacing it. And it works great.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and will take you home/work and pick you up if repairs need time to get needed parts. CM

Our experience was absolutely horrible. We took our 09 Toyota Highlander to Cartec this morning for a free inspection (to continue the inspection the needed to replace the valve cover gasket for $330) because our car kept dying when we would come to a stop, we gave them our car for 3 hours and then got a call back from a lady who said that the total would now be $550 because they broke a solenoid that was frozen in the head of the engine instead of calling us before they decided it would just be better to break it out. On the phone since they decided they wanted us to pay for it we decided it would be smarter on our end to threaten to take them to court because we re not paying for a part that you broke without asking, Jerry (the owner) said on the phone that he would get the costs covered and he would message us when they are done with the car.Once we arrived to pickup our car the battery light was on (it wasn t before) and they still made us pay the $330 for the valve cover gasket.We left, went home, opened the hood of our car to see that the alternator was not even connected to the car anymore and the bolt was gone, the cover on the top of the battery was just sitting on the side, and the alternator wire was covered in a bunch of electrical tape. So, we take it back to get our alternator hooked back up and Jerry was being very unethical and not understanding at all about the fact that they left our car like that. He finally found a bolt that fits, after trying 3 other ones of which fell into our engine bay, and then sent us on our way.

Our Honda Pilot (2017) had an emissions diagnostic challenge which required new solenoids. Extensive work which was done efficiently as well as quickly. We are very pleased with the service of the Cartec s certified techs. Also appreciate the national coverage with a three-year warranty on the work.

These guys are pathetic. Called for a quote over the phone for a job which I already paid for a diagnostic and yet they said they can't quote me over the phone they would need me to bring the vehicle in and charge me for another diagnostic to confirm. Yall can get lost

My husbands car broke down and had to get his car towed. The work they did on the car was finished the day after!! They are such nice people and very efficient!! Did a great job!

Took our daughter s car in to fix the air conditioning. Was told they had to replace the entire system for $2400. We didn t like the sound of that, so we took it to our regular mechanic, who had been out of town. He had it fixed in a couple hours for $125. Big difference! The air works great now!

Called to have ac compressor replaced. I was told I had to bring it in for them to see if that's what it needs. Well when the clutch doesn't engage I don't need to have you tell me that. I need to know how much to replace it. Not run me around for days with different appointments. Crazy. Go somewhere else. Reply to your comment. I see you were now trying to be a clown.

I love Cartec! They keep my 2002 F150 on the road. Top end engine work six months ago to new front end parts last week. They are very timely with their diagnostics. And try to save you money as much as possible. Not open on Saturdays but will bend over backwards to get your vehicle back to you by 5p on Friday. Never had my truck more than two days. Great people. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.Service: Wheel alignment

I had a wonderful experience with Cartec. I was able to schedule my appointment online for AC repair, check-in was easy, they called quickly with a diagnosis and quote, and my car was ready by the end of the day. The Cartec automotive shop looks like most other mechanic shops. They have all the car equipment's, tools, lubricates on display for everyone to see, but what differentiates Cartec from other mechanic stores is the product that you don't see but you will definitely experience. Respect, honesty and care at no additional cost.

They diagnosed the problem quickly and kept me in the loop as to what was needed and the costs. I have used them before for problems with my hybrid that even the dealership was not able to solve. Can't say enough good things about Cartec.Had some work done and was told it was going to be around 2600.00.Not only did they do more work than what was quoted for that 2600.00 but fixed my heater for free and it was actually cheaper than the quote I was given.If you have car problems and don't take it to Cartec then that's on you.Oh and Linda at the desk is awesome as well.Thank you Cartec.Customer for life
