God bless Mr. Vaughn, Mr. Russell as well. The guys and the crew inspected my car thoroughly, advised me to return after the 1st of the year to assist me. I am a member of TC Church and they also are gracious enough to help me in this manner. God bless what you do here. I was advised in the start before coming that major work such as transmissions they are not equipped in that department to assist, but other minor repairs they most definitely are well versed in and I appreciate the open & honesty of that right off the bat. Thank you again, will recommend to others. God is able!

I have not had a good experience with them in the last year. They were very helpful in giving a good rate. However the problem I took it in for did not get fixed. Then they did a partial tune-up (changed spark plugs), and then the guy called to schedule the rest because they had the parts, left a message, and when I called back several times to try to set that up, he was never there and never returned my calls. I am not happy with them!To their credit, I had good experiences with them in the past, before they had their own shop, but something has changed, and not for good.

I have been trying to get them to call me back for over a year now. I have left quite a few messages and I have never got a return phone call. Seven years ago when I donated my vehicle they sure returned my call and came and got the car no problem, but now that I need a car I get no response from them. You can't even leave a message because the message box is full. Which means that they are not paying any attention to the people who call in.

The staff has been extremely helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone.. I have had so much car trouble and these guys have not only fixed my car in a timely manner but got me in a New one!! I drive a Lexus now and I'm extremely grateful.!!! God uses these people to help the public I won't take my business anywhere else..

friendly people but being friendly won t get my car fixed. i went and got a diagnostic, they quoted me the price and I took my car back to get the work done. I was told my car was driveable but that there was still something wrong... I go out to take my car home and it s the absolute same. ABSOLUTELY NOT DRIVEABLE. I call them to ask if there s something I can do, of course... no answer. I left messages and still haven t gotten a call back. My money has gone down the drain and they dont plan on helping me

These guys are amazing. My car was about to give out and I'm currently living paycheck to paycheck. These guys helped me out with everything and more. If it wasn't for them I don't think I would've been able to get to work anymore. Thank you so much for everything

Well they called back .That was nice I guess but I can't win for loosing they wont do an engine swap for me or repair a head gasket so I'm gonna likley loose my house because I can't get to work my mom died and i lost my job and yeah I'm a mechanic but I don't have the tools to do the job and these guys won't risk helping me this was my last resort other than trying to rent tools to do the work with the little money that I have left.. and I don't think I have enough cash for that so I guess I will become homeless again even though they won't help me but they said they will help people with low cost work

Can't go there if your car doesn't run??? How helpful is a low-income subsidized auto repair center if the car is already running? Terms & conditions are too confusing.I tried to apply online, but got confusing msg that said application already in process. Called several times, different days, but can't get a hold of them by phone. Then I went back online & it said you can't go there if your car isn't running. So I spent $ on insurance that I shouldn't have, because car hasn't been running the whole time, just that I did NOT see that on the website when I tried to apply.

I went in to get an estimate for brakes. I was told I needed brakes and rotors all around on my vehicle and the front I needed done asap(they are more expensive) the price was very reasonable BUT a couple days later I happened to notice I was missing a lug nut from my front driver side tire! I decided to go and get another opinion and I'm glad I did because I didn't even need rotors or brakes! Very disappointed that i was lied to and will never go back or recommend them ever!!!!

I took my car there 3 time they charged for labor still everything wasn't done ...im a Cancer patient this experience caused me stress time and . How can YOU charge twice for the same thing and not finish... any who has had bad experiences please contact me..

These people volunteer their time to help people. That is an amazing and commendable thing. Thank you all for your help in fixing my car-and for such a low price! I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs help with their vehicle!

not good at all. I took auto in for one issue, was charged $1300+ to get fixed and the initial issue was never fixed. VSA was disconnected, they didn't know how to fix, argued with me (came across as I was the stupid & difficult one). please take your car needs elsewhere. Not here.

The Car care Clinic is a group of good of Christians try to help the people of Oklahoma. This place is a blessing for the community of Tulsa and it's surrounding areas. They try to give assistance to the forgotten men and women who need their car so they can get to work, school, the doctor, or the grocery store. It's not a handout it's a HAND UP that working class people need.

Very cool place, sweet gold there. Just sometimes they seem busy and over worked which comes off with lack of great customer service. But I personal love them and their work

Owned by Lonnie Dale Vaughan, it's a RIP off . They know nothing about auto repair . He is not there to help people , he is there to help himself. It's supposed to be a non profit, but believe me he himself is profiting, big time .

It sucks and yes I have been there in fact I brought my Dodge in and my boyfriend who has worked for you had to redo the job you were paid to do and you broke the part I bought which was brand new and tried to replace it with a salvage yard part

Had to take back my comment because we were told they would help us locating a fare priced mechanic and they did no such thing...im really disappointed because of the time wasted waiting on them to call back and all the info we provided seem to be a waste of time!@

Unfortunately I never heard back from them. They are closed due to C-19. I still need help for my sister if anyone can help.
