I took my Nissan armada to several shops for estimates after hitting debris on the highway and cracking my front bumper. All 4 of the shops were booked out for months and gave me just an estimate on a new bumper cover. When I then went to CarStar they started to tell me I needed to make an appointment to have an estimate done. When I was about to leave a very nice man came from the back and told me he would make time to do the estimate right then! He was very nice and very helpful when explaining the process of it all. He made sure to include all the damage I sustained and not just the bumper cover which made me extremely grateful because I love my vehicle! CarStar made the process of it all SO EASY and they ordered parts immediately after I made the claim. They replaced my front bumper, back bumper, passager step, trim around tire, and passanger backup light fixture, they really went above and beyond. After leaving the shop I even noticed they had pulled out a dent I had in my passenger door that was unrealted and wasn't part of the insurance claim. They simply did it because they are awesome! The front desk woman is super friendly and didn't get irritated with me calling for daily checkups on my vehicle status which was great! I seriously recommend this place for anyone who wants an auto body place to go above and beyond for them! Also, it only took 2 weeks for them to replace and fix all the things I mentioned above.

All associates were always very polite and courteous while dealing with another person s insurance. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Had one minor issue when vehicle picked up and they took care of it immediately. Would highly recommend them.

I came to Carstar to get hail damaged repaired through insurance. They did an amazing job! Definitely hooked up my car looking great! This is the best place I've ever taken my car. Not only did they do excellent work, they were helpful and accommodating with making sure parts were in before I rented a car, the work was on schedule and made as easy as possible by an excellent and helpful staff. It was a great experience, the best!

So this place allegedly did my friend dirty and here are his thoughtsOkay y'all I'm going to go there...I "Do not Recommend Carstar Collision Tulsa...they didn't hold up to the contract... paint and repair should mean something, not Make shiny...to many flaws and false statements ...and yes I am pissed ! This Ffer walked away from me laughing and snickering... I called the mgr a little later with my complaint...yes I was cussing he threatened to hang up... I've got the contracts,...beware friends !

They fixed my front bumper to where its closing all the way. I had someone else fix it and carstar told me they used glue and house screws to hold it together. Not carstar they did the job correctly. They vacuumed my car out and they washed it when they put the new bumper on. Yes it was a great experience. I used them after they fixed my wife car. The wife was a happy costumer and now I'm a even happier costumer. Thank you Carstar for great service.Service: Body & Trim

I have taken my car here a few times for body work the staff is always professional and they keep communication open with updates. I have experienced great, honest work done each time. I will continue to take my cars here when they re in need of repair!

This is the second time having my car repaired here. They are pretty amazing. I called several times to check up on my car and got a different person each time and all of them were polite and really seemed like they cared. I highly recommend them. Professional and personalble. I had a car accident and my car was towed here. They kept telling me the car wasnt there. Finally after two days of them telling me that, I drove over and my car was in the parking lot. However, since it wasn t in the correct spot according to them (even though the spot was unmarked and in front of their building), they refused to look or identify the vehicle as being there. They also said they wouldn t be able to start my repairs for 6-8 weeks, leaving me without a vehicle or paying for a rental that entire time. I chose to have my car towed to a different shop which was able to start repairs just 4 days later.

Carstar was given to me, by my insurance company. to repair the damage to my Malibu. I was more then pleased with the quality of the work...my car looks great. Would use them again. Special recommendation to Stoney, repair technician expert. What wonderful job. Gregg the owner went above and beyond to make my experience good. Great job!!

Excellent service and workmanship! My 2005 Ford Focus looks great after being hit-and-run, over night, in my apartment complex. Highly recommend this shop! You cannot even tell my car's back bumper, trunk area, and left, rear quarter-panel had been smashed. Great job! Looks as good as new! I recently had my car repaired by Accurate Autobody & Glass. Kyle was quick to provide a repair estimate. It was reasonable compared to the other 3 companies I went to. They told me it would take 3 days and it took 3 days. They came and picked me up. Car looks great! Kyle was very professional from beginning to end. Hopefully I won't have to use their service again, but if I do, I will come back to Accurate Autobody & Glass.

Extremely happy about my entire experience with the CarStar team of professionals. Their customer service, communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail exceed all expectations for body repair in the Tulsa area. The process from drop off to pick up was hassle free and they did exactly what they said they d do. I can t thank you enough for doing such an outstanding job on my truck, really appreciate you all!

I had an appointment to get an estimate and when I showed up at my scheduled time, I was told that I could not get an estimate without authorizing them to do the repair. I don t know why this wasn t disclosed when I made the appointment. What is the point in even getting an estimate? On top of that, I was accused of 'estimate chasing' and was told to go elsewhere after trying to explain my situation. It sucks that this is my insurance company's only preferred repair facility in this area.

Took my car in for both front and back bumpers to be fixed. Erin was in charge of my account. When I picked up my car it looked great. She made sure that everything was perfect, doing a walk around of my car with me before I left. She took the time to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. She provided great customer service while they had my car and she kept me updated on the progress of the work. I would definitely refer anyone to Accurate Autobody.

I've purposely let a few months go by, to make sure my review is based on experience and not emotion..... I took my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 to Accurate for repair from vandalism plus I elected to pay for additional work for rust beyond the insurance claim. The final claim sent to my insurance company was higher than the preliminary estimate and I never received an explanation after my multiple requests. When I picked up my truck, I noticed the "Ram 1500" door badge was in the wrong place plus my truck was very dirty (part of their Select Service Agreement with my insurance company is that they will wash and vacuum the vehicle prior to picking it up - but it should be a service to the customer regardless). Within a couple of weeks, I had to take my truck back because the rust spots I paid out of pocket to have fixed were reappearing. They proceeded to tell me that was NOT covered under warranty, but couldn't provide that for me in writing. So, they fixed the work and was supposed to fix the badge at the same time. Needless to say, the bed was fixed but the badge was not. They gave me an IOU for the badge, but I never heard back from them to get it fixed. When you look over my truck, there are numerous paint runs as well. Multiple phone calls were not returned and the only time the estimator spoke to me afterwards was when she wanted me to sign a release after the 2nd trip stating they would not warranty any of their work on the bed from the rust. The nature of my work could create a lot of referrals for them, had they done business right. Now, I tell each and every one of my customers to beware and not use them.

I was visiting Tulsa and had my car burglarized at my hotel. I needed a window asap and called Accurate after other places said it would be several days to order the glass. I spoke with Kyle who obtained a new window within an hour, went to their shop and they installed it very fast. Great service, professional and courteous. Kudos!

Walk in to ask for an estimate or schedule one so I can compare what they are quoting to fix my truck vs other people in town. Refuses to give an estimate since I won t commit to having it fixed here first. What type of service is that? I will happily take it across town to someone willing to help

I had a hole in the hood of my Transverse and a smashed front end. ACCURATE fixed my car and made it like brand new. I am soooo pleased by how the car looks.They were quick and very transparent on the costs. Even when there was a miscommunication with the insurance company they handled the problem and provided me with great customer service!!! I have used Accurate THREE times and each time I walked away a happy customer. Once they saved me so much money that i didnt have to file an insurance claim taking an $800 job quoted at one shop down to $150. I hope not to have to have body work in the future, but if I do Accurate is the only body shop I would trust my car with.

I used them to repair my truck and could not have been happier. They told me they wouldn t even give me an estimate because they where too busy. When I asked why they couldn t is because that my repair wasn t on their priority list. Terrible terrible costumer service! When you are in the business of body work it takes a estimate for insurance. Highly recommend staying clear from this company!

When I brought in my 2001 miata, it had large scrapes in the front hood. In some places the paint had come completely off and there were a couple dents. Accurate Autobody made the it look new again. I cannot tell a difference between the color of the hood and the rest of the vehicle. Thank you for the excellent work and the fair price!

I took my vehicle here to get an estimate for them to possibly work on it. They took my information, took pictures, inspected it and I never heard from them again. After a few weeks I called them to see what was going on. Took my information again still nothing. They must be rich because its obvious they don't want my business. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.

Crazybrush Collision Center fixed my Lexus for the first time in 2010. They did a great job on it! I was more than happy with how the guys fixed it. I'm one of those very "particular" customers, and hands down, I was 100% satisfied. Since then, they have fixed several other vehicles for various family members of mine. I can speak for myself, as well as for my other family members, Crazybrush Collision Center is our auto body collision repair specialist of choice!
