Great service, had to do an insurance claim on my windshield. No problems at all, everything went smoothly. I dropped off my truck and then was called once it was done. I Drove 10 hours the very next day and the majority was in pouring rain. Not one single drop off water was visible which means they sealed it properly. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get glass work done, 10/10.

One of the few we called that could come to our driveway within two days. They did a professional job and kept us well informed all the way. I liked that they gave the price with tax and mobile service included so we knew up-front the total cost.

My back window was shot out by some kids with a BB gun but auto glass now took care of me as soon as I called them! Next day appointment and they were quick, did a great job, and were super friendly! Hopefully I ll never need them again, but if I ever do, they will be the first ones I call!

This is probably at least the 4th time through the years that I ve had a windshield replaced here. Their prices are always reasonable and they do a good job with the install and the turnaround is quick. This time, rather than drop the vehicle off and come back later to pick it up, I just waited for it. I think it took a little over an hour. The office staff is always friendly and efficient. I will continue to drive up to Admiral for windshield replacement as long as they continue to offer the service and price that I ve come to know them for.

My experience was with store #68 at Admiral and Memorial. Don, I believe the manager, took such good care of me in the wake of a less than transparent seller of my "new" used car. They were incredibly efficient, quick and the work was excellent. I won't go anywhere else for any future needs. Thank you to all!

I regret to express my disappointment with the service provided by this establishment. Despite scheduling an appointment and being informed that the windshield replacement would take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, my car remained untouched after an hour and a half had passed. This caused considerable concern as I needed to pick up my child from school within a specific timeframe.Upon inquiry, I spoke with Don, who was unable to assure me of a completion time and offered minimal assistance. His response lacked professionalism and failed to address my concerns effectively. Instead, I was left feeling uncomfortable and unsupported in my situation.As a result of this experience, I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. I would caution other patrons, particularly mothers or those with time-sensitive commitments, to consider alternative service providers. Effective time management and satisfactory customer service are crucial aspects of any business, and unfortunately, this establishment fell short in both regards.

The customer service was excellent! The young lady that works there was very kind and kept in contact with me. I truly appreciated that. The service was amazing. My new window is so clear!! Like it's not even there. I was in and out in a timely manner even with the cold. THANK YOU!!!

Number one windshield company in Tulsa hands down!! Brittany was so nice so sweet like damn I felt like a family member! Prices are amazing the staff our so professional and get their work done fast. They ordered the wrong glass for my jeep, but sent a guy to the warehouse to get another, that made my wait longer. The owner was super apologetic. Seems like they did a good jub and the price is compatible to other glass shops

After Safelite a national company, let us down multiple times in one day research at a local windshield repair shop and found auto glass now. Brittany spoke with my girlfriend and was the most charming and friendly person and helped us get our vehicle in the next day. She even promised a two hour turnaround. Our jeep was fixed and just over an hour and a half absolutely perfect as expected. Their customer service was fantastic and their workmanship was equally as great.

Tulsa Auto Glass Now is here to help! Our window got busted out three days before Christmas and about a month before our wedding, I looked around and other places were charging almost double of what they quoted me. Desiree was simply amazing when we got there. It was a awesome just talking to her. She made sure they stayed true to what we were quoted and they got things taken care of quickly. I wasn t sure originally about where to go, but if you have any doubt, Auto Glass Now is fantastic!

This was my second time, as they had done a great job replacing a window on my previous car. They found I needed a different window as the original did not have the sensors the car required (I hadn't known this when I gave them my car info). They got a replacement in under an hour, and still worked with me to get the lowest price possible. I would highly recommend them.

It does take some time to get the glass replaced. They were very straightforward about that. I got impatient and well, they sped up the process to help me get out of there. They truly are great people. Thank you to the shop on admiral. I truly appreciate y all and I will recommend anyone to go here!

Great customer service and work done on 2 vehlcles. Sent text reminders the night before with date, time and location of appointments. Kept me updated on progress and saved my pikepasses and had hot coffee available as I waited.

My truck was broken into on the way home for Christmas and it was of course raining. Brittany was able to get me fixed up immediately so no more water could get into the truck. She was amazing and I am very thankful for her help. Very fast and professional service. Took less than 2 hours and even had a windshield installed.

I had to wait a long time, but they did get my windows in and the correct ones. I had no leaks but they didn't get the Louvre on the back window on correctly nor did my rear defroster work. But my friend helped me get the cable plugged in the right way and adjusted the Louvre.

I was able to get in the day that I contacted them. The price was so much lower from competition and could get me in before my trip. ( Not wanting me to schedule 2 weeks later) Everyone in the waiting room was nice and shared their stories of why they always use Auto Glass Now

They were very professional and courtesy, I arrived very early to my appointment time and they finished it right before my appointment time, I was very happy about that I do recommend this company they saved me a lot of money considering Ferguson wanted 2k for the 2 glass

Was on a trip got hit by a big stone , put two chips in center of windshield.I pulled into the city to find a glass repair business after the third stop found one that did chip repair.they got right on it only took an hour.funny wife went and looked at it came back in and told manager great job can t see it, she left for me to pay and I told him when is the last time a little ole lady said good job. I work in construction and in 40 yrs I can count on one hand how many times can t say the opposite way. So we had a good laugh and we were on our wayService: Auto windshield repair

I had the windshield replaced in my truck they did a good job so far I find out if it leaks when it rains lol. I just wish they was a little faster 2.5 hrs to get it replaced is a little to long . The price was good if I need another windshield I ll drop it off and let them do it on there time

Nice people, affordable prices.I have tried to use store bought rear view glass adhesive, it seems not as strong as what the professionals use. The technician promptly had my rear view mirror reattached to my pickups windshield. It s in the correct place and holding strong with a warrantee. The staff said they could obtain a new windshield for an another one of my old cars. Joking: it s older than anyone working there. Sadly, I was told they would not install it because of the age of the vehicle. I m confident they could handle any thing late model auto glass, including wiper blades.

Had my truck broken into at 7am. Called and spoke with Desiree 10 minutes later and was scheduled with an appointment later that morning. Was in and out in an hour. 5 out of 5 stars Desiree is amazing!

This place is great! They honored a verbal price given months ago even though the price went up. They also took no time to fix a chip on the windshield. Will definitely recommend and continue to do business here.
