They kept saying they would make arrangements to go look at my car, kept making up excuses and stopped replying and have ghosted for over a week. Plenty of other places in town to choose from, they came highly recommended and that's sad

f Big Daddy's can assist with the work you need, look no further! My vehicle was broken into while in town over the weekend. The rear passenger window was smashed in. I frantically called the shop after being referred to them by the Toyota dealership. I spoke to Olivia, who could not have been nicer. She was very sympathetic to my situation and ensured me that I would leave Tulsa happiest as possible, under the circumstances. They found the window at a distributor (which was even tinted) and Olivia kept me updated on their progress and ETA. Mike is the one who came to my hotel to fix the window, and he was awesome. Took him less than an hour to replace the window and clean up all the glass. I paid an honest price, which I expected to pay a lot more for. Olivia even followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied. I could not be more pleased with the experience. They really went above and beyond! Thank you making my weekend a lot less stressful!

The lady answering the phones is very kind, helpful, professional and seemed very friendly. The owner drove an hour to the land of crazy rednecks to settle the deal. HE EARNED MY RESPECT. This is a sign of a good company and a good man.They both are extremely knowledgeable in there profession. Kind, curtious and quick. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you again big daddy glass for taking the time out of your Friday night to help me and my family with our van. Y'all are awesome!

I was super happy. They showed up fixed my windshield. Then 30 days later the glue has melted and my seal is flaping. Tried calling for 3 days . Left numerous messages. Tried going to place of business. No business found.Update..Gabriel answered the phone!!Gabriel is coming out to fix my seal!! I'll keep ya posted.. Service: Auto windshield replacement

My windows were busted out the other night and I was referred to these guys to get them replaced. I called them and immediately spoke with a person and not an annoying robot. I quickly got a quote from Christy and they sent Jake out to my house later that week and he did an excellent job replacing my windows. Contacted Gabriel on Monday. He was enthusiastic, and he gave me a quote over the phone. He had the windshield in stock and ready to go. Tuesday was suggested, but would not work for me. I told him Friday afternoon was best. He said great, took down my address, and put me down. Afterwards, I read a few Google reviews that gave me pause. This place has a history of no-shows. I called on Thursday just to verify all was well. Gabriel answered, and was clueless as to who I was, what model my car was, and he had to check that he could order the windshield. He'd already told me he had one in stock on Monday. He told me that he wasn't in the office, but he was sure I was "on the schedule" back there. Here I sit on Friday evening. No call, no show, nothing. Avoid this place like the plague! I should have been clued in when I was called "boss" 10 times during the original call.

The Best Customer Service In Town! There is never a convenient time to have to have a windshield replaced. Between insurance, the car dealership, and just life situations, it s stressful. Big Daddy s glass literally eliminated all the stress from this experience by providing the best customer service, became a liaison between me and other vendors and stayed in communication with me the entire time. They didn t just provide service, they were my advocate - ensuring that my experience was one that aligned with their values. My experience with Big Daddy s Glass has been terrible from the very start. I called to get scheduled to have my windshield and side glass replaced, they scheduled me for a Saturday morning, nobody showed up nor did they call to tell me they weren t installing it that day. So I had to call myself to see what the issue was, apparently they couldn t find my glass so that s why nobody showed up, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL OR ANY SORT OF NOTIFICATION. So I then get rescheduled for Monday, around 1pm nobody has still showed up nor called, so here I am again calling to see why for the second time I do not have anyone replacing my windshield. Evelyn answers and tells me they wouldn t have time to get it done that day, so why did I get scheduled on that day in the first place? So she offers me a huge $15 discount for all of the inconveniences they have caused. I asked to speak with the manager/owner whatever he may be to this company, and of course he was busy and couldn t talk. So Evelyn schedules me for install the 3rd time, which is today 5/15/18. The installer called ahead of time, he gets here and says he can install the windshield only, but not the side glass because they had the wrong glass, so a different glass needs to be ordered. So here comes another day I have to rely on this company to show up and get the right glass. This place is a joke.I run a large granite countertop company, there is no way I would ever give a customer a run around like this place has given me.

First great customer service, spoke with gabby, Isabel and Nikki. All very nice and accommodating to all my questions. Two nice guys came to my home replaced my windshield on my vw Jetta in 30 min. The technicians explained everything, spoke to me clearly and made sure I knew what to do after to care for the glass. Highly recommend. They had the best price of all the 6 places I called in tulsa.

Had my windshield replaced a few months back, and the two young men that came out and did the job were professional and seemed knowledgeable. When I left work that day I noticed a small black mark on the front of the windshield and noticed that my mirror had been replaced and when I went to adjust it, it was practically immobile. It also did not look like the rear view mirror that came with my vehicle. I thought it wasn t too big of a deal and these guys were nice so, I ll just leave it be. Now, these few months later, I call because this mirror broke off! The plastic component that Alisa off the windshield button broke off. Just a small piece, but without it, the mirror will not slid back into the windshield button that holds it. I explained that since the windshield has been replaced, this mirror has never been the same - hard to adjust, etc. Also, you can tell the were actually another missing piece before this other smal one broke off. There was very little force used to adjust and I d been treating it with kid gloves because it did feel delicate, since the day that windshield was replaced by them. Now, my mirror is basic. The part may cost $10-15, but I paid $240 for my windshield replacement. Anyway, the boss, as Jessica called him, said I should have told them about that the day it was replaced and at this point, they can t do anything. Really?! My Nelson NISSAN dealer refers 100 s of customers to you and you can t make this right? What if all these car dealerships knew you were caring for your customers in this way, how many more referrals will you get? Not many, likely. I will cost you $15 and 1 man hour, with is around 10% of what I paid you and you still won t make it right? That not good business, folks. Not at all.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I had my car window busted out and was referred here. Not only are they affordable, but they are kind, quick and efficient. Supposed to come out yesterday at 1:00 to replace a windshield. Didn't show and when we called we were told that they were at a dealership and running late because the dealership always has extra jobs they give to the glass technicians when they come out. Rescheduled for 9:00 a.m. this morning. They were late, when they arrived they had the wrong windshield, said they would have to come back. Called them again at 11:00 and they said they were in the warehouse looking for the right windshield and would have someone call us back (why??). Never have shown and now (2:45 p.m.) when we call nobody answers. Nope. Done.
