They ve always got the job done and made sure my vehicle was smooth sailing. Only had one mishap but the moment I brought it in they were quick to take care of it without charging. The car drove great to my home. Later went into town and on the way back it started making a popping sound from the rear right,so when I get home I jack the car up and take the tire off and found two pieces that were hitting. One piece the bolt was loose. Unable to drive.

Everyone hates car repairs and the old euphemism is "the dealer will charge you an arm and a leg". Well Jack and BMW of Tulsa changed that stereotype in my head this week. My suspension was blown out on my 328i. Reluctantly, at first, I took my car to the dealership and I was very nervous. I drive A LOT for work so it was important to have a loaner. Jack and BMW of Tulsa made it COMPLETELY PAINLESS NO HIDDEN FEES NO MILEAGE CHARGE SIMPLY BRING BACK THE TANK FULL. Jack didn't pressure me to do any repairs but was sure to let me know what the mechanic thought was important. They have very flexible payment plans for when the repair price can be a little overwhelming. 3 month plans all the way to 24 month payment plans. The whole process was seamless. I approved what repairs I could afford. In 3 days everything was perfect. Dropped the loaner off no surprises at all. The suspension on my car feels like I am driving on a cloud. Jack was so helpful and had every bit of information that I needed. And if he didn't he was able to find it really quick. I was not paid for this review or anything. I am just really really happy for the service that Jack and BMW of Tulsa provided me. I want people to know that you can trust them with your car repairs. Jack and BMW of Tulsa Thank you for treating me and my car the way that you did and you have earned my repeat business.

Great experience getting my suv serviced. Johnathan was very professional and even went the extra mile to give me tips on the best ways to maintain my vehicle. Doug was a great shuttle driver who got me back and forth to the service department. Appreciate you all, keep up the great work.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with BMW of Tulsa. I spent my day pleasantly corresponding with someone I believed to be a sales associate. I made an appointment to look at a car and I arrived at the appointed time. I expected to be greeted, shown the car, take a test drive, and perhaps negotiate a sale. Instead, the person I corresponded with wasn't there, they apparently work at some call center in Houston, the car wasn't ready, no one knew I was coming, and I was told to have a seat. After some time, I was then told the car was not even at the lot. What? We had an appointment! I expressed my displeasure to the sales associate, who was professional and polite at every turn (thank you!), and I ultimately spoke to the sales manager. This person was a complete contrast. He was defensive and aggressive, despite the fact I did not ask for a single thing in compensation other than perhaps the opportunity to express my displeasure. He offered two excuses, both of which were unacceptable. First, it was the call center's fault. Well, the dealership is responsible for the services the contract. Second, he said "this happens at every dealer". Also unacceptable. I took an hour out of my life to come to his store. If the car wasn't there, someone could have called me. As I was about to leave, the sales associate said he would call when the car arrived. His manage said "don't", despite the fact no voices were raised and no unprofessional words were spoken. This is a luxury dealership. I expect a significantly higher level of customer care when considering a >$40K purchase in a crowded market. I am both disappointed and frustrated. Please consider this experience when making your choice of dealership. You may also check my past reviews. I do not believe any are negative, and there are quite a few going back over years. That alone should tell you something.

I called and spoke with a salesman. I completed an application before going in to ensure I didn't waste their time. He said I was good. I drove all the way to the dealership just to be told there was some kinda mistake and they couldn't sell me a car. I don't care that I didn't get a car, I care that they wasted my time.

This is the first time I purchased a vehicle that I wanted rather than what made sense. I love my car, but what I didn t expect is the service. Just going in for an oil change at the Tulsa location I feel special and taken care of from the moment I drive up until I drive away. Thank you!

I had the most pleasant experience today at the service department. Jonathan, my service advisor was so helpful. My two shuttle drivers were so polite. I really enjoyed my time there. The service was much quicker than I expected. Thanks so much!

First time bringing my BMW in for service, and I was a little intimidated. But I was greated by Jack (service consultant) and he put my worries at ease. From the time he greated me every thing went smooth. I was there for about 45 minutes, he kept me updated on my car as I waited. Jack was a pleasure to work with! Whenever I'm needing service again for my vehicle, I'm definitely calling Jack. He is a great asset to BMW of Tulsa.

On 10/26 I had taken my car in for a maintenance check and had a minor concern over my brakes that I wanted them to check as well but knew it was probably nothing.David was my advisor for the day and he was phenomenal! The advisor I had previous to him was awful.David was whole heartedly interested in my concern and even discussed several options over the prognosis of my vehicle, showing me the computer screen and checking prices along the way. I brought up that I paid for a 3yr oil change service where I don t have to pay for an oil change and that I think my last advisor charged me for it but I didn t say a thing at that time because he had seemed like he didn t care nor have time to fix it.David looked into my last maintenance check and I was in fact charged for my oil change previous to this visit. David took great care of me the entire time, checked in towards the end to go over what the costs were going to be, saving me money. David, thank you! Keep doing what you re doing! A+++

I made an unexpected stop here when my CEL came on while driving cross-country. Jack from the service department went above and beyond to check the codes and make sure I was in good shape to keep going. It s the little things like that which make a difference. :)

Brought my 2020 330i in for minor warranty issue and added a window tint. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely fashion. Will absolutely recommend this service department to others

Very happy with the service department and our specific service advisor, Brice. He s helped us with maintenance on two occasions and both times we were very satisfied and kept well informed all throughout the process. A loaner car was provided so we didn t have to wait.I will buy my next vehicle from BMW of Tulsa when it s time to upgrade. Until then, I ll continue to visit their service department and specifically ask for Brice.

Drove 3 hours to purchase a CPO BMW. Car was not quite as promised and was missing a couple features that I really wanted, remote start being one. Went ahead and purchased the car with the clear understanding that I would be able to add remote start after market by both the salesperson and their BMW "Genius". Come to find out this is impossible to add and I am extremely disappointed

We had such a great experience on our first purchase in 09/23, we decided to do it again in 11/23. Of course we asked for salesman Chris Dugger again. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and is very courteous. He treats car buying more like an experience than a transaction. He makes sure you are fully introduced to your new car and understand all of the technology. We've worked with both Sterling Ellis and Todd Montgomery in Finance. Both avoid high-pressure tactics and simply present your options. Alan Jabbour, Sales Manager checked in during and after the sale(s) to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Everyone we encountered at BMW of Tulsa has been friendly and professional.

BMW of Tulsa has been the best dealership I ve bought from. I ve been to a multitude of dealerships and have never experienced the amount of professionalism and hospitality that the employees here give.Eric sold me my 2016 Volvo XC90. From the get-go, Eric sounded very professional and caring over the phone, and communicated extremely well. We set up a time for me to look at the car, and he already had it set up for a test drive. Needless to say, because of how he treated me and of course, how much I liked the car, I bought it that same day. I was pretty stubborn on my numbers, but still, Eric and his team finally made it work whereas in the past, most dealers have told me it would not work out.About a week into ownership, the car started having navigation and potential oil consumption issues. Dan, the sales manager, immediately helped me out. Though I bought the car as-is , he still went ahead and had the car brought to Volvo to where they performed an oil consumption test and replaced the vehicle s VCM, at no cost to me.All in all, BMW of Tulsa is definitely the place to be. They will treat you well and they will ensure that they do everything they can do that you can leave satisfied! I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new or used cars, regardless of brand. I ll definitely be back here first when it comes time to switch up cars again!

Absolutely incredible service. We were on a road trip when our new car s software failed. Jack Davies went above and beyond to get the problem diagnosed and fixed in just a few hours. He was so great to deal with, and even got us a loaner to keep exploring Tulsa while we waited, and gave us lunch recommendations! He then took extra time out of his day to make sure to walk us through the software update. We could not give this place (and particularly Jack!) a stronger recommendation. He literally saved our vacation.

BMW of Tulsa, have taken care of the service on my car's since 2006. My service advisor Riley is the best. He only do what is necessary to do on your car. He don't try to take advantage of women, who know nothing about, what's wrong with their car. I got a oil change today. I told him I was getting ready to take a road trip he said no problem.. We will make sure your car fluids are full, tires have correct air pressure. That's excellent customer service. Thank you Riley

Amazing customer service from Austin! I came in for a 7am service appointment and Austin was phenomenal! Although it was extremely early, especially on a Saturday he was in such a good mood and seemed genuinely happy to assist me. He made great conversation while going over some service options while providing accurate details. He showed where the refreshments were, came to check on me a few times, etc., He was so polite, professional, and went above and beyond. It makes look forward to returning to BMW for future services!

Scheduled an appt for service. Arrived on time and was told that they are so busy they can t even look at my vehicle for 4 days. And of course this dealer does not have any loaners. They operate out of a trailer home in parking lot. Absolutely awful experience.

Fatih Oyaydin recently helped me lease a new BMW. The process was seamless, easy, and enjoyable. Fatih was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and kind during each step. I felt respected and taken care of during the entire process.Several managers went out of their way to find equity in my lease, and this helped to lower my overall total owed. They also waived a few minor damages to the bumper that I should have fixed prior to returning the lease - under the contract. I felt this was fair, and I really appreciated this extra step.I would also like to mention Randy, the financing director. He was amazing and wonderful to work with. A very special man with incredible energy. I enjoyed my communication with him.Lastly, Taylor, the manager in the Service Department, is trustworthy, a straightshooter, and will be honest with you regarding repairs.The team at BMW of Tulsa are top notch, professional, and honest. The team comes off genuine and authentic. I got a feeling that they had integrity and did not view their job as "just selling or leasing a car", but making the customer happy long-term, and went out of their way to make the process easy and seamless.I take recommendations to people or businesses seriously to help anyone interested. I try to be as candid and transparent as possible. In my humble opinion, this is a well-deserved recognition and recommendation to anyone in the market for a BMW. I was not given anything to write this review. I hope this review helps someone.
