There was a huge lack of communication. The car damage happened in mid- September. They could not get me in until the end of October. At the time of drop off I was told she would call me in a week with an update. A month passes and I have not heard anything. I begin calling, leaving voicemails, and worrying because I can only keep my rental car for a month. I finally get ahold of someone and am told on a Thursday it will be ready the following Monday. Monday comes with no phone call, so I call Tuesday and am told the car will be ready on Wednesday. Again Wednesday comes and goes, NO phone call. I begin to panic because I need to return my rental car and I can t get anyone to talk to me and give me a straight answer.Finally I get a call that it s ready. I go to pick it up and the car is STILL damaged.I am letting you know this so you can go elsewhere with better service.I hope your insurance company doesn t force you to use them like they did me. Did the insurance claim used bill Night collision, we are trying to sell my dodge charger We waited a week to take it in until they had the door panel because all they re replacing is the door panel. Left it there. They said it would take a week. we need to sell the car but we had already gotten this far so we said whatever called them yesterday a week into having our car there with the part, they haven t touched it yet, and at 5:39 PM after they ve closed for the day they ve sent me a text message saying my car won t be ready until the 28th of this month which is almost 3 weeks after I dropped the car off there and they ve had the part the whole time.

I was in an accident and they had my car for almost a month and a half and called me and told me that it was ready. Well, apparently they only fix the cosmetic damage and didn t fix any of the problems underneath because I got in my car and literally would do a U-turn on its own. So I took it back and they had it for another two weeks and I go to pick it up and realize they still had to replace the mirror that needed replaced so I had to take it back for a third time for over a week again. They seemed pretty incompetent if you ask me

The experience was generally very good. The original plan of repair somewhat fell apart when the parts received were wrong, and not really available, but the backup plan seemed to go well. Only issue we had was some inaccurate reporting as to the specific status of the repairs.

Bill Knight Collision is an extremely well run business. They were efficient, thorough, friendly, and professional. They were very clear about what work had to be done, and why. On top of that, the lobby was spotless, and the restrooms were very clean. It wasn't what I was expecting from a collision center. I was pleasantly surprised!

I primarily worked with Jordan. She was wonderful: had a great attitude, was quick to respond, pleasant to work with. The collision center did a great job on my car and although I hope to never have to come back, if I did, I would come here

I brought my vehicle in for a written estimate per Progressive. They were able to repair the damage so I dropped the vehicle off that day and got it back within two days. Super fast and friendly service!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Communication is key to just about everything. These folks failed in that. A repair that is meant to take a day and is dropped off just after opening but is not available for pickup until end of day the next day, well folks that is 2 days. Not a day as we were told. Then after being on hold for 30 minutes the person I spoke to said "oh we call that a zero day repair". All well and good that you have terms that you use in house. When communicating with the wider world use language that is clearer. The final straw was being talked over on the phone and you raising your voice to do so. Without that this could have been a 2or3 star, because communication goes both ways. When you raise your voice to me on the phone all that tells me is that you shouldn't be in the position you are in.

I took a picture of my mileage. Having kept my car for a week, it was driven for 6 miles. The repair was the passenger door. Why was it driven. And kept that long?SMH
