Me and my family came from California to purchase a trailer at this location. The staff were remarkable and very accommodating to us especially since we were very tired from the long drive. Good help does not go unnoticed and the ones that were very helpful through it all were Kelly (the Business Development Manager), whom got everything in order and squared away even before we drove out there and made sure that everything we requested and asked for were fulfilled.Zachary (RV Sales Associate), his brother and father were very helpful as well making sure that were were comfortable while waiting especially with entertaining my toddler and parents. And Lastly, Russel (Service Department) was very quick yet precise with the meticulous fixes we had requested and quick as well.He did great in explaining what the functions of the trailer as well as addressing any additional questions we had. All in all, the team in Camping World of Tulsa made sure that we were well taken care of and made us feel like family. If we ever go back to Tulsa, we will be sure to visit our Camping World of Tulsa family

Our first time buying a new camper. Our salesman James was the best. Very professional and easy to work with. (Despite what's being said in other reviews on here.) He is genuinely a good guy. Called and checked to see that we made it to our destination safely with our new camper. Just a nice guy. We had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and informative. The staff. All of them did excellent. We are very satisfied with our new camper. Thanks to everyone at Camping World of Tulsa! Even John in Finance! My Family Thanks you guys. We will be sending James some photos of our first Trip. Thanks again.

This was our first time buying a travel trailer. It was such a great experience buying from Camping World. From the beginning of the process to the end every person was really professional and honest.Our salesman was Zachary Robinson and since the beginning, he was very honest. He explained everything with detail and helped us make the right choice. He even showed us more RVs so we could come up with a final decision. We recommend working with Zachary. He is very honest, helpful, very professional and puts effort in help their customers. We appreciate you Zach.When we picked our trailer, Russel made sure it was cleaned and everything was working properly. Russel, the technician gave us a whole demo of almost two hours were we talked about how everything worked in the trailer and he answer ALL our questions. Russell took time to explained how everything work and was very professional.After that, we signed our contract and Will Edwards in the finance department made sure to show us what they were charging us for and explained us about the warranty we could get. Overall, I could tell everyone was here very honest. They were not just trying to sell us something and be done but took the time to informed us about everything.Another thing we enjoyed is that Sierra took time to explained the products that will be helpful to purchase for our first travel trailer. Also, they will deliver our trailer to our home!!!!We are really happy and thankful for Camping World for all the customer service and attention to detail. You guys went above and beyond. We will definitely be buying more from you guys!

All these reviews have to be forced, begged, or scams. They screwed me over on a used unit. Total piece of junk but I drove 6 hours one way so I took it. They lied and lied and lied some more. Then blocked my number after refusing to give me my warranty money back. I am one of thousands with a similar experience from CW. Tulsa is one of the worst! Hoping they end up like Amarillo, Marion, and all the other locations that have closed permanently! This a TERRIBLE company to buy from!

This is my experience at Camping World Tulsa. It was without a doubt the best decision I could've made for purchasing my RV! The professionalism and knowledge of the staff was beyond exceptional! This was my first time purchasing an RV and I drove over two (2) hours to pick up my unit. Not really knowledgeable about RVs, my Sales Rep. (DAVID LOWE) chose a few units prior to my arrive that best fit my needs. He took the time to answer any and all questions I had pertaining to RVing and I can certainly say after leaving Camping World, I was more informed and confident with owning a Travel Trailer! Mr. Lowe patiently took the time from the start to the finish of the sale to insure I was satisfied with my purchase. Even the walkthrough of my unit by certified personal prior to taking home was outstanding! I would definitely recommend anyone interested in purchasing a new or used unit to visit the Tulsa location and spend some time with their staff. You won't regret it!

In all honesty, it was not the best experience at first because the first sales person I started with left and so my file then went to someone else which made the process a little more stressful for both me and the new sales person. However, once Toby did take over and got all the information needed I ended up with a great deal and the payment I was comfortable with. So thank you Toby for stepping in and helping me get to the finish line on my own time.

Easy buying experience on used Airstream. I pointed out a few items on camper that needed attention on my first visit and they were all fixed by the time I came in to sign the contract. No haggling on the minor repairs!! Thanks Zachary!

I wished I could give no stars and just write my awful experience. It started off bad. We came to purchase our first rv we had a salesman by the name of James, he basically talked to us like we were never going to be able to purchase a camper. He ran our credit and everything said it wasn't possible after setting in his office for 2 hours while he's dozing off and taking personal phone calls. He entered my information wrong and said I had no credit which isn't true. So we finally left the GM reached out to us about our experience I let him know what happened. He apologized and then James reached back out and apologized. They begged us to come back and said we were pre-approved and we could get a trailer. Confusing right. So we took the time to go back up there just to be put through the same exact senerio. He finally said we got everything worked out. Gave us payment plan took our down payment and signed some paperwork. The next day my fiance called to check on said transaction and they said I need more paperwork turned in that James didnt inform me of so I called to confirm the paperwork I needed to send in and the finance guy said we were denied, and they would mail me the down-payment I made in a check. I was so confused as to what happened. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to ever go there.!!!

This dealer has THE BEST customer service! Zack and his brother Justin where amazing to deal with. Brooke the general manager is amazing also! Russ in the shop is hands down a top notch guy! Heres the story.We line in pinetop az. We fornd a camper here. We called our local camping world to see if we can.buy it snd have it shipped....few days go by.... nothing. Sarah called Zack at tulsa location. He gave us numbers we bought! Shipping was taking too long so we decided to take a weekend trip to tulsa. Arrived at the dealer was greeted by two nice gals at the door. Zack.came to us showed us the unit. We did paperwork amd i told them i needed help putting my hitch on no problem. I had some trouble getting it rite. After a few times i decided to.call it a night. (My truck.had 4 corner air suspension) ram factory stock options. It kept leveling and screwing up the measurements. Needless to say we lest the camper there and decided to call it a day. Brook the Gm made sure we got a room in town took us to.a few locations.... i was so tired! We showed up the next morning (before they where even.open) there he was Russ! Waiting for us. We remeasured things with the truck in jack mode. Then russ took it on the highway PERFECT!!! then he asked me to drive and again PERFECT! We left Tulsa headed to.az. everyone called us a few hours or so to make sure we got home safe! Facebook groups that trash cw tulsa need to.experience this location! I will be on the phone with the home office monday morning! As a small buisness owner this was the BEST customet service i have recieved in a long time from a corperate operation! Great job guys! You have a customer for life!!@ if you want great service go here! If you want poor customer service go to New river Arizona camping world!

Unfortunately my time at Camping World has come to an end due to family issues. There's some great people there that I will miss. Biggest shout out to Jamie my former co service advisor. Shes a true champion of life and values her customers and doing the right thing for them always as she always works very hard. Go see her and she'll get you fixed up!

Toby was exceedingly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! 10/10 service, no pushy car salesman like ethics, just gives you the facts and shows the goods without ANY weird pushy behavior. Cannot recommend this man enough!

What an awesome camping world. If I could, I d give 10 stars. We called ahead while traveling through the state for two parts, which they had I did not get the person s name, but she is sales person 034845. She was helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. With a good Sams membership, they allowed us to stay the night with hookups and no charge. They also allowed us to use the dump station at no charge.

From the first phone call this place was amazing ...everyone we talked to helped with all our questions ... Zack and everyone he sent to us were super friendly and helpful ..and Donna.the lady that showed us our wonderful bumper pull went above and beyond showing us everything we needed to know and answering all our questions... All around terrible experience! Our salesman James was the absolute worst. He refused to take the down-payment we had to offer swore he was gonna get us a great deal. After a week of no return calls we went in to see what was going on to be left waiting 30 mins to be treated extremely rudly told us our stuff is at another location. If you want a decent service there see Zachary.

I just wanted to share my experience with David Lowe @ the Tulsa OK location. Let me first say that we found and purchased from a private seller but from the start Mr Lowe went above and beyond to show me what thought I was after. He took the time to take me around the lot showing me the campers that beat fit the description of the size camper we were after. After, I left he made contact and showed me some videos and other features of one we thought we liked. I wish it had worked but I would highly recommend going to see David if you are looking for a camper.

Dillon helped me surprise my husband with a new Thor Freedom Elite. The sales process was good. Unfortunately 1 month later it came with a nasty surprise, the upgraded lithium battery they put in was not compatible with my motorhomes converter. This was not caught when I requested it or when they installed it. Sales argued that I requested it so they wouldn t pay for a new standard battery to be replaced. Had someone told me lithium batteries were not compatible with the unit and would cause a problem with a converter I would not have requested it. I want to commend Jacob at the service desk for fighting for us and getting this corrected and covered. He went to bat for us when we were almost nauseated at the $500 we were about to be charged at Camping Worlds mistake by not informing the customer at time of sale. I think I wanted to cry because Jacob had the decency to do the right thing unlike so many other places. You need to keep him because he s the reason I m giving this 5 stars.

We had engine issues over St. Patrick's day weekend and were lucky enough to wind up here. It took 3 days for a service call to be completed so we had water/ electric and a normal life while we waited. It was their 57th anniversary so we got good deals on product, excellent donuts! Thank you camping world, for being our shelter in times of stress.

My husband and I found a camper that we thought was absolutely perfect for us at Tulsa's Camping World. We contacted them via email and received a phone call almost immediately to schedule an appointment the following day. When we arrived we were greeted by the delightful Toby Tillman, and he took us straight out to see the camper we thought we wanted. After looking at the said camper, we told Toby that we didn't feel like it met all of the needs of our family. Toby listened and paid attention to the direct details that we needed without missing a beat. When he was showing us other campers he was taking into consideration our price range and needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the campers on the lot and if he didn't know, he was super quick to get as much information about it as possible. We highly recommend Toby!After the camper was serviced and cleaned, we were introduced by an AMAZING service technician (I didn't catch his name but I believe I heard a salesman call him LeRoy. I will call up there and find out and update this, but I wanted to write this before I forget.) That man was amazing. He was so patient and knowledgeable about the camper, inside and out. He was honest, funny, and so down to earth. He didn't miss a beat either when it came to information about our 2021 Heartland. So if you go to Camping World in Tulsa, I highly recommend Toby in Sales and possibly LeRoy in service.. If we could have tipped them, we would have! Absolutely the best service we have ever received and this is our 5th camper.

Our refrigerator went out after a year. These guys did everything they could to get it replaced using our extended warranty. Even had to build out our cabinet and did a great job! Kudos to Taryn and Jordan for getting us taken care of! Even replaced the wrong capture plate that the other location put on when we bought our WolfPack! Great job Tulsa!!

Too bad there are not negative stars... I left my new camper to have a water leak fixed at Camping World of Tulsa; what a nightmare!!! Still ongoing! After hearing it would be six weeks to get the cabinet fixed, the staff member handling my service request quits or gets fired and my ticket just gets lost in space... I was contacted by the new service lady and she got the ball rolling again...after 4 weeks of being patient and waiting. I was told the leak was "fixed" and I could use my camper while waiting on the cabinet to be replaced from water damage...they drilled a hole in the floor under my kitchen cabinet with a hose running thru it. To top that off, there was a ridiculous amount of expanding foam all over the place... for what reason I have no idea. I was was NOT asked if drilling a hole in my new campers floor would be ok or even told why, they just did it. There were valves that could not be turned off on the end of the hose which was sticking thru the hole in my floor under my new camper, dripping water constantly. The camper now has a hole in the floor, stained carpet, a broken hull support and the front door key fell out in my hand when i tried lock it after taking it from Camping World of Tulsa. I did get assistance from the new service department lady, she called and kept me informed about the progress of the kitchen cabinet.

First time staying in Camping World were I got a spot. Wanted to say that the girls in the customer service /office area were all amazing. Upon leaving Camping World our GPS was confusing on how to get on the expressway so Sherry lead us to it . What great customer service. She went above and beyond!!!! Thank you!Sry
