Great experience, honest business. I thought I had a catalytic converter going out because another repair shop told me so. I took it into the shop and told them the converter is going out. I need to replace it. He looks at it calls me back in a couple of days and said, your Catalytic converter is good I tested it. I m not charging you because we didn t do anything. The fact that he could ve replaced the Catalytic converter and charged me however much because I was under the impression it was bad shows how honest they are. It is hard to find honest auto repair people these days, but when you find one you want to tell everyone.

Hands down best customer service experience I've ever had with a shop. Called them this morning with a fuel filter I needed put on and with no hesitation he told me to bring it in and was done in less then 15 minutes. Best experience Ive had and will definitely be recommending to people and will definitely be my mechanic that I go to from now!!!!! If this had ten stars that what would put. Highly pleased with the awesome amazing service I received today. Thanks again guys.

Bill and his staff are prompt, professional, and courteous. I took my vehicle to him after another shop (Mannford Lube and Oil) had installed an exhaust system that was fabricated poorly using the wrong parts. Bill and his team ordered the correct parts, schedule an appointment and had me back up and running in four hours. I highly recommend this shop.Service: Exhaust

I've used these guys on multiple occasions, they do good work. However, the last time I took my old truck down there to work on a brake switch problem, my radio didn't work when I got my truck back. When I called to complain, their response was "We don't work on radios".I won't be going back.

Great group of people to be around while they worked on my car. Convos are amazing and never a dull moment there. Didn't even hear the guys in shop hollering obscene language like a lot of shops. They always was respectful and polite. Should check em out and I highly recommend em. Great job billy and bobby.

Made the appointment on Thursday, April 28 , for a May 4 appointment to take my Dodge Ram to have the radiator looked at. My Truck sat all day and no one touched it! We had this appointment for almost a week. If they saw they were not going to be able to work on it, then call!! It s called COMMUNICATION. We would have picked it up. So, this was my husband s day off and that s why we planned it. We have been customers for years, but no longer! The owner Bill couldn t pick up the phone and instruct his son on what needed to be done? People work from home every day. This was a total lack of disrespect, not valuing our time. There is no customer service anymore!

Great people. I showed up late on a Friday and needed brakes for my truck. Not only did they make room for me in their already busy shop, but they had me back on the road that same evening.Definitely recommend these guys and will be returning for work in the future!

Bobby was awesome! I had my catalytic converter stolen out from under my car at my hotel parking lot, he sent guys over right away and they tied up my muffler so I could get it to his shop. He had it fixed within the hour and the price was more than fair!Met the owner Lynne today when I went back for a little more work. What a terrific American! I will definitely go back there if I ever need work while in Tulsa! Thank you guys!

Update to owners update. OF COURSE you have no contact records .when I showed up at 8am on 5-18-22 your employee said he had no records and took my info down on a spiral notebook. Please! Happy to send you my call logs if you want to see the live calls I have made and spoke with a woman on 5-17-22 at 9:18am to confirm my appointment for 5-18-22 and my first call was to make the appointment for 5-18-22 that call occurred on 5-6-22 at 8:50am. Don t try to update your review to portray that you have no records that seems to be the underlying issue with your business (not being able to keep records)Called over a week out to set an appointment to have my Borla exhaust system installed. called 24hr before appointment to confirm. Showed up at 8am, no record of any appointment .couldn t get it done today .took the day off from work to have this done. VERY disappointed, 20+ years in business not sure if it will make the next 20 years operating like this. Again VERY disappointed with the outcome.Update to the owner s response. I understand mistakes happen, heck I have made some myself in my career too, no one is perfect. This experience however speaks to a larger underlying issue at hand just mind boggling to me! There won t be an opportunity to earn my business again.

This was my first time getting anything done to an exhaust system. I brought in an exhaust system that needed some welding done at the Y pipe. Bill was very understanding of any concerns I had about the job. I don't do this often, but I have to brag on this place. They were so friendly right from the get go. Their service was quick. Bill, the owner, is such a friendly and honest guy. I had taken my car here to get a diagnostic on it. They were quick to find the problem (which would be covered under my warranty) and didn't charge a whole lot to look at it. I then took my car to the dealership that sells my make and model of car to get the problem fixed. Big mistake! The dealership misdiagnosed the problem and told me that it was something different. And that something different just so happened to NOT be covered under warranty and they wanted to charge me over $400. I knew I had made a mistake taking it there so I brought it back to Bill and he and his team got it fixed in two hours with no issues!! I will definitely be returning and would recommend his services to anyone seeking an honest, friendly, and efficient establishment. Thanks, Bill!!

Not too impressed. I can echo what others have said that bill is very friendly, easy to talk too etc...however I don't appreciate being charged almost $140 for a flex connector and gasket. It's 50-60 dollars in parts at retail. I understand a bit of a parts markup but that's just excessive. I would hate to know what a muffler or converter would cost. Quality of work seems to be good. First time customer, and will try to avoid coming back.

Great service. Very friendly. Helped me do some exhaust modification to my 335i BMW. Great work has held up 1+ year after work done. Went to him multiple times for work always good. Will be back soon to have racing mufflers put on.

Bill was super laid back and takes his time to answer customer questions. Hes seemed pretty busy when i was there but he took his time with me and explained my options and did great work.i wasnt rushed into a decision. Definately coming back here next time! Good music in the waiting room too.

The owner has always been honest and done great work. I never worry about him being dishonest or doing work that doesn t need to be done. His estimates are always fair and he has come in below multiple times. Great mechanic!!

I showed up the price was different, but they did a good job until 4 months later my muffler they sold me is popped off in the backside. Trying calling to so if he s going to honor his warranty. No response

Couldn't do the job. Held my car for 5 hours then told me to come get it. Told me a bought a cheap muffler that wouldn't work when in all actuality it was borla mufflers. Took car to another shop and they did it no problem.

Took the car here after the catalytic converter was stolen. When we picked up the car a few days later, we come to find that the speedometer does not function when it did when we first brought it in. The repairman claimed it had nothing to do with what he did. Not only that, but he claimed that the car was never driven despite the tank being down 25% and the mileage having gone up. The converter itself seems to have been fixed as promised, but the lack of honesty regarding how exactly our car was handled during repairs and its "mysterious" new problem means we won't be going back here.

I had a muffler that needed welded back up. I called every repair shop within a 10 mile radius, and they all said they didn't have a welder for simple patch repair, so I'd be stuck replacing the muffler and exhaust lines. This place was the only one in town with a welder there. I dropped car off at close time, and had it finished by noon following day. Under $100! I'm taking car there from now on

We have had three different vehicles in for a variety of issues and they have worked wonders. If they don't do the repairs on certain things, they know where to send you. I highly recommend.

So glad that a friend told me about this business. They do great work. I don't feel that I've overpaid and if it won't be worth it, to me as the customer, they'll tell me so. I highly recommend B&L Auto.
