Gabriel helped me pick out the replacement bulb I needed AND put it in in this heat! He recommended some lubricant to prevent corrosion as well. I appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this location

Last Monday I went by this AutoZone because I needed to get a new car battery and I was interested in putting in myself. The gentleman who helped me, I didn't get his name, was very helpful in making sure that my battery was the issue and explaining to me what happened and why. He walked me through picking out a new battery as well and just genuinely treated me like a person. He didn't talk down to me or anything like that. Then Shelia came out to help replace my battery but I told her I wanted to do it myself and she helped make sure I had everything I needed. She helped me pick out a tool kit and gave me advice and information about how to replace a battery and let me know that if I bring the old battery back I could get some money back. She was extremely helpful and also just treated me like a person. I will definitely be going back when I have any car needs in the future.

I came in to get my battery tested. The gentleman who assisted me was very polite and helpful. After testing the battery he cleaned my terminals for me. I didn't have to purchase anything for him to do the cleaning. It just cost me $3.50 for new terminal pads and gel (I don't remember exactly what it was called). The heat index today was around 110 so I know it was not easy for him to be out in the heat. I felt like he was very professional and knowledge. Great experience!

On this rainy Sunday I needed to get my new wiper blade on. Auto Zone (lucky me) is right up the street from me. Brandon understood right away and was so super nice and The Hero in life today!! Pete was extremely professional, polite, and went out of the way to clean my battery terminal free of cost to check whether it's the corrosion over the battery terminals that was preventing charging and save me from unnecessarily buying a new battery if it wasn't needed. I ended up buying a new battery, but his efforts made me confident that the battery change was indeed needed and I bought the new battery. He was kind enough to recommend fairly inexpensive battery terminal pads which would help prevent corrosion on the new battery's terminals.

Amazing experience. Had a dead battery and the guy there was incredibly helpful. Didn t grab his name but it was Monday, Feb 5th. I came in at the end of a long work day and the customer service was phenomenal! Will be back.

Excellent store location. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and happy to offer the extended installation services that AutoZone offers for certain products.In one particular case, I had a bad battery first thing on a Monday morning. I managed to get my car there, and they verified the bad battery by testing. The rest of the process only took 15 minutes, and I was back on the road, headed to work. That kind of service is hard to come by in any industry.Kudos to the whole staff... Keep up the excellent work.

Have taught my daughter that if she's having an issue with her vehicle and isn't sure what it is that she can always go to one and have them come out and "check it out" and at least give an idea on what the issue may be... alot cheaper "especially when you don't really have any $$" than having to go find a garage that'll charge you just to check...

Brian was amazing from phone call of quote to giving me my keys!! Dropped my car off on a Saturday afternoon, a busy one at that, but was still able to get my car back before close. The workers were friendly and efficient. Asked about a military discount, which was given upon showing my card. I definitely plan to come back for any car issues in the future!

I had a great experience here. Stan helped me in windy below freezing temperatures. I was replacing a battery and he was very helpful with assisting me installing it. Great customer service!!!! He really went above and beyond any expectations!!! Ask for Stan!

The team at this store when above and beyond for our daughter. Her car bumper had been damaged by a parking curb and one of the store associates (sorry I don t have his name) helped her so she wouldn t be stranded. Amazing service!!!

Had been looking for a air filter for my 2018 cruze. Some places were wanting 50.00 for one. Called auto zone spoke with Brandon at 11th and harvard. They had one for 20.00. Went down there and Brandon put it on for me. Such Great service. Will be going back there for all my auto parts. They know how to treat their customers for sure.

Had the worst experience ever! Ordered ignition coils, spark plugs, and the boots, by the time I got the boots I didn't need them, so I walked to the Autozone down the street (11th St. Tulsa, OK 74112) from to return it, get there and spend 25 minutes listening to them tell me that I have to return it online, then tell me they didn't know how, finally they returned it, didn't tell me they were putting it back on my debit card, needed the cash instead I'm stuck waiting 3-5 days for money I need today, now I'm stuck walking back and forth to work, a 4 mile walk there, 4 mile walk back because I don't have bus money now! I'll never shop Autozone again! The District Manager reached out to me and listend to me and resolved the situation!

Batteries from AutoZone are terrible. They never last the warranty. This last battery I couldn't get replaced on warranty because it was saved under the wrong phone number
