Ok we had our car serviced last year but they forgot windshield fluid and we were traveling by car in a time when we really needed that and had to hunt different stores in unknown cities for washer fluid at freezing tolerance.Car is currently there now and we re going on day 3. It s our only car and they are completely overbooked. Why do you over book??!

Sad when the dealership a mile from your house is this horrible. The worst part is they DO NOT CARE that they have horrible service. Vehicle has been there several times, weeks each time, and nothing. Even when escalating to the "customer service" manager she was even less helpful. Avoid this service facility.

Quick lane was awesome. Took my truck in to have the oil changed on a Saturday and it was a pleasant experience. Nice clean waiting room.

Miranda was my service rep, she was amazing. They sent me a video of the mechanic working on my Bronco. Price was less than going to any quick-oil change. I waited for my vehicle, no hard sell for added services. I highly recommend taking your Ford here for service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I ve had my diesel F250 there for brakes and shocks for 10 days now. When I scheduled my appointment I specifically stated what I needed done. They have had my truck now for 10 days and it still has not been looked at . While I understand being busy and possibly understaffed I have contacted my service advisor and the manager trying to obtain additional information as to when they might be able to look at my truck but have not received any response. This is very frustrating and disappointing

Customer Service ( Cody Cox ) was amazing! Out of town an they made sure I could get in and out quickly.Now that being said it was quite pricey!!! $276$ just to do a diagnostic was OUTRAGEOUS! That being said, I paid an at least felt safe to drive home.

Received notice of recall repair needed for 2022 Superduty. Called and scheduled appointment months in advance. Left vehicle on a Tuesday for a few hour repair. We were notified another issue we had reported at time of scheduling was not recorded. Heard via text @ 4PM on Friday that they would be in touch early the next week... Unsat that any dealer would "assume" a customer could be without their vehicle for that duration of time without prior notice... as someone wh0 is also in the customer service business let me say I am not impressed and any of my customers would be taking their business elsewhere next time.

Bill Knight Ford service department is the busiest service department in Tulsa for a reason. They do things the right way.I m grateful for the service I receive when I bring my Explorer and Edge in. Grateful for the expertise that not only Jeff Lee has there, but by everyone else employed there. Remember, if it s busy and a couple days to a week to get your vehicle in, there s a good reason they re busy and none of the other stores in town are. It s worth the wait to have your vehicle taken care of by the Bill Knight Ford team.Service: Electrical

I will never go back to this place for service . They had my vehicle all day and was supposed to fix a warranty part and oil change . I get a notice that my vehicle was ready and viewed the invoice. The only thing that was done was the oil change . I had no notification that they couldnt to get to my vehicle or fix it . Don t go here these people do not care about you just them

I recently had my 2016 Ford Explorer in for service when the power liftgate would not open. While the repair took several days, Curtis the service writer kept me updated daily on repair progress which i appreciated very much. The professionalism and attention to customer service has always been outstanding every time i visit Bill Knight Ford!Service: Body & Trim

If you order 3 keys from Bill Knight Ford Service, they will need 11 days to make your keys and charge you $590. After you pay they might need 20 minutes and two employees to find your car. When they bring your car to you, they may forget to include the keys you ordered.If you have a problem with having too much money and too much time, they can fix that for you.I wouldn't trust this place for anything important. Plenty of other Ford dealerships in town.

Kaitlyn and Jamie in the collision center are phenomenal!! Can be a bit of a delay on the work, but everyone is swamped right now. Cut them a break, as they can't get parts sometimes, either. Also, turn in at the light, DO NOT ATTEMPT CROSSING MEMORIAL!!

Got my sister's truck in and out with a warranty fix on a 2018 Kung Ranch NOX Sensor issue and they don't even live in OK.
