I cannot speak highly enough of Briarwood Auto! Casey and his team go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are taken care of. I am truly impressed with their excellent service. Not only are they incredibly skilled at what they do, but they're also refreshingly honest. They made the fact that I bought an unreliable Land Rover a lot easier to deal with. They took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that I understood the work being done on my car. They prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. I have complete trust in their expertise and integrity. Thank you, Briarwood Auto, for consistently exceeding my expectations and for taking such good care of your customers and their vehicles!

I was referred to Briarwood by a coworker. They were fast and efficient on diagnosing my issues (leak from engine). They fixed it and did not push any further maintenance than what was needed at the time. I dropped off my car and they gave me a complementary Uber ride back to my home while I waited for their diagnosis. I asked them to do a tune up while they had it and my car has never ran better! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable service at a good price.

My husband and I took my 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid to Briarwood Auto, it had quit running on us right as the holiday season came in. After replacing our dipstick and tube, recharging our hybrid battery, and changing our other battery, the car unfortunately still was not running and the engine was punching multiple codes. These guys took the time to do a thorough check and when they updated us they were 100% honest and straightforward in providing their professional opinion of whether or not the vehicle was worth fixing. I am currently pregnant and we needed a running vehicle ASAP, so we bit the bullet and purchased a new vehicle. The owner of the shop was incredible understanding and offered us an awesome discount for the work they had already performed on the car. Unfortunately I will have to say goodbye to my Escape, but things happen and I will absolutely be going back to Briarwood for all of my future automotive services. Thank you so much guys for your hardwork and integrity

Casey and the crew are the best at what they do...they had my 2010 Jaguar several times and tried everything they could to fix it but it started and ran every single time they tried it. Eventually I just took it home and it runs like a dream. They worked with me for weeks and kept me updated to what was going on with my car. I would totally trust them again and again.

Probably the NICEST people in this business I ve ever met (well besides One Degree Auto) but since my car is Mercedes I was referred by someone at my church to go here! I didn t know what was going on with my car. Apparently water leaked into the floor board into the electrical area! In addition, I had issues with needing my radiator leaking !!!!They really helped me out! I m so very thankful I was referred to them. They also have a super comfy waiting area. :) I enjoyed the water and the vintage MAGAZINES lol along with great conversations and Christian music! Peaceful environment for sure!!!

Briarwood Auto will be my new go-to place for oil changes. Had a great experience with them. They have a knowledgeable and courteous crew and handled me quickly with an appointment. They offer the full BG lineup for additives and flushes and only use full synthetic for oil changes.

Briarwood Auto Service has provided great services to my car a few times and will, when needed, in the future. Techs thoroughly inspected my vehicle upon oil change the first time I took in for oil change. After oil change, I was advised that I should have my brakes bled and shocks and struts replaced. I thought about that for a couple of days. Then I had a mechanic friend, without telling them what I had been advised by Briarwood Auto Service, check out what service work I should have to be done. My mechanic friend advised me the same thing. Briarwood Auto Service is honest, respectful and great in which to do business.

I didn't like terms of loan offered and in return they gave ran my credit through over 30 different lenders some multiple times. They totally ruined my credit score. Runningvit at least 3 times a week. Took my score from 620 to 549. I would never deal with someone so vindictive just because I wouldn't agree to their terms.

By IVAN H. in Tulsa, OKYou have a problem they can get it solved, my heat cool blend air operator had failed, it s in a tough place to get at not something many shops would take on, Briarwood got my maxima right in and had it quickly fixed. This is not the first time Briarwood Auto has repaired my Maxima and every time I have received quality work and great service l feel I can recommend them to friends and not worry I know the Stubs family father and son will always see that their quality employees get any problem job resolved and get you back on the road.Vehicle:Nissan Maxima

They repaired my wastegate valve on my BMW X3 along with several other related issues. They worked with/for us on the extended warranty to get 3/4 of everything covered. We are grateful for their efforts, workmanship, communication, time frame, skill and diligence. We will be referring anyone needing a mechanic to Briarwood. A good shop. Had a car w/an oil leak. Turned out to be a loose oil filter. Fixed it for 30 mins of labor and diagnostics. Will definitely be coming back!

First time customer, went in for an oil change. Received an amazing deal so thought I d give it a go. Oil change took a little over an hour and they do not provide shuttles for oil changes, only repairs. However, they provided me with a FULL courtesy check; breaks, tires, headlights, etc. as well as the regular topping off of fluids. I have never had a maintenance company give me a full report of my vehicle which I found super informative. Thank you Briarwood!Service: Oil change

Purchased a Groupon for an oil change. Had never used Briarwood before so was a little nervous. Front office staff person was helpful, friendly and courteous. Waiting area nice. Only issue was it took about an hour and 10 minutes for an oil change, which is a bit long, with an appointment. No one else waiting but I assume they were doing work on other cars. Heard interactions of mechanics on phone with other customers and they were all very knowledgeable and courteous. Seems like a great garage.

Highly recommend!! Top-notch, professional service from start to finish! Briarwood is my first experience with any car repair/maintenance in Tulsa and will be my go-to from now on for my Range Rover. I have been with the company since 2016, and my experience has been exceptional and positively fantastic. They are very honest, dedicated, and committed to the general satisfaction of each customer. I have used briarwood for the last year to change my synthetic fuel through the Groupon program. Even though this was a coupon, they thoroughly checked my car and took pictures of any problems and told me about them so that I could have them remediated. They've always been mannerly and quick to serve and I would recommend them highly.Service: Oil change

Dropped the car off Friday morning at opening and took them until Tuesday afternoon to replace the water pump on my daily driver. Picked up the car to find the radiator cover clips in the cup holder and the TPMS light on. The car already had a leaky tire, but I figured they could at least put some air in it for me when they ran the diagnostics. The work they performed seems to be quality, but I can t recommend or leave a good review due to the unprofessionalism I received.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We used Briarwood for years. Whether it be a simple oil change, repairs on current vehicles or work on a classic 1962 Thunderbird 455 engine, they've always been reliable, competent and good to work with. If you're in doubt, you ought to try them out.
