These people saved my life!! Curtis front counter, Joseph mechanic found tire beads between steers tires and rims , beads ate my tires would end up blowing tires st anytime in the future!Wow !Tires were.put on from TA Truck Shop in MtVERNON Indiana!Nice personalities highly recommend!

Had a great experience here today. Needed to have an air bag replaced on my trailer. Efrain was fast and efficient with his work. Very friendly and helpful. Sarah went above and beyond when I asked her to check on a discount program through the company I just switched to for my fuel program . I would recommend these guys if you are in need of service and repairs in Tulsa. Thanks again everyone

You'll pay a little more but it gets done quick and right. They do a fine job and it gets me back to making money without worrying about missing my loads. I'm local and have choices. Boss is a good one for me

Worst shop to get a truck PM done. It s been 3 hours and I m still waiting. They dont value your time. Sarah is completely unprofessional, she never even greeted me. I or my company trucks will not be returning to this shop.Steven HatchHatch Heavy Haul LLC

As a lady/owner operator, I have had repairs done alot of places. But Bosselmen Boss Shop is a great place to have work done. Professional, efficient, reasonable service.

I rolled in needing a tire replaced. The cap had decided to come off on me. They had a great selection of New and used Super singles for me to choose from.Chad and Sarah in the office were extremely friendly and helpful to me. Chad did warn me that it would be awhile before I got into the bay. Derick was the technician who replaced the tire for me he was very professional and courteous to me. Great sense of humor also. I asked him to double check a tire for me on it's pressure and he went ahead and checked an brought to pressure all the tires on my truck that were a bit low. I wasn't able to get the other guys name who was also in the shop that helped out Derick.

There are amazing people at the shop their warm smiles and amazing aditudes make the experience so easy ! Felt welcom from the first moment ! Page and Sarah do an amazing jod as service advisors .Jeremiah has brought together a. Amazing team of people ! Jerry is one of the most amazing techs I've met ! They all , some I didn't catch their names but they were all very professional in every aspect and they put a new look at HOSPITALITY IN THE SERVICE ENVIRONMENT !IVE BEEN IN THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY FOR OVER54 YEARS AS A DRIVER !SO HERE IS A GREAT BIG ATTA BOY AND ATTA GIRL TO THE WHOLE STAFF AT BOSS SHOP IN TULSA

If you drive for Jb Hunt, that your owner operator on the contractors, please on program stay away from the shop they will lie cheat, steal, cause more problems for tires. They will give you one price and Goodyear will give you a different price. They will cut your price that is false untrue and basically cause problems for you with Jb Hunt stay away from this company they are rip off Artis.

Slow and the lady upfront is rude and unprofessional. Took 3 days to fix and a $4000 dollar markup from what peterbilt charges. Poor customer service and no communication to the driver about what s going on. Excuse after excuse.

Do not buy tires you re using the Jb Hunt owner operator Goodyear tire service program. They will lie to you to sell tires. Their price is not what Goodyear price is two different prices to different Billings. It is 100% scam.

I really dont know, how to start this, 8-21-19. I was backing into a parking space at the quik trip, my tractor clutch pedal went to the floor without rebounding. Aka my clutch linkage broke. I walked over to this shop, which is conveniently sharing the same property as quik trip. Once inside , I was greeted and ask, how can we help. The service writer was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I explain my problem, he then instructed me on the wait and protocol. 30 mins later, he informed me that I'm next. I was shocked, because alot of shops put you off for a day. His techs walked with me back to my truck and diagnose the problem. Tech and I, went back and spoke with the service writer, he already had a plan of execution and convenience. He informed me of all cost and time. The store manger introduced his self, and offer alot of knowledge about fixing my situation with cost efficiency. Fast forward, they're tech are EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL MAKES AND MODELS!!!!! The tech was courteous, professional, and kind. I have more to say, but I'm SO IMPRESSED!!!! How this COMPANY has some of the world greatest people!!!! This shop will not let you down!!!! They fixed my problem and more!!!! Pricing is fair and wait time is fair. They are the platinum standard of emergency repairs!!!!! Forever I will remember the NIGHT SHIFT!!!

It made me give them 1 star before i could post. No 0 star button.Terrible, awful, sorry service. Dropped off truck at 9am, it's 3:45pm. I was told around 2 hours. Then I was told twice it would only be a few minutes longer. That was at hours 4 and 5. Don't go here unless you have no since of time!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! You will regret it..They use the term Master Mechanic but they made several expensive mistakes. So their Master Mechanic is probably working with less than 2 years experience. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Terrible service I have been waiting for 1 week for the part of my truck to arrive, the day the part arrives to be able to repair my truck in a job that takes 3 or 4 hours maximum, they tell me that the mechanic has to leave early? If you don't value their work, don't waste others' time. They have more mechanics and all day you just look at them walking around the workshop. Terrible service. They don't do it for free. That's why they charge by the hour. Their ad says 24 hours and they just want to work. 4 daily

In four years, I never A road service come out in three hours and take two hours to repair one tire, run out of gas for the air compressor and sit there with the air compressor off for 20 minutes before having me coming up to him and ask him what he s doing and then he went and got fuel for his air compressor and this is five hours later and I m still not done. Please avoid tire service roadside service from this company. In Tulsa Oklahoma

Traveling in a motorhome and started having issues with our fuel filters. Boss was able to work us in and got us back on the road in short time. Loved the super friendly and helpful staff.

They provided adequate service after a ridiculous wait. I have managed maintenance and called ahead the day before with a good eta. I showed up at the time and was told it would be at least 8 hours for a PM service and it would be better to come back the next day. I agreed to this and was there when they opened the following day. They had "lost" my work order. And then they charged me over 200 dollars more for the PM than I have ever paid anywhere else. I will never use this shop again. If I broke down in their parking lot I would tow my truck somewhere else.

Hauling horses on the interstate and had a flat tire on the trailer. The owner and Derek provided great customer service in a timely fashion. While I was waiting, they offered myself and my dogs water. The tire was changed quickly and at no charge! I appreciate them going out of their way to get me back on the road!Service: TiresService: Tires

I got there since morning at 9AM TO change right tire and alignment asked the lady at front desk to make sure how long is gonna take and she side two hours and I said ok and gave my info you can't believe they call me at 5pm and they took more than two hours to change tire didn't do alignment instead balanced but i need to algn and charged more than they side crazy I lost may day cancel load I don't know my truck fuling one side i'll check tomorrow I'm tired I have trailer next to tham at QT gas station because I don't want to lost my spot Service: Tires

Went in to get a alignment had a couple of wheel seals wet. Eric did a fantastic job on the alignment replaced all four wheel seals on the back, change the fluid in the rear ends and transmission. Was in an out in four hours. Becca in the front was very professional and friendly. Jeremiah took his time to make sure everything was working well with our APU unit as the fuel lines where sucking air. They jumped on the PM quickly... although I do not see any grease on my U joints. Very satisfied with the work. Highly recommend and will definitely come back. Hopefully just a little learning experience needed on the U joints.

Poor service every time I have had anything fixed there. If they don't install the wrong parts on your truck; there is more wrong with your after they fix your truck then when you took it there to get fixed. Friendly,but they make sure they charge the hell out of you not to fix the problem or cause more.
