I came in to find a part for my car and as a woman I am sometimes unsure of what is needed when it comes to car parts. When I enter the store I was kindly greeted by Austin and and was quickly helped with the issue I came in with. I was in need of a car part 4 my 2004 Honda Accord and Austin was eager to help. as a woman they made me feel very easy and even offer to price compare with other competitors in the area.I was also unsure as to what kind of part I need it for my car Austin looked up under the hood for me and found out. Overall I am pleased with their customer service as well as their knowledgeable service of their parts and cars. The store is clean well organized and I'll definitely be back.

There was an old man (with heavy accent) working there inexpert at all.I asked him to change the headlight bulb, driver side, he gave me a long scenario that he needs to take the entire thing out in order to change the bulb.I told him I ve done it before in another branch without taking any screw out, and I showed him a YouTube video how to do it, yet he told me why don t you do it yourself!!

William William and his coworker (I didn t catch her name) went well above and beyond when I was broken down Friday evening (May 19, 2023) and I needed assistance getting a new battery to get back in the road. He was a tremendous help. Thanks again William.

Cold snap killed my battery. After getting jumped went to this AutoZone (4949 S Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK), and they took great care of me. Even at 730 am, on Veteran s day, in 40 degree temperatures (it was 70 yesterday) Omar didn t hesitate to make sure I was buying the right battery, then remove the old battery, and replace with a new battery! Thanks Omar! The team work at this location, and friendly atmosphere will definitely see my return business. While Omar was putting the new battery in, another sales associate (sorry I didn t get your name from Wyoming-thank you for serving our country) processed the transaction. I was in and out quickly, considering I had a battery replacement. I didn t have to figure out how to dispose of the old battery, bc AZ does that for you. Highly recommend this store and staff.

No help. Tried to explain the issue with my car and asked if they could check the battery or diagnose the engine kept talking over me and was told no and to take my car to the dealer for a oil change? Hope someone else will help me.

My Jeep check engine light came on and i stopped at this Auto Zone. The two employees who where working that evening were very accommodating and friendly doing a diagnostic on my car and recommending a local auto shop to save me money on the repairs. I will definitely use this Auto Zone in the future. Thank you to the nice two employees that helped me that evening.

The store manager David at this location is extraordinary! He went over and beyond to try to help me figure out what was wrong with my car and where to find the part I needed. I had a lot of anxiety because I was stressed and worried and he made everything just a little bit better that day. So whoever hired David Way to go and please AutoZone don t do anything to get rid of this man he is awesome. Thanks David!

The lady helping me out took forever and wasn't able to search up the part's I needed in the computer. It's sad because the store close to my house have a well trained employee team at 51st and Memorial.

Went into store for some RainX. I asked my cashier, Haydn Jergens, if there was someone who could show me how to replace my wipers...he volunteered. This gentleman was so kind and funny. He replaced the wiper blades in a flash, with a smile. I wish I could clone him for every business I visit. He exemplified excellent Customer Service!!

I'm changing my review today because I had a very good experience once again and they deserve a better rating now.I've spent several hundred dollars at this location over the last seven years and they have been consistently provided good to great customer service and they actually try to help solve the problem. I have seen them do that for others as well as for me.

This store is outstanding! Rudy in a gray shirt helped me out with understanding, kindness and professionalism! He only asked one time what I needed & he helped install the part on my wife's car! Thank you for having Rudy there!

Went in to buy a qaurt of oil and checked out stealing wheel covers. Ended up buying one. Angel was really nice. He offered to help put it on, which he ended up trying to put on my stealing wheel. Unfortunately it didn't fit. But he tried and was super cool getting my refund. They were all really nice in there. Good customer service!

Dewey was extremely helpful and kind! He changed my car battery after O Reillys turned me away (thanks Chevy) and noticed my old battery was purchased from Autozone and got me a discount. Very happy with my service today!

Gave me a choice of prices for my windshield wipers.... good, medium, best. Correctly chose the right fit for my car. Personnel were cheerful and very willing to help. Offered me a discount with their loyalty card. Were very nice and efficient about installing the wipers for me.

absolutely outstanding customer service from the whole crew there ...i wish i could give 5 more stars ..i do know that @Brandyingram is a happy lady tonight ..had issues with some coils that need replaced under warranty ..now Brandy is on her way to work at her 2nd job ...guys the auto zone crew there , they really went above and beyond today ...I won't go anywhere else for parts for the carthanks againWayland MillarrUS ARMY1991-1995Honorable Discharge

Super helpful and friendly staff! Batteries are hard to find right now, but they had the size I needed when Walmart and Sam s didn t. Hayden (I think that was his name?) had my battery replaced in 5 minutes! Thank you!

Nobody likes having to go buy auto parts, but the staff here makes it pretty painless. They're knowledgeable, patient and just plain nice. Plus the store is well-stocked and open convenient hours.

All the stores are fantastic and my go to parts store. They are a stand up bunch of folks. I've been working on vehicles for over 40 years and used many part stores. But by far and away Auto Zone is always my 1st choice. I always refer my friends and family to try them 1st for their auto part needs.

I went to this location on 7-21 to get a diagnostic test done on my car. I m 9 months pregnant and the manager told me he was unable to hook the device up since it was on the inside of my car due to pandemic. I told him I couldn t reach and bend down and I didn t even know where to plug it in at. He was very rude and not helpful at all. I then told him I m not able to do it and I was hurting myself, and he literally just walked away and didn t say anything even tho I was in distress. A week earlier I went to the Autozone located on 71st and memorial and they hooked up their device that was required to go on the inside of my other vehicle with no problems. I do not recommend this location at all. Driving 2 more miles up Memorial is well worth it. This same day I then returned to the 71st and memorial location and they did not hesitate to help me and get the test completed.

The two gentlemen who worked Sunday, 7/6 around 1245- 1ish were the best! They helped me pick out a battery for my car over the phone and I ordered one for pickup online so I was able to get it before driving there. They helped me install my battery and get rid of the old one and they were extremely helpful. So much better than my experience at the 71st and memorial autozone!

Great Experience. Thank you Dwight!!! They didn t have the taillight bulb I needed and he went out of his way to see if there was any loose ones in the back. Found one and didn t charge me for it. Great man and friendly staff. Would definitely go out of my way to go to this location. Thanks autozone!

Austin has been super awesome helping me with my battery, even offering to pick it up from my home to charge it for me if I was unable to make it to AutoZone. His customer service skills are impeccable. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I am mobile. He is OFFICIAL!

Dwight helped us at the Memorial and 51st street location! He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and funny! He knew just what to do and even went the extra to educate us for going forward purposes! I will go back and tell friends if my positive experience just because of him!
