We've taken our company van here multiple times to get a couple things repaired and our oil changed. HIGHLY recommend! They are kind, respectful, and get your car serviced in a very timely manner. We will continue to use them to keep our vehicle in good shape!

We have used Bill's since he started his shop. Honest, quality work. If he say's you need a new Engine start looking because you really need one.

Best regular mechanic I ve found in Tulsa. Extremely professional, competent and fair. They will go out of their way to make sure that any concerns you have are addressed properly and still manage to have work done quickly. Honestly the best service I have received anywhere, and prices are fair especially for the quality of work you re getting. I highly recommend Bill s Quality.

The check engine light is my nemesis. These folks took care of that and other issues I had in my 2000 Miata. I still love my little car and I'm happy to know where I can go to keep her running.11/2023 took Mimi in for a metal sounding noise. Turned out to be a cracked drive shaft. They got me taken care of and the total was less than they quoted me. That was a great surprise.Mimi lives to drive another day/year.

Went in for a brake light issue. Service was fast and they communicate very well during the process! Price wasn t expensive for the labor as well! Will definitely go here in the future if anything else arises with my vehicle.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I have been using them for over 10 years. They are a grade A shop. Able to work on any vehicle I brought them. Mark the GM is amazing in his customer service and they are very quick and know all the details of the trade.Over all.... impressed !!

I've been going to Bill's Quality Automotive for years for usual car and truck maintenance. Recently I needed to have the rear end in my truck rebuilt and they knocked it out in a little over a day. Convenient location and super friendly folks makes this the #1 repair shop in Tulsa. Everyone in the surrounding area knows the front desk guy as he has been there for a really long time. Good to see the same faces at a business.

I work for a company that operates a fleet of around 35 vehicles and Bills Quality has done an amazing job keeping our fleet on the road! They have always been honest and upfront with how long it will take to repair our vehicles and how much it will cost! Their team is very polite and personable and I will continue to use Bills Quality, not only for our fleet of vehicles, but for my personal vehicle as well!

I have been a customer for over a decade and the team at Bill's has definitely earned my trust. I own cars until, as they say "the wheels fall off" and Bill, Mark, Cary and all the mechanics have kept all my cars running solidly over the years until I was finally ready to part with them. I believe I have had only one issue that had to go back to the shop and it was quickly resolved without incident. When one owns 5 cars with a combined total of over 700K miles it brings peace of mind to know that they will stay safely running because of the care and dedication of the teams at Bill's!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is a great place to take your car. Mark is honest. He showed me the part that he took off my daughters car and he went over the entire bill explaining the charges. Prices are fair, the shop is clean, the people are nice and professional. When a business does what they say they will do is a great factor.

Best auto repair shop with the best mechanics in town! I have been using Bill's Quality Automotive for 25 plus years. We have taken many, many different cars here over the years, with their help and regular maintenance taken care of, they have helped to extend the life of our vehicles. If we've had a problem or a concern, it was addressed and repaired if we have chosen to do so with no pressure. I can always count on Mark, Bill, and the team to treat us fairly and honestly. I've used this repair garage for about 2 yrs, since it's close to my workplace. They are very friendly, helpful and communicative about the repairs you'll need. The prices have always been fair and reasonable. Shuttle to work by the garage staff has always been very prompt, which is highly appreciated. When I recently asked them for a quote for repair work that another garage (Firestone) told me that I needed, they inspected it and said such work was not needed at all. That saved me hundreds that one time alone.

Bill's is the best. Clean space, fast service, friendly and knowledgable staff, and they are always honest and upfront with you. They've even been able to save me money off their initial estimate from time to time. Much better experience than at the dealership when trying to get your car fixed or serviced.

Excellent service and real pricing, not inflated. They worked on my guy s Sonata and were upfront about the work they needed to do. I go to my dealer and get scare tactics this girl learns.

I trust these people with all things automobile. They saved me 1300.00 simply by telling me I didn't need to fix what made my check engine light come on if I didn't want to. What mechanic will ever do that? They have been my auto shop ever since. Totally and completely trust them to do it right at a fair price every time.

These guys were amazing. During the winter snow storm we had a squirrel make a nest inside the hood of our 2002 Sport Trac and made a mess of a bunch of wiring! They replaced all of it and the truck is running beautifully. ! Affordable and quick!Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I had a much better experience with Bills, rather than a dealership. Mark is an awesome, honest man. I will/would recommend this place to anyone. Very friendly staff, and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in.

They will shoot you straight here. They have saved me money on a few occasions when another shop told me I needed to have several things fixed. Only to find out through Bills Quality Auto, I didn't need those things fixed. I trust them completely with my car and would highly recommend their services.

Hello,I just dont have enough time to tell any and everyone how great Bill's Automotive is. Mallory (my 2001 Malibu) was giving me some real problems. My normal mechanic just couldn't get her outta ICU and I got a referral about Bill's and it took them a while but they got her outta ICU and back on the road That is the cleanest Automotive shop I ever been to EVER!. MARK was so helpful him and Bill making sure I was dropped off at work and they even brought my car back to me each time the price was Awesome and more than fair. I really really appreciate the work and help they gave me and Mallory does too she came back with a smile. So if ur looking for a great clean affordable automotive shop Bills Automotive is the place to go...I will now use them for everything for Mallory and any other car I get.and I have been telling anybody who will listen abt them. They are Awesome!!!!!!!! So dont forget look Bill's Automotive up if ur 4 wheeled baby is sick and needs a little TLC.

Took my vehicle in to find out why my engine light was on and why my stereo kept cutting out. I was only charged for the diagnostic test that was run. I was told what was causing the engine light to be on and that it was not a problem that would affect the performance of the vehicle. My ground wire was also loose on the stereo. Jason, the mechanic, advised that he put a new ground wire on and he didn't recommend putting $300 into the car just to get the engine light off. He also detailed my car before having me pick it up. An appointment is required. They will call you and tell you the problem and cost before repairing it. I would use them again for mechanical issues.

Took my car in for 60k mile maintenance. No BS from Mark, gave me a full inspection of the car and told me I only needed what was suggested in the manual. Provided extra cleaning when I did not even ask for it. Thanks for the great service.

These guys are top shelf. Mark actually discovered that the needed repair would be covered under warranty at another garage and told me to take it there and did not charge for the diagnostics. That shows great integrity! I will keep going back.
