Purchased a 20 Mack Anthem at the Tulsa location,we needed the truck immediately,they told us about the hood issues it had but did not have the parts so they put rubber latches on it for a temporary fix,we brought it back to have the latches installed but the damage was more severe so they had us take it to a body shop for an estimate with the promise to make it right,now we just get the runaround,90k truck with a hood that doesn't open right,will be in the market again soon. UPDATE: I was contacted by Bruckner s this morning and they are working to get this issue resolved.

Evry second they are getting greedy and greedy . Aftermarket filters 200$ you have to be gypsy and buy everything online or you won t be in this business anymore!!! Thanks for replying why did you charge me 180.47(with company discount) If they are only 94$ i will send you pictures from your fuel filet 37.55 and only some company 13.12 !!! I buy from different dealers Volvo original filter for 115$ are you Volvo dealer or some Chinese store ?!?

Everyone awesome i had bad turbo Air cooler they replaced really fast , very excellent customer service and friendly. will back for any repairs.

Fast is not in their vocabulary. Nor is good communication. The work so far seems to be quality but that's where the positive ends. Every time they have my truck it's there for a week and a half no matter the work requesting to be done. The delay I am told is because only one person knows how to do what I need to be done and he's not there to do it even though he knew the part was coming in. Unacceptable.

I had my truck changed the injector in a local shop in OKC and almost lost my engine if I hadn't come to this shop for the engine light I had. Thank God, Andrew, and his team they're not only knowledgeable about what they did, they are the most honest people with no drama.This Shop is going to be the only one I trust to drop off my trucks for repairs.Thank you, Andrew and your team for your great service

Bought batteries and batteries went out on a month I went to do warranty wanted me to buy another set and send mine out to get inspected and they said proce6taked about 2 months

Service department is very unfriendly and unprofessional. It is as if they did not care if they had my business or not. They do not inform you of the status of your repair: what is wrong, cost, or estimated completion. Lost my Keys. The guy that said he didn't have them finally realized that he did. Lost a gallon of coolant during the repair and did not replace it. They are currently constructing a new building so do not allow you to park your trailer there. You have to take it to an unsecured drop lot 4 miles south. This is not noted on their website. Had I know this I would not have stopped. I have been to other Bruckner locations in other states and have always had a good experience. I will never return to this location.

Great, I really like the work ethic of the workers there. They re about business, their main objective is to get you in and out as soon as possible. I didn t see anyone gossiping about outside issues they work.

This is the first time we have used them. We are pleased,the went above and beyond what we ask for. And prices are real reasonable. We have found out new shop home. No surprises no out of this world prices or nothing they didnt fix right. I recommend them highly

I have brought my 2019 Volvo here on three separate occasions and each time, my truck was never fixed. They will lie to you and just take your money. Bruckners in Tulsa is a DISHONEST company. Stay away from them!!

Well once again I find my self needing Bruckner this time here in Tulsa I spoke with the night parts person last night ( sorry forgot his name ) great person and very helpful my situation I told him I would call this morning this time I spoke with Katie in parts again great person she helped me get a part ordered I need very pleasant and helpful thank you all for having a kind and helpful staff thank you

Great group of guys. I went in for a coolant leak, they looked over my truck, found the problem, and within maybe 3 hrs I was fixed and back on the road. If I m ever in the area again and need some work done, I d definitely be stopping back by!

If you want your Volvo or Mack truck fixed right this is the shop to go to. Not only do they have great customer service they explained everything that was going on with my rig.

Not much I could say, I have been with electrical issues on truck from 31 oct to 03 nov .Like any where they trying to get to the bottom of the issue. GENUINE people's,will do the best to help you with your needs.

This is my favorite place to go, either one of the Tulsa locations. Whenever I need work done on the road, i call Fred or Chad and they are always available to talk to me and to advise.
