Take the time to go by and see this great team! Breck in sales is very informative and knowledgeable. If you are looking for accessories, Debbie is a true joy to work with! Sarah in finance was quick and efficient! The service guys are fantastic also! The entire team was fantastic to work with! By far the best RV dealer we have dealt with!

We just bought a brand new fifth wheel. Salesman Mr Julius was amazing. Best buying experience I've ever had through a dealership they went above and beyond to make us happy to get what we wanted. Would highly recommend anyone looking for an RV of any sort to use Bob Hurley RV. From sales to service. An excellent experience. The owner Rod was amazing with the help of sealing the deal. Thanks to everyone who was a part of our journey. We absolutely love our new fifth wheel.

I will start out that Ryan in finance is great. But the customer service from the salesman was the worst I have ever had.I am 64 so I have had years of customer service experience. After I canceled my purchase he thought it was necessary to text me wirh excuses and tell me he didn't want my business.

Great place to find an RV or travel trailer. I ve been searching for a couple years. In and out many times with no pressure from sales staff. I finally found what I was looking for and they had it delivered so I can see it. Buying process went well. Terry is a great sales guy. Billy in parts will blow your mind with his knowledge. The service guys were also amazing. All around a great place to do business with.

Shout out to my buddy Cris Otero 1# salesman. One of my friends is looking in the future to possibly buying an RV. So I took her over the River. They definitely have quality Rv's. He explained everything from start to finish. He showed us several different types for her budget and a few dream ones. After you purchase from them.They have qualified mechanics and expertise to guide you after the sale. Will update you after the New Year if my friend strikes a deal. Stop in on the way through town, been looking for a new 5th wheel for several months. We met Jake. He was super! So glad we stopped in when we did. Jake showed us several models after taking notes of what we were looking for! No high pressure sales, easy to talk to and very informative! When we do decide on the perfect for us model we want to purchase it here, with Jake!

Sales guy was okay but went in looking to buy and ended up buying one somewhere else. referred a buddy go in a week later and he ended up buying one. When they delivered his nothing was hooked up and they were left without heat for a night, place is just sketchy, really about the money and sales rather then truly satisfying a customer. go somewhere else..

We bought 2 campers from them. Spent over $150k combined. Within a month we had a handful of problems. Called in and the service department sent out a tech. He also agreed the camper had all the issues. We lost 3 sets of groceries from the refrigerator going out. After going back and forth for 3 months to see what was going on a new guy in service department calls us and asked us to bring it in. When we bought it they knew that was not an option and delivered it. I told the service guy that and he then proceeded to tell me it would be at my cost to have it hauled in because that would be too expensive to cover.I ve left messages with management and no return call back. They were great when they wanted the sale and now they won t do anything to make it right. Definitely would not recommend. Your wasting you money and will get a camper that is unusable at a high price!My son hasn t been able to use his refrigerator in months and they still haven t even looked at his yet.

Thank you for a great service experience! Customer service was great and issue was resolved quickly. We will be using Bob Hurley from now on for service and, hopefully soon, a new unit.

I come to this buisness quite often to buy parts and im grated by staff when im upstairs in the parts department and i have to say I usually deal with Robert miller and i swear his knowledge on parts and supplies for rvs is insanely awesome. He is very respectable and very helpful. I would recommend anyone buying RV parts through Robert miller. Thank you for being you

We picked up our RV today and were very happy with our overall experience! Terry, our salesman, was very patient with us as we decided on the best floorplan for us! We received a thorough walk through and had a good experience in the store to explain everything we need to get us on the road!

We were in the market for a used diesel pusher class A motorhome. My wife was messaging someone on marketplace and I was a little skeptical. Terry was the salesman she was talking to, he wasn't driving her crazy as some other dealerships had done, nor was he trying to sell us something out of our price range. We gave him our budget, he told us he could help us out. We agreed to go look at the coach, was very impressed, they did everything they told us they'd do, and I'd highly recommend Terry at this dealership.

The parts department here is very helpful. Really like shopping here for RV parts and accessories. They have a great selection and had a blower motor for my air conditioner that many others had to order.

I would give negative stars if possible. This place is an absolute joke. We bought a camper from them, 6 months later we decided we'd trade it in or sell it, we call Bob Hurley and they offer less than half of what we paid them for it. Absolute spit in the face. We take the camper to Camping World and they offer to buy it for $10k more than Bob Hurley offered. I will tell everyone in the camping industry to take their business elsewhere! I understand they have to turn it for profit but that is the most unethical business deal I've ever been a part of. They simply have no care for their customers.

We just traded our Toy hauler and bike in for a Cougar Fifth wheel. We have NEVER had such a great experience trading a RV in. Every question answered in detail. Sumner did a great job with the walk thru. Lynsey Schwing, you are the best. Loved dealing with you and if need be would do it again. Kenny and I are very pleased! Thanks so much Bob Hurley RV. Lynsey, thanks again for the rooms, that made the trip more relaxing. (Even enjoyed the finance guy).

A Couple of years ago, I moved to Tulsa from Arizona in the middle of Covid. Right before the move, my pop up camper developed a crack in the roof and needed to be replaced. It was a warranty item, but I had moved to Oklahoma and needed it fixed.The only dealership that would do the warranty repair was Bob Hurley service. They were great to work with and when I got my pop up back, the new roof was better than when it came from the factory!Fast forward 2 years and we are ready to upgrade from a pop up to a "Glamper". We looked at several other dealerships and even tried negotiating pricing on a few. But we did not go to Bob Hurley, because it was further away than a few other places.Needless to say, I was not impressed with all my interactions at other dealerships. So, we took a Saturday and traveling the extra distance to Bob Hurley, immediately knew we were at the right place.We were treated respectfully and fairly and negotiated a price that fit within our budget.Our Sales Person Ronnie and the Service Team, with K.K. and Danny, have been absolutely wonderful to work with and made the entire process super painless and pleasurable.If you are looking to buy, or need service, look no further. Bob Hurley is the best in Tulsa.

My wife and I purchase a KZ trailer from Bob Hurley a few months ago. We had been shopping for a couples camper for about 2 weeks and had worked with several other dealers. The Bob Hurley folks treated us great from the very beginning. Our salesperson was Lynsey. She was great to work with and did not use any high pressure sales tactics. She coordinated well with the folks in Service to make sure everything went smooth after our purchase. Within a few days of looking at the camper we negotiated with Bob Hurley to reach a purchase price that was well within our budget. Ed and Preston over in the service department did a great job getting everything lined up for us to pick up the camper. It was clean and ready to go when we got there. We had couple of warranty items that needed to be completed a few weeks later. Preston made sure these warranty items got completed without any problems. Everyone we dealt with treated us with respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend Bob Hurley RV.

Tim from service was absolutely amazing! Personal, professional, knowledgeable and relentless! He did not stop until he could figure out the AC problem. It was truly a pleasure to meet him! He is a true representative of the Bob Hurley RV family and the quality that is expected from the Bob Hurley name!!Service department is absolutely amazing, stocked to the brim(but not messy) and friendly, knowledgeable staffLynsey and Bastian(contractor)set the bar high! This people at this dealership made our buying experience amazing from start to finish. Our salesperson Shannon, answered all of our questions and walked us through the process seamlessly. Very un happy as I bought a camper I have had it less then three months I have problems with my furnace my bunk bed is falling down my shower door was messed up when I got it my sink is falling in and my window just shattered for no reason I have contacted and still no response

OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIPOn 22 Jun 2023 we purchased a Keystone Cougar 33RLI. Our salesman Terry Jelinek was outstanding and when we had questions he called the Keystone Rep and all of our questions were answered. Justin in the Service Dept. conducted our walk through and was very thorough. When we set up the Camper 2 hours away in Enid OK we noticed a slight leak at base of toilet. Dakota in the Service Dept. called me and set it up to send Justin out with the parts to fixed the toilet, unfortunately after fixing the toilet it was still having an issue. I called Dakota and they again sent Justin on a 2 hour drive to us with a new Toilet. Instead of us having to bring the RV to them they came to us. Remember the most important part of buying a RV is who you buy it from. We highly recommend Bob Hurley RV Tulsa OK

We got off to a rough start on repairs to our Keystone Cougar until the Service Mgr got involved. She stepped in and got the estimate turned around the same day. Very happy with response!!8/11/23 Update. Picked up the trailer and I have to say that they knocked it out of the park! Other than getting off to a bad start due to some communication issues this would be a 5 Star. Great job, highly recommend!

A huge thank you to Preston Underwood in Service! Such a great experience working with him. We had last minute issue with our motorhome the night before we were scheduled to leave on vacation. He went out of his way to get us in and out with 24 hours to save our vacation plans. Outstanding service and greatly appreciated!!
