I was traveling from Dallas to Tulsa and got a rock chip in the front windshield while on the interstate. I reached out to Best Choice Auto Glass who immediately fit me into their busy schedule. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The price of the repair was very reasonable. Mark did my repair and arrived on time and did a great job.

Absolutely the best auto glass shop in town. These guys really care about doing the job right. I've had them work on two of my vehicles and they always take great care to not only do the job well but also to communicate to me exactly what they are doing. All of that and extremely fair pricing, too. Just use these guys - it's not worth risking going anywhere else!

They were able to get me in on the same day and fix my window in under an hour! The cost was less than half of what the dealership had quoted me. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the employees were SO friendly and helpful. 2005 Jeep WranglerTL;DR: Excellent service, great price, FAST work.Had the windshield replaced. I showed up for my appointment and they got right to work. I drove away less than an hour later. The Wrangler windshield is very flat and square which makes their job fast and easy so I wouldn t expect that kind of turnaround for every job. Everybody was friendly and professional, it was faster AND cheaper than originally quoted. They are a family business, Dad and (adult) kids running the show, it might not mean much to everyone but I d rather support a local family business, especially when they do quality work at reasonable prices with such great customer service. 5/5 will come back when needed.

I was able to make a next day appointment, and they replaced my windshield and got me back on my way. They did great work! I hope I never need to replace a windshield again, but I would definitely bring my car back here.

the guys got to my car quickly and repaired it with no issue, "However" the price that was quoted on the phone call was different from the price once the repair was made, to me thats an issue, they sent me a gift card to chic filet, but i think the quoted price should be the price at the repair. somewhat disapointed!

This the best place for Automotive glass!!! Mark, China, Clayton and the others that work there(I am bad with names sorry) are very very nice and knowledgeable. They have great prices and use good glass and materials. I had two windshields replaced same day and one came bad, they got another one within an hour and got it done but that glass had a tiny tiny mark on it right in front of the driver but it was the end of the day and week but they came back out and polished it out and it looks fantastic and assured me if they could not fix it then they would replace that one also. They take great care and pride in there work and your vehicle. Being a mechanic I don't ever let anyone touch my vehicles but me, but I don't do glass work and they did a fantastic job and went above and beyond what most businesses do to help there customers. Bottom line if you want good quality glass with great techs and management and great prices and great customer service this is the place for you!!! Thanks again you guys!!!

Mark and China are the best! From the initial point of contact, they were both more than willing to answer any questions I had and made sure that I felt confident in the decision I was making. I had received other quotes from other glass shops around town and Best Choice wasn't the cheapest, but everyone knows that the cheap guy usually cuts corners and I didn't want that. The professionalism that Best Choice shows towards their customers is fantastic. The windshield also comes with a 1 year chip guarantee and a lifetime leak guarantee which is a huge added bonus. Rear window of my Freightliner truck was shattered by a kicked up rock. I was referred to Mark by a friend. Within 2 hours both Mark and Clayton met me at a nearby truck stop, removed the remains of the broken window and installed a replacement. They also vacuumed out the broken glass from inside the cab. Took about 30 minutes and I was back in action. Excellent service, very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again for both my commercial and personal vehicles. Job well done!

China is an amazing representative and such a sweet lady. They got me in the same day only took an hour. There lobby is comfy and cozy with provided snacks and coffee. Would definitely recommend 10/10. Thank you China your amazing

Great service, very reasonable prices, and to boot...if you need window tint...3 doors to the north is "Window Tinting by Travis"...who worked in harmony with Mark and China to have my 2008 Ford fusion done... within 2 hours... WOW... ... you talk about 2 smooth operators...I, know where to go for window and tinting service now!!! REAL TALK p.s....the jobs were so seamless looking and quick, that my wife said what an excellent job...so quickly done, it looked the same, before a guy weeding kicked up a stone that caused the window to crack!!!

They got me scheduled within a few days, reasonably priced, and each staff member I came in contact with was very professional and friendly! I got there early and they were able to see me right away. They not only had a great price fast and great service but a few hours later when my new windshield got chipped. Mark came back to his shop and bent over backwards to repair it late on New Year s Eve. He wouldn t let me pay him as he said he gives a free chip repair with an install. Great work and the best price! I got my windshield replaced about 6 months ago and then again today...darn semis throwing rocks. But Mark got with me right after I left him a message and came by the next morning! They even detailed my car, cleaning all the windows and floor! Definitely recommend :)

Finally we found a business that exceeded every expectation!!! Not only was our windshield replaced quickly, but they cleaned all of our glass. They vacuumed our car and cleaned our dashboard. We highly recommend Best Choice to anyone needing glass work.

I needed a window on my car replaced after it got broken into, I called Best Choice at about noon, and by 4pm there was a tech who came to me to replace my window remotely.Additionally, this happened on the Friday before a holiday weekend, and they squeezed me in before closing so I didn t have to go 3+ days without a window.These guys are nice, knowledgeable and quick! Couldn t be happier.

There is a reason Best Choice gets 5 stars. Amazing service, communication, kindness. Owner came to my home ON A Saturday to fix a chip in windshield for less than Safelite (which never showed up for an appointment). Businesses like this should get the recognition they deserve.

Called on Friday about 2 windshields that needed replaced. Mark was quick to get back with the estimate and came out Saturday morning. Both repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the quality of the work. Would definitely recommend.

Mark was extremely professional and much cheaper than anyone else in Tulsa. He stayed in contact with me through the whole experience and made sure I was happy.
